In room lights are located under tha straight the direction of head rest. while sitting on you hit your head on light. Due to upper bed you always hit you head on top bed. Completely not suitable for families and not justify the price. During booking you will not find any information that parking is paid. Moreover, AccorHotels claim discount for their members which they don’t give.

It is a very simple hotel, the room was seldom cleaned and one of the beds did not have a bedspread. It could be suited for people that only want to spend the night and then leave. You can find good places to eat not far from the hotel.

the room is very dirty mainly the bathroom mildew on tile joints and on the outside of the shower door the shower head does not hold We were awakened at 2am by the alarm and at 9am by the housekeeper !!!

The hotel, the place and the service were overall satisfactory. But I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied because I have been deceived through your online check-in service. They have asked me to check-in online for easy access to the hotel in order to save time and effort with no extra charges at all, but unfortunately once I have check-in online an amount of EURO 180 have been deducted from my bank account in addition to the hotel reservation fees which were EURO 353 without notifying or informing me that any amount of money will be deducted once check-in online. I am wondering why you have debited 180 euro from my credit card just after checking-in online, and why you have not notify me with this amount before deduction. I have previously asked the hotel by a separate e-mail about the reason for requesting my credit card details while check-in online and whether there will be any charges deducted from my account they informed that it is just a process and that nothing will be deducted from my account. In addition to the above when I arrived to the hotel they informed me that this amount will be returned to my account after checking-out from the hotel as far as I do not use any amount from it, but sorry to inform you that up till now after almost four days from checking-out nothing have been returned to my account. Please advise quickly by return e-mail about when this amount will be returned to my account as this gives a very bad image and reputation to ACCOR Website and Ibis Budget management as well .

Good staff at the reception and the breakfast room. The room was clean. Difficulty to sleep because of the traffic noise. Strong odor of cigarette in the room and also in the corridor. Noisy neighbours

I needed to sleep after an overnight flight, that was my main objective. I didn't have a cell phone with me and it would have been convenient if I could have called from the hotel. The Ibis where I would have peferred to slep was full, but this was ok.

This is the hotel where I stay every time I visit Paris. It's clean, comfy, the staff is friendly, well located,... Plus it's not expensive at all ! I highly recommend this hotel for people who are not interested in spending all of their stay in Paris in their hotel room :)

May 8th, a very hot Sunday. No air conditioning in the room. We must sleep with the open window. How noisy it was. a very worse experience in Paris. Why I didn't stay at B&B just at the corner of the street!

The location and price are ok. But you can not open the window in the room and the heating was too hot. There was no chance to bring down the temperature in the room. So we felt like in a sauna over 3 nights we stayed.

good location; the nearest metro station is 10 minutes away. Excellent bed - really comfortable. Good facilities. The only thing one could criticize is the fact that the floor was a little dusty; I expected it to have been mopped up.

We stayed here our first night in Paris and we were given a triple room, with a leaking bathroom sink facet, a non-smoking room that had a heavy chain smoker smell. Plus, there were old blood stains on the white sheets of the bed. It was not worth it at all.

Is far from the center of Paris, on average I took 25-35m to reach some point of interest, but to get to the metro, we still have to walk 10m. The internet was weak and limited access, the explanation for the situation was weak, as well as all the staff with limited capabilities on the english language! The smell of cigars in the hallways were intense, and the soundproofing of the rooms simply does not exist. I do not recommend.

In general, the hotel is OK. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good. However the temperature in the hotel room was far too high. The window couldn't open and shutting down the fan didn't bring any relief. The temperature in the hall was much lower, but for some reason, in the room it didn't decrease. At the water from the tap was very much chlorine added, it was not very tasty to drink. Another problem was the not-working internet. There was a connection with the hotel-wifi-network, but the internet failed. The man at the reception said in the evening that it would be solved in half an hour, but in the morning it still didn't work.

- Simple, clean, equal to price, poor breakfast, (no egg no meat). - No free access to hot water for tea all the time. - Carpet on the floor is better, I thinh than maintanance is not so worse. But significantly better than the plastic bath cells :-)

The room is ok, acording with the price paid. The main problem is with the air conditioned, which is not automatized, and it have to be closed manually. the room is small and it have to be airfreshed(unfortunately the window it can not be opened).

(It is Ibis Budget now) That’s the worst Ibis Budget I have stayed. The other two (London and Saint Malo) were much more different in a better way. One example why: we paid for breakfast. It was supposed to be until 10am. But on 2 days we arrived at 9:30 and there were no croissant, no Nutella and no cheese President. We asked the attendant, she answered: “there is cream cheese you can have instead”. I didn’t want cream cheese. I wanted the cheese that it was supposed to be there. The room was really small. We had to move the bed closer to the wall so we could put our two bags on the floor. The shower head was broken. We stayed for 4 nights, but they didn’t replace soap apart from the first day we arrived. They used to put only 2 body towels. I know it is a low budget hotel, but they could put one extra towel for face/hand or a rug to use after shower. Our neighbors were teenagers slamming doors and yelling at the corridor at 1am 7am. And for people doing tourism in Paris: it is far from the touristic places. I would not stay there again.

We are pleased with the hotel employees. They're very friendly and helpful. We will refer this hotel to our friends. Since the location of this hotel is at a walking distance to the China & Vietnamese town, we can have good foods anytime we want.
