Clean, efficient and value for money. Warm and friendly staff. Duty Manager Rohit and Sreekanth from the restaurant staff and Chef Dipak were exceptionally efficient and therefore needs special mention.
The hotel is one of the best amongst IBIS Chains. Very near to Cubbon Park makes it all the more a choice to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. Though there are fruit flies around at some of the rooms and restuarants as well.
Nice welcoming staff. I have started staying here for overnight stays and find this place close to several areas + overlooking the sports stadium where you can jog or exercise Clean, well placed rooms - and focussed on a comfortable stay and sleep over.
The hotel is so well located and travelling anywhere is so easy from here The property is very nice except the bath quibicles which is too small and I dont like it Or else every thing is well managed and staff is very courteous
Excellent location and value-for-money. We stayed with small kids, and the hotel was generous with in room amenities and buffet breakfast. The breakfast is great too, BTW ! The front desk staff was always helpful. All the cogs in the wheel work well together :)
The IBIS city centre is aptly named and is conveniently located for travel to either the city or the popular suburbs of bangalore. The rooms are comfortable and clean though the quality of food at the breakfast needs to be improved especially in terms of freshness and taste
It's Busines class hotel , with compact room & washrooms , nice location with helpful , polite and good staff. Ideal for short stay , the rooms where neat and clean , the staff supportive , room service charges are high
1. I am sad that Ibis did not offer me a hard bed ( mattress) option both at Hyderabad or Bangalore. If they can not in future, I will have to give up Ibis as an option since I have a back problem. 2. There was no WiFi reception in my room. I was forced to do my work using my cellphone.
The breakfast was pretty average and nothing to talk great about. Honestly just couple of things were tasty and rest were very average. Also the air freshener used in the rooms were terrible. It has the smell of antibiotic medicines. Definitely not refreshing. I wouldn't prefer to enter a room with that smel. It's not welcoming.
Very conveniently located, good rooms, quiet, neat and well-maintained. Excellent service by thoughtful and considerate staff. As a repeat customer, they always make you feel welcome and at home. The breakfasts are very good.
I stayed for 1 night at this hotel for a business visit. Check-in was handled efficiently, however I was assigned a smoking room when I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. I went back to the front desk and was reassigned a non-smoking room. The bathroom is a plastic enclosure which is really cramped and no toiletries apart from a bar of soap and liquid shampoo/soap in a fixed dispenser in the shower. For the price I paid for the room, I could get a much better hotel in Bengaluru. I forgot a pair of clothes in the closet when I checked out and remembered when I arrived back home. I called the hotel to ask whether they found the clothes and they said they would get back to me. No one ever called back. On the plus side, breakfast was good and there was a huge spread of food.
We stayed here for the first time in January and found this hotel more than welcoming ... staff all of them have great attitude .... rooms were good and amenities and facilities are good ....things including wifi work well though wifi was patchy in between ...... although we were not happy with the breakfast or rather some part of it ,,,,being in bamgalore we expected better taste for sambhar and chutneys and ofcourse also for the idlys ... but somehow we were disappointed ... this is not the sambhar and idly and chtneys one expect in the capital of Karnataka ...... but else everything is fine ... guys cheers u do a good job ....
This is the perfect place for a business trip as the hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable. The rooms are neat and clean and you can really get a good nights rest to keep you fresh for the next working day
Excellent hospitality services by the staff of the hotel especially Mr Rohit and Mr Rakshat. Value for money. Wonderful location. Buffet breakfast can be improved, staying for 12nights I had very limited choice during breakfast.
Excellent service, affable and very accommodating staff and very decent rooms. Food was good too. We had a very pleasant stay, and will definitely be returning if ever in Bangalore. Location's pretty decent too.
I have stayed at IBIS Melbourne before this but I must say IBIS Bangalore city centre is much much better in terms of room size and room quality than Melbourne. I would high recommend anyone to stay at this place as it is centrally located and well priced.
IBIS Bengalaru City Center Hotel is located in the inner city of Bengalaru as the name already suggests. Rooms are small but clean, staff is very friendly and ambience is good. Restaurant is also good, value for money is very good. Beds are a little too soft for my taste and ceiling in gym could be higher or treadmills relocated as running is bit uncomfortable if you are of a certain height. For a short trip I would definitely be comeing again.
It is very very Good. Reception is very family er and Food is very good. Amenities must be increased more like water bottle, saving kits, Tooth kit etc. Food variety must be more like north Indian food, as well as south Indian too.
Sometimes the restaurant on the lobby level may get crowded in the evening. Even if you get a table to seat, it might take some time for the sever to attend you. So time your dinner early or late. Else order dinner in your room. :)
I have stayed here several times, a very comfortable hotel. Most things are within walking distance for me. Conveniently located. Rooms are good. However food is quite expensive. Car hire is also expensive, better to use Ola or Uber. Reception is always crowded, maybe more space is required.
