We spent the final days of our two-week trip to Morocco at the Ibis Al Jadida. We found the property to be well located, right on the beach with easy parking. The rooms were clean and suitably spacious to meet our needs. We had rooms facing the ocean, and my family appreciated the good wifi access. The overall property was nice and exceeded our expectations--it had a good pool area, a pleasant bar and Moroccan salon, and a bright breakfast room. The elevator stopped working at the end of our stay, but overall we were satisfied with the accommodations and service provided by the staff.
Room quality needs to improve. Breakfast needs to improve. Vegetarian food is not available. Hotel need to provide more vegetarian options. At least free water bottle per day need to be kept in room. Presently no drinking water is offered.
On-line reservation was easy and efficient. On arrival the check-in staff were courteous and welcoming. The room an on-suite was clean and comfortable. The bar good and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided a good selection. The pool looked inviting but we had no time to use it. The location was prime on the promenade. Excellent value for money. The only peeve: there were no hangers for clothes.
The hotel is more spacious than some Ibis. The hotel has good views over the atlantic and a swimming pool and garden. The staff are no more friendly than in other Ibis and the price seems inflated for the service offered.
Ecellent location, seaside, excellent and kind people working there to meet all your requests. Room is a normal/standard Ibis room, nothing particular. Breakfast is not the best, but it is a tipical in Ibis. If you stay long time it is not so nice. The best part is that you can enjoy a glass of Morocan tea with ''nana'' in the morning.
The hotel is well located in front of the beach. Despite it is said on the hotel we-page that there is a parking, the actual parking is very small and closed to customers. The few parking places were occupied for days by cars not moving at all and not belonging to customers. Some of the cars were even completely covered to protect from the sun, as obviously the car was meant to stay here for weeks or months. The hotel reception guy has no sense of customer service at all !
I have stayed many times at this hotel. The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful, though it is clear that for some, their French is much stronger than their English. Rooms are small, simple, and no frills. Chair and bed are hard but not uncomfortable. Put out the "do not disturb" sign if you do not want the maid entering the room every thirty minutes all morning while you are trying to sleep in. Biggest complaint that I have at this time, water temperature in the shower was out of control. Too hot one minute and then too cold the next, regardless of where the control lever was positioned.
