Great location, close to West Brompton tube station and within 10 minutes walk to Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC.Plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Something for everyone. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly.Have stayed a few times and will be back again.
We stayed for a weekend. Bus stop outside and rail and tube station almost next door (District Line), so easy access to the hotel. Everything in the hotel was up to the usual high standards one expects from Ibis. Excellent breakfast choice (for the price). Efficient and friendly staff.
I was given a room on the 11th floor - the bathroom had hair on the floor so I informed reception;was offered another room but as it was a good sized room with a good view I asked for the room to be cleaned. The housekeeper turned up a few minutes later and advised me to get another room. I was given a room on the 7th floor and a welcome drink voucher. Unfortunately the room was smaller tatty and nowhere to sit to watch tv or relax so back to reception again. They were very helpful and didn't seem to mind giving me another room similar to the one on the 11th floor. It took a bit of time but eventually I got a room I was happy with. The room was cleaned early the next morning which I like. Food very expensive in George and Dragon.
Clean comfortable with friendly staff. Quite busy but service was prompt. Did not eat in the hotel. Parking expensive but this is London. Very reasonable rate, booked direct. Good option for West London.
Nearest tube is West Brompton on the district line. Small room but big enough for two of us. Clean hotel and pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The tv worked and the bed was comfy.
Great value hotel, for budget stay to see the sights of London, good location for meals out, bars & music in Earls Court. Near to tube station providing quick & easy access to Londons attractions, shows & restraunts.
Easy to get from west Brompton tube station pub inside serves great food and drink kids are welcome so it was a bit noisy has pool table about a $8.00 ride to Craven Cottage football stadium food stores around area and other pubs too
As an almost weekly visitor to this hotel, I cannot recommend highly enough. The key areas for me being Service and Cleanliness are exceptional in my opinion. This is a credit to Ioannis Koletakis and his excellent team. An extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming environment!
Excelent reception service, great breakfast and pub. The bed is good, but the pillows are too thin. Few power plugs, the toilet's exaust fan was not working. And we had a bad situation with a room maid in the check out. It was not terrible, but far from the experiences that we had in other Ibis, including London.
Hand rails galore around the bath and toilet two emergency pull cords and the sink really low down methinks I was given disabled accommodation otherwise ok pub very good and food value for the area. Earl’s Court however very scruffy and unfriendly
The staff we’re friendly, the place was clean and had everything you could want. The only reason it isn’t a total 5 is because it wasn’t very ‘plush’ or stylish but I guess that’s reflected in the price. Very reasonably priced for what you get and very happy I stayed there!
Very good location.....minutes from the tube ..would book it again. fabulous views over London. Great choice for sightseeing. Cheap price.................sharing between 2 people. Tea coffee, shower over bath. Very clean.
We appreciated: the helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Meals available on site. Left luggage room. Exceptionally good value for money. 5 minutes walk from underground train station.
I am using this hotel in the main due to the proximity of my work, however, if it was not acceptable I would not - therefore fact that I return week in / week out must say something. Good size of rooms, clean and good facilities - and of course quiet and comfortable!!
We had a lovely time in the hotel. Rooms are not too big but for a trip to London this is no big problem. Friendly staff and and excellent breakfast. Both continental and English available. Good beds.
The hall of the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Evevybody, from the staff at the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and seemed happy. A real good Christmas sfere, which made me feel good. Thank you
Me and my wife had a great time. The hotel location is okay (not in city's center, but close to a underground station) and the crew is very nice. The room could be better, because the furniture is quite outdated.
from the check-in to the check-out is always a nice and smooth stay. This hotel is the good start to live London within walking distance. Large room with a great view and very confortable bed. Hope to get to this hotel again soon.
We booked this hotel purely because it was near to the venue we were going to that evening. For the price we paid we were amazed to find a large reception area which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a concierge desk. Room was good, breakfast delicious. The only slight problem was a chilly room, but a top up radiator was provided which helped.
If only the room hadn't been too warm the stay at my favourite Earls Court Hotel would have been as good as ever but sadlying it was and therefore there was the disappointment of a poor night's sleep even with the open windows.
