This is clearly the worst Ibis I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Dirty, stinky room with filthy walls. It was like staying in an HotelF1 year’s ago. But they were good value, this wasn’t. Very disappointed

The hotel is well located, the city is amazing and worth a visit, the staff was amazing, but the carpet inside and outside the rooms is disgusting and it stinks like all you can imagine, it needs to be changed

I have been coming to this hotel for at least once a year. This year I noticed that it requires a paint, the floor coverings are very dirty and the cleaning is badly done. Unfortunately, I think that after so many years a thorough recovery is highly desirable.

On arrival we gave the receptionist our paperwork, to be told that we had not paid for our room and our friends room, after traveling 400 miles then she put us onto interpreter/manager. Who told us over the phone there was a charge of €4.60 to pay for taxes. We then were told him we had already paid in full. Then he came back to say we had €82.00 to pay. After arriving at 8.30 pm we then finally room code at 11.30 pm. This was very poor with no apologies and one to contact us to apologise for the inconvenience.

No frills but good value clean accommodation and a comfy bed! Would definitely recommend it as a budget stopover. Easy location near restaurants too. Breakfast could be better, not really good value, but coffee ok!

I made an on line booking for Metz on the 4th August and you took the money from my account. When I got to Metz they said I DID NOT have a booking and said the print out of the booking I produced was not confirmed on line This caused a dispute which took over an hour in the end I had to pay again so you owe me a repayment .Please get in touch.

The hotel is ideally placed to provide me overnight accommodation between Italy and UK. The rooms are adequate and the staff helpful and friendly. Slight issue with the booking which was resolved to my satisfaction

Prebooked in advance but when arrived got charged at a different rate. Told staff this but to no avail. They said that only manager could refund me and wasnt in until the following week!. Since then no refubd despite emails and Twitter messages. Hotel totally ignoring fact of overcharge and Accor ans ibis doing nothing to help. Last stay in an Accor hotel ever.

Room was up to usual clean and basic standards of Budget Ibis which was as expected. Breakfast, however, was very lacking! No orange juice, no fruit salad and no cheese. When requested the attitude was shrug of the shoulders and "desole"! Not at all Ibis standards.

During our 10 days in France we stayed in a number of F1 and Ibis Budget hotels and this one was the poorest, it felt quite run down and tired. The decor was dated and there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. We were so tired however that we didn't have the energy to complain. The check In staff were friendly and efficicient.

Really not expensive ,near some nice restaurants ; clean rooms, a little small but perfect for one night. Good breakfast. Freindly reception. quiet Good price and a big parking lot that was free. Perfect for an overnight stay

Friendly receptionist was a little overwhelmed with so many Friday night guests arriving at once. Great to find a lift. Arrangement of separate shower, toilet and wash-basin was covenient (though a working light-bulb in the shower would have been helpful..). Comfortable bed. No telephone to reception. Breakfast was adequate and the croissants were really good.

Very useful stopover point. Ideally placed for our journey, cheap and cheerful and small rooms, but rooms clean and efficient use of space. You get free WIFI and a TV and on a stopover is all that is needed. Close to restaurants locally and easy to find.

The location is very convenient and they have excellent car parking as well. The check in process was hassle free as with all Ibis budget. But there was a bad smell when we opened the room initially probably due to poor ventilation

Ideally situated for my business reasons but obviously a "budget" hotel. Very helpful staff as usual, plenty of space for parking but the room was not the usually good standards of cleanliness by Ibis.

This is a very reasonable priced hotel at a suitable point from Milan to Calais. Ideally placed with plenty of restaurants nearby. Very clean and well looked after. It was unfortunate that the young lady on reception could not speak English as she had trouble using the system to book us in and could not communicate with me, I speak very limited French. She was very apologetic and managed it in the end, her pigeon English and my Pigeon French prevailed.

We would choose this hotel again, due to were it is geografically placed, it is calm, and close to many big shopping stores. The rooms are typically small Etap hotel design. The breakfast has no lowcarb and glutenfree choice, so we made our own instead.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly as was the lady helping him. The Gentleman was very helpful and polite, better than at the five star hotels I stay at for business! He is super! Great having free wifi in the room as well!

We chose this hotel based on value for money as we were just stopping on route to our holiday destination. My parents are disabled and we were amazed about the quality of the disabled room at no extra charge. Located right near the entrance, It had a very large open wet room style bathroom. The room was twice the size of a regular room. There was seating in the shower and everything was easily accessible. Our only complaint was the unbearable heat. Although the room had a heating system that we set to 5 degrees it turned out to be just a fan and the room was still roasting all night.

We chose the hotel as a stop-over on our way to Bretagne. It is perfectly located close to the highway and has some good and not expensive restaurants nearby. The room and everything else was perfectly clean and convenient, the breakfast very good for the price, and there was no noise during the night. The staff was very friendly and speaks English. Only 4 points for the room, because it was quite narrow with all the luggage we had (2 adults and 1 child). But for a short term stay it is best choice!
