The staff at the hotel was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible for the price we paid. We expected much better service and room quality having stayed at other Ibis hotels.

I am a regular customer for this hotel. Easy to access from the domestic terminal without using shuttle or car. Very comfortable and I had a good sleep. There is a kettle which is very handy. My personal opinion, fridge is not necessary if we stay very short period as it makes noise.

Everything was OK. Room was clean. The view was inspiring: huge roadside banner and a busy road. :) The only (real) issue for me was the absense of shampoo which I had to purchase at the vending machine. A bit dissapointing... Also there is no way you can open the window, in case you'd prefer a bit of fresh air. Overall it is OK for a one night stay.

The room was like a match box. So pleased we were not staying more than 1 night, no room for the luggage for a couple travelling with 4 suitcases. Certainly lives up to the BUDGET. The only really nice part was the breakfast and the coffee.... Also Krusty Kreme donut shop in the carpark. Paying to park our car in the IBIS carpark sucks....

A budget motel with bare basics. Towels paper thin and shower curtain stained and short causing water to flow across floor. Reception staff less than helpful and foyer layout poor and easily congested.

Basics only but all I expected for a crash pad for one night after arriving in Sydney at 9.30pm No hair dryer and the lighting in the bathroom was poor but I had a good night's sleep and it's a short walk to the train station at the Domestic Airport.

The first room we were assigned had two faults. First the television was not working but more importantly the did not stay closed stay closed. Important because the room was opposite a fast food outlet. We were given another room but the hotel needs maintenance. It is wonderful location if you have an early morning domestic flight. An easy 15 minute walk from both terminals. Rooms are small but OK for overnight

Rooms very small but good for the price compared to others in the vicinity. Housekeeping not good. Trash can was full of old rubbish, probably a one-off oversight. Transportation to airport is AU$7.00 per person each way.

so convenient when one has an early morning departure flight the next morning. And in fact one can walk to their terminal although there is a shuttle bus service available. Buffet dinner very disappointing but then there are a couple of fast food places walkable nearby.

For walking guests from the Terminals,the notices for "Directions to the Hotel" non existent so it is extremely POOR. The Owners must know how rediculous this situation is. With all the roads very busy,you cannot see the Hotel until you get around a corner,then cannot cross the busy roads.

A very fast check in and directions to the room, which was impeccably clean. Very small soaps rather than shower gel was supplied. No washer in the bathroom or iron/ironing board in the room, which was unusual. A great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed however was appreciated after a big day of travelling and sight seeing.

The receptionist was extremely rude. We checked in, he barely said two words to us. And just gave me my room key. I then had to ask if my car was fine in the parking lot to which he was annoyed about having to charge me for. $25 is a bit pricey for one night in all honesty. We get up to our room and it's not the queen room I ordered. We go back down to which the guy rudely tells us that he "upgraded" us. Honestly if you are "upgrading" someone you should tell them. Didn't feel like an upgrade at all. Wouldn't stay here again.

It is a budget hotel but this does not excuse the condition of the bathroom. The floor area was very dirty all around the edges and it was very poorly lit and overall not a pleasant experience. We would not be using Ibis Budget again.

This hotel was suitable for a one night stop-over before flying out. Room was small but clean, beds were comfortable, staff carried bags to shuttle bus, a small bar and dining area available. Will use again.

The location is great so close to the domestic terminals hence the reason for my stay for an early morning flight. I ended up with only 3 hours sleep with all the noise of people coming and going at all hours and not being considerate about the noise they were making. Wallls are too thin!!!

Whilst the service was good and the bed was very comfortable, you only get what you pay for. The room was very cramp & expect to live out of your bag. We had "dinner" at the Bistro. Look before you pay so you know what you are paying for on the night. The food was average and overpriced. Like others who did check first, McDonalds, KFC & Krisp Kreme next door is a far better option.

The room itself was ok. Could not make a phonecall from room as wifi didn't work, only had phone reception next to the lift which was inconvenient and not private. We needed to use the computer but that wasn't working either. Staff helpful and breakfast was reasonable.

Rooms are good, comfy bed. Breakfast available and buffet in evening. Shuttle is every half hour and must book and pay $7 which can go on room fee. Will also pick you up at Domestic or International. Mc Donalds a 3 minute walk as well.

my husband booked the room , i was going to present to a nursing conference for my first one nationally here in australia so very nervous. The room was basic and not very clean. The bed was comfy. My biggest thing was nobody told me we had paid for breakfast so i didn't eat at the hotel even though we had paid. Now this may be my responsibility to check but no-one even mentioned it and as the dining area appeared closed every time i was in the hotel i assumed this was not available. On a good note the staff were friendly and smiled

Even a budget hotel needs a certain level of service. Noticed our blind was broken as the kids were about to go down. Went down to receptionNan’s was come and fix it or help with a solution. Never showed up. Had to construct a way of holding it down using coat hangers. If one of our kids woke and hit that god knows what kind of fright they’d get. I won’t stay there again when for an extra $50 I can stay at a better quality hotel
