Wasn't expecting much from staying there as it was low budget. Room toilet kept smelling and guy at front desk thought we were being funny and never really resolved it. He joked it would go away once we left which was rude. We wanted to use a hairdryer and they wanted a 10 pound deposit. I said hell no. He finally gave in.

The room was VERY basic. I use my hair dryer but the plug was no were near a mirror so not helpful. No tea or coffee facility's. We used the PLASTIC cups but we did not get any clean one's when they came to (clean) I use the word very loosely as not a good job. And as for people in reception asking for a prostitute. Well I was ashamed to say I came from Leeds. It was like been on ryanair.

My shirt was ruined by the iron with grease. No sin was up to saybuse at your own risk!!!! I have informed management but apparently nothing they can do. Poor service and disgusting attitude of staff. Avoid this hell hole at all costs. They do not care and treat you poorly....

I have nothing but praise for the simple, no frills approach to hospitality of Ibis Budget Leeds Centre. Friendly welcome, despite an arrival late in the evening, scrupulously clean room, quality bed linen, lovely hot water and for breakfast, the best strong coffee imaginable. Bravo and thanks

Duvet had strain on. Bathroom was untidy. When booked wasn't told about how far the car park was away from the hotel. Room was too small for the amount of people staying in there. The location was ok but noisy.

It is what it is, a basic budget hotel, that gives value for money. The location is perfect for access to city centre. We've stayed at this hotel several times, and will stay again if an overnight stop is needed.

Had a lovely time the room was very clean and very comfortable it had everything we needed the staff were extremely friendly and helpful could not fault it loved it second visit in a month but will be back again soon

Not too far from the city centre, you can't go wrong for a a few nights stay in Leeds. Whatever you're there for you'll find plenty of places to eat, drink and be entertained. Recommend Bundobust for excellent Indian Street food, North Bar and Tapped Leeds for drinks.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a bonus. They helped me when i needed to take my bags to my room, and was very quick and kind when i was ordering my food. They also asked if everything was okay and the staff behind the reception desk were all extremely amazing.

I found this hotel adequate for our one night stay but would not stay much longer. Ok fo a short stay. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Poor Breakfast. Could do with a better cleaning. Having said that ,you only get what you pay for and it was good value for money. Would stay again for one or two nights without the breakfast.

Rooms were are clean and bright. Good shower. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms so wouldn't pay more than £40.00 to stay as the mattresses are thin and you only get one pillow. Okay if all you need is a cheap overnight stop otherwise there are better, more comfortable, hotels in Leeds.

The guy on the desk wasn't very polite he didn't put me first he was dealing with several customers whilst dealing with me which meant he took ages to sort me out. Also am not sure weather he knew what he was doing if so didn't do a good job

Overall it was okay, however the TV didn't work, and we had two people walk in on separate occasions after knocking, (to which we had said loudly that we were in there) to clean the room way before check out time.

Close to city centre and St James' hospital where I was visiting my husband. Good continental breakfast and adequate room and facilities. Free tea downstairs was good, but would have preferred brewing facilities in my room. Good shower. Room was clean but the bed was a bit hard. Don't try ringing reception - I did but the phone rang and rang. whilst I was there, there were 3 staff around, the phone was ringing, but not one of them answered it.

As per all Ibis Budget hotels, the accommodation is basic but competitively priced & an in a central location. The only minor issue was that check-in was a tad slow due to a large stag group checking in ahead of us, but otherwise no issues.

It took a minute to get the shower going warm- but no real problems. Staff always very friendly and always very clean. I've not ever heard much noise there, so always sleep well. I arrive late and leave early, so is an excellent place to sleep over- why pay more just to sleep?

This was the worst stay ever! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone It was like a homeless hostel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room had to pay 1.80 for a cup, the noise Was horrendous the bed was the worst ever. The shower and toilet was no bigger than a cupboard

I really don't understand how paying £86 for a night in what looked more like a hospital room can really be considered 'budget'. The wifi would only work in certain rooms and the TV sound wouldn't go past 20, so if you're hard of hearing then you have no chance.

Incredible value and brilliant service from two of the lovely ladies on reception who were so helpful. Clean room, perfect for a weekend stay in a comfy bed with hot shower. No frills but I did not want any. Taxis so quick and cheap. Bus stops and bus station nearby. NCP Markets car park only 4 min walk away and £7 discounted 24 hr rate was rest value. Took my own hairdryer and travel kettle , rea and coffee. Did not try the breakfast but did appreciate the snacks available for purchase late on Saturday night. Thank you Ibis budget for providing such fantastic basic accommodation with 5* receptionists.

one of the staff her name is kristine she was really co operation on on my check inn service i was to early hotel but she deal with very nicely. i appreciate that. almost all staff are help full but i give her 100 mark 👍🏻
