We had checked in online and our key was ready. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was good and fresh. A member of staff was constantly cleaning the service area. We found all staff friendly and helpful. This is a great value hotel for a short stay.

I stayed there for 2 different weeks and its the worse hotel I have even seen. though cheap, its not worth paying £1 for an hour. The beds were never made, they throw the duvet over an unmade made. so you think its made. I reported to the 2 managers and they had an attitude and justified why the beds were not made. The A/C is another story. complained as it kept blowing hot air and they were not bothered, instead they came up with some useless excuse. Toilet had dry poo stains and strands of hair on my first day and sink had stains too. The room has nothing. not even a kettle, nor bath mat nor even a fridge. Its really not worth a dime. No matter the offer, run away from this hotel trust me

I booked a room and got a confirmation from you by email. Now your receptionist in Ibis budget Bradford city is unable to see my booking. Thats strange. I was promised a get back but no one contacted yet for the last 3 days. My name is Adnan. Phone no : 07584904849

For a 2 star hotel didn't expect much worth every penny you pay for a budget hotel but one thing really stood out. The Staff very courteous, welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Very polite people love them and pls keep it up

This is a basic hotel, but it is clean, comfortable and costs no more than the often quite grotty small private hotels that you might use if watching your budget. Plus points: Comfortable double bed, en suite, TV, good shower, pizza and hot rolls plus vending machine drinks (inc. alcoholic) available. Minus points: Very limited storage space - no drawers, wardrobe is a post protruding from the wall with four hangers, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Overall: I was traveling by myself and staying for one night so didn't mind living out of by suitcase. Had there been two of us for longer then the lack of storage would have been irksome. I would have traded the TV to make myself a cup of tea. However, when searching for a room, similarly priced hotels had reviews complaining of dirty rooms, unfriendly staff and general discomfort. That wasn't the case here. The staff were welcoming and helpful, I was able to set the room temperature, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. If you don't mind the negative points above, I would highly recommend the Bradford IBIS.

Access on foot is extremely inconvenient. When coming from town centre you had to walk a long way round when a set of steps would make life easier. Also air con was not working. Bed was ok but because sheets were fitted more to one side than the other, under sheet came off mattress in night. Room is basic but ok for price. Getting in on foot and upkeep let room down.

very poor greet on reception. wanted a room away from traffic noise but my room had been pre allocated from on line check in it I was made to feel a real burden on them and I was only offered an alternative room when I became insistent that I was not prepared to stop in the room at the front on the hotel.

Be aware there are charges of £3 per day for parking in the hotel car park. No mention of this charge when booking or on the web site. No bath mat in the room, you have to step out of the shower with wet feet onto a very slippery floor. No toiletries in the room other that a block of a rock hard substance supposed to be soap. Any complaints made to the hotel are ignored.

I stayed at this hotel recently as I was booked into a conference being held literally just up the road. I was greeted with a warm welcome and all my questions were answered by very helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy yes it was basic but it was all that I need it for a few days stay in Bradford the bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean and the water pressure was powerful and refreshing. Based on verse pleasant experience I would definitely book myself into this hotel again and recommend it as a great budget hotel to anybody else staying in the Bradford area

Awful room very tired, funny smell and awful toilet. Stayed in Ibis all over the world and this is by far the worst I have ever been in.Was told it was a franchise and it is in dire need of refurbishment. In my opinion it needs to shut.

A really great place to stay as right in centre of City. It was clean , comfortable and very nice staff plus great value for money. I had never stayed at an Ibis hotel before but will do again. The main priority for us when travelling is location and this one was excellently placed

Found ok with Tom Tom. Free car park, friendly staff. My room had a view of a powerline pylon and the noise from a compressor running every few minutes. The room was clean and tidy. Good for a nights stay

I would have to be desperate to stay there again. I know it said budget, but the room was depressing, no kettle to make a brew when you've had a rough day. The road noise was terrible, really bad nights sleep. Paid for breakfast, OK £3.95 for continental, no croissant basic cereal and brad for toast. I'd have been better of going across to Aldi. The reception staff the only redeeming feature of this place.

We travelled up to Bradford on Boxing Day to visit friends and family then headed for a (childless!) night out. Booked the room well in advance and got an absaloute bargain. No complaints at all for what we needed. Room basic but very clean and warm. Only criticism, would benefit from coffee/tea making facilities. Other than that, no complaints.

Room was on the side of a main thoroughfare in the town, and the window did not close properly. Traffic noise woke me up well before 5 am. Not your dream night. The noise was extremely distrubing, prevented sleeping.

The staff claim to claim the room 2ce a week but that has not been my experience. I have been sleeping on the same sheets for the past week. The room has not been cleaned for a week. I have been here now going on 2 weeks and my room has only been cleaned 1ce.

This was definitely a budget hotel. The room for 2 Adults and 1 Child was rather compact but we didn't spend loads of time in it apart from bedtime. Separate toilet, sink in room and separate shower. All very clean, well maintained, appeared to have been recently redecorated to a good standard. Beds were comfortable and there was a small TV in the room and one plug socket. It was a bit noisy when the window was open. All in all, you get what you pay for and I think this, though basic was great value.

Yes it's a budget hotel chain, but for us the location is ideal. It's literally across the road from Salts Mill and from where our daughter lives. Our room backed onto the canal - very picturesque and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The receptionist, Christina, was most helpful when we realised we had booked into IBIS Budget in the city of Bradford, rather than IBIS. She rearranged the booking without fuss and very professionally- and organised a refund from the original booking. Didn't eat there, but plenty of people were tucking into breakfast as we left.

Once checked in the room is never clean or the bedding changed again. If you ask the clean why was the room not clean they say the Manager told them to do so, when you talk to the Manager they say that cleaners are lazy and don't do they job properly. I would have thought that the Manager must have overall control of day to day running of hotel.
