very good location next to the highway, easy parking, quite rooms, friendly staff, breakfast could be better and have more fresh products and choices. I definitively recommend this hotel for a short stay of one or two nights.

For a budget hotel, I was extremely impressed with just about every aspect of this hotel; the room was clean on arrival, and kept clean during my stay; same goes for the shower and toilet; bed comfortable; staff friendly; breakfast not lavish, but better than acceptable. The hotel is 10-15 minutes' walk from the nearest tram stop, which is a pity on a wet evening; on the other hand, on a dry morning you can (if you choose!) walk all the way in to the city centre or main railway station within an hour. No noise from the nearby by-pass, nor from other rooms, either above/below or to either side. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel, nor in recommending it to others; I think this is my first review for Trip Advisor, and as I left the hotel three days ago it was my intention to make a point of submitting a review. You can book a stay here in full confidence.

We'll be staying there again if our route takes us that way, and ... We'll be staying there again if our route takes us that way, but ... We'll be staying there again if our route takes us that way, also ... We'll be staying there again if our route takes us that way.

This hotel is convenient if you are passing through Dijon and not staying long as this is a basic hotel. We found it a bit noisy and there are no decent restaurants in walking distance which would be nice after a long day driving. However, the rooms are clean and you get what you pay for. We found the breakfast choice limited and seating crowded, not good. Overall, average hotel but ok for a one night stopover.

When we arrived there was a locked gate to the carpark which we really liked, check in was smooth and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We will certainly be staying here again. The only thing I don't like especially is the sheet and blanket on the beds but I can live with it for the price we paid.

This hotel is clean , comfortable , quiet and really good value for money . When we realised that we would have to leave before breakfast the next day the man behind the desk refunded us the money we had paid for it . He was also very helpful and friendly . The rooms are basic but have en suite showers with separate toilet . Lovely clean sheets .

En route to the south of France we stayed for one night. We arrived quite early and the reception staff were very helpful and fluent in English. The rooms are sparkling clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. We ate in a local restaurant recommended by the hotel which was also very pleasant. Played board games in the breakfast area in the evening. Sumptuous breakfast for a nominal price but the dining room was quite stuffy and overcrowded at 7.30 so we ate outside - not a big problem!

Great location, nice and cheap and anytime check in make this a great stopover location when traveling to the Alps or Provence. I wouldn't stay here if you were thinking of more than one night, and the bed is a little hard.

At Ibis budget you get what you expect. Clean room , comfortable bed and good breakfast. A good point was the secure car park which was surrounded with a fence and gates locked during the night. Recommended

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable so sleep was lacking. Hotel was quiet. Location is not good to see DIjon as it is far from the centre. Breakfast was a good spead of options allowing most to have a hearty meal.

Stayed here as a stopover on the way back to the UK. Good value, friendly and helpful staff, clean, air con, secure parking and free wireless. Nearby restaurant was good although quite expensive. Would stay again.

The location is far from everywhere so you will need a car to get there. The check in process, even after late night, is simple and fast. There is no check out process. The room is simple but clean, and it can sleep 3 persons. It is ideal for a quick and convenient overnight stay for a small family like ours.

Stayed twice and it's well worth the price and you must have breakfast .we used it as a stop over on way to south France and same on way back. It was everything we required, very clean and good value .

We recently stayed at this hotel.the rooms are comfortable apart from the very smelly ventilation system.this seems to be a problem with a few of the ibis hotels we have stayed in recently.we have used ibis lots of times over the years and have not had this problem before. It could be a health hazard for someone if it is not addressed.

Easy to find and excellent value for money. Second time used for overnight stay whilst travelling through France and would definitely book again. Ideal location just off motorway and gate access makes this very secure.

If you know the former Etap chain of hotels, you will appreciate that this is basic accommodation for a low price. However, since taking over the chain, Ibis has renovated the rooms appreciably but they do remain pretty small, including the closet-type bathrooms and the double beds. No king-size here.... They kept the code system for entering your room, instead of the typical key or card. Gated parking is included in the price and provides security. The hotel is essentially in the suburbs of Dijon though that's not all too obvious on their website, so it only works if you have a car. It's located close to a nest of other hotels and restaurants since it has no such facilities except coin-operated machines for snacks and drinks. Remember, this is budget living but it's clean and does the job.

St Apollinaire is on the north east outskirts of Dijon: once you find just where it is located it is a fairly simple matter to drive into the city centre. As usual, the hotel is situated on a business site, but this one with fast food outlets & a very large shopping complex conveniently close by. Ample parking extends around the hotel & is mostly lit up at night. Receptionist wasn't there when we arrived at 5.00pm but she appeared after a spate of bell ringing (with apologies). Her English was fair but she wasn't especially helpful. The plastic key worked and our room was on the 1st floor, down an open air corridor, that faced the front and visitors' cars & vans. There was no lift and the outdoor stairs were wet & quite steep. The rooms were ok -comfortable double bed with a bunk overhead - and a tiny en-suite. A modern TV, reasonable furniture & hanging space, a window that opened a couple of inches and a broken air-con unit. All in all very sparse & functional - rather like a line of stables - but we slept quite well and had a squeeze shower in the small 'wet room' before we left.
