Great value for money, staff very kind and great breakfast. I will return soon when I travel to and from Paris, and the ibis is also very handy for limoges train station. The A20 motorway is also not far from the hotel.

We had a triple room, so we had a bunk bed and two singles squeezed below, outside the ground floor window there were condoms on the floor. it was extremely hot but the window did have a option to tilt or lock open so we didn't want to sleep with he window wide open. It was cheap, so expectations weren't high. Food was average, parking was good an secure. It did the job, but more space and not having a ground floor room would make things better.

My daughter woke up with loads of bed bite all over her ankeles and her stomach, the overall stay was good value but I was not happy about bites :( If this haven't of happened the rating would have been better

The Room we had was insultable for rent. Because the ventilation system did not work, the bathroom was damp already as we arrived, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling off. There was mood around the mirror and water drips on the wall from condensation on that mirror.

Disappointing for an Ibis budget. Staff courteous and efficient but not friendly. There was plaster off the bathroom wall and the whole place looked less than cared for. However the sheets were clean and the room was clean which is always the case in these hotels. The restaurant food was adequate but the waitress woeful. We were only here for one night fortunately.

was looking forward to staying in the newly renovated rooms only to find that someone had cleverly put all the plug sockets in the rooms a good six feet away from any mirrors. Result - impossible to blow dry hair. I can only assume that it was a man who thought this up!

Great budget hotel if you want to party, I didn't I was driving through France and booked as a stopover, unfortunately for me it was a Saturday night and the youngsters seem to stay there as its cheap and central. After next door refused to quiet down despite reception speaking to them I got moved to a different floor which was quiet. The staff were good, however the standard of guest that not so quiet so... Its central, its cheap, if you want to party its perfect. If you have 8 hour drives either side then suggest finding somewhere else.

poor quality room poor quality furnidhings and pretty dated at that, on their website and in their brochure there is no mention of a 5 euro parking charge per day so I took it as a rip off charge for parking in the city...big con

Service was poor, the man at reception had zreo customer care and the room was extremely basic even considering the price. There was dripping water all night from a gutter and rubbish on the flat roof just below the window. Paying for parking did not seem fair when you can park for free on the street/s near by.

I've written about this hotel before, and you can draw your own conclusion from the fact I went back again. It is SO close to the train station, clean, convenient and with good service from the staff.

The hotel is a nice quiet location not far from the train station. It has a large safe parking area for a small cost of 5 euros, the hotel was very welcoming and friendly staff who looked after me. the room is nice and ample but my bed was not so comfy but apart from that I would recommend it as a reasonably priced convenient location for a hotel

One of the older former Etap hotels but very satisfactory and a great centre to walk Limoges! A lovely old city famous of course for its porcelain but surprisingly very few retail outlets for this type of 'goods'. The factory and museum for Royal Limoges on the river is very near the hotel and there is another outlet on the way out to Niort. Oradour-sur-Glane of infamous WWII history id also worth a visit and a 30 minute from the hotel.

This Ibis budget hotel, is ok for a nights stop over. We have stayed at many Etap and now Ibis Budget hotels in the past. But this one requires updating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower adequate. The rooms were clean.

Secure undercover parking, a clean and comfortable room in easy reach of the AutoRoute. A good option for an overnight stop. Unfortunately it was raining heavily so we didn't get to explore the city, but parks looked great in the wet and dark! A good value 'do it yourself' breakfast.

This is a budget hotel so do not expect any fineries, but do not let that take anything away from the overall standard of this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and both rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate. Breakfast was excellent and very good value for the money. The plug was missing from the sink in one room and the shower wasn't adjustable but one could pick fault with any room and give a poor review. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.

The usual Ibis Budget experience (clean room, basic breakfast, OK ensuite) but closer into town than is often the case - still easy to get to though. The nearby autoroute junction only permits flow in certain directions so take care when arriving. 'Google directions' seems to understand the roads. Note that there is a €5 charge for using the car park.

We have stayed in a number of Ibis Budget hotels in various countries and usually they give good value for money. This one was a let down. The bedroom had only one light at all. There was only one socket, and it was located on the opposite side of the room from the 'desk'. Anyone like us needing to charge (2) computers, TomTom and (2) mobile phones therefore have a problem. Bathroom cleanliness was also not up to the usual standard. Not recommended. We will not stay there again.

Can't complain really. Location excellent for city centre, although beware at night!! Bed slightly uncomfortable as not enough pillows but still managed a decent night's sleep. Would stay again for a short break.

When we arrived the shower head bracket was broken and we had to use the shower holding the head. This was reported to the man on reception and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that there wasn't anyone to fix it. The next day a nice odd job man came and sorted it out. Although we put the do not disturb sign on the door the maid still came in our room and made the bed but that was all as she didn't clean the bathroom or empty the bin. I really thought although being budget we expected a little better service. Also the car park was 6 euro for a motorcycle which we thought was dear. I will not be stopping there again.

It really was budget. The room was tiny. The facilities in the room were absolutely basic. All the plugs bar one had been sealed. The mirror was standing on the wall rather than the floor. Luckily we weren't in a position where we needed to do anything but wash and sleep in it.
