We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was almost exactly like the ones on their website, very cutely designed. We were on the first floor so we could hear conversations from the street, but once we'd close the window there was just silence. The bed was very comfortable so we slept like bosses. Pillows could have been more substantial, though.
We stayed for six nights and throughout our stay our room was kept clean, the sheets and towels were regularly changed, and when we wanted to sleep in, we just used the "do not disturb" sign.
The only thing our room lacked is another shelf or two for our clothes. Also, the back-less chairs aren't the most comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time. And there wasn't too much space to hang wet towels.
The hotel has a tiny lobby (literally two tables with two chairs each) and stairs are apparently only to be used in an emergency. But the two elevators were always sufficient. There was always someone at the reception, and always friendly and helpful.
The hotel is one minute outside the train station building, and some 30 minutes by walk to the old town center. But nearby there are also Velo Antwerp public bikes by which it took us 10-15 minutes of pleasant biking to reach the center (everybody bikes in Antwerp and streets are wide).
We didn't eat breakfast here because there were many other good options nearby.
Would easily come back here.
