I was going to a weeding in Campo Grande. My flight was late and I arrived 5:50 PM. Reservations drops at 6PM. I called to the hotel and explained that I would arrive a little bit later, so they should not drop my reservation. For my surprise when I arrived my reservation was dropped and the lady was rude when I asked why. My flight back was Sunday 5PM, I had nothing to do in the city so I would like to stay at the hotel as long as I could. When I asked if I could stay the staff was trying to charge me half of the daily rate even thou I am an Accor Platinum member and as so I have the right to ask for late check-outs and other stuffs such as welcome drink. It seems that the staff did even notice that I was an Accor Member. Despite of that , the price was horrible, it can be higher than Novotel (Also Accors Hotel) which is side by side with this IBIS and is so much better hotel. Unfortunately it was full booked... Also my phillips electric shaver was missing, and when I called there to ask if they found anything, nothing was reported... I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever . Go to Novotel its much better.
