We appreciated: the helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Meals available on site. Left luggage room. Exceptionally good value for money. 5 minutes walk from underground train station.
I am using this hotel in the main due to the proximity of my work, however, if it was not acceptable I would not - therefore fact that I return week in / week out must say something. Good size of rooms, clean and good facilities - and of course quiet and comfortable!!
We had a lovely time in the hotel. Rooms are not too big but for a trip to London this is no big problem. Friendly staff and and excellent breakfast. Both continental and English available. Good beds.
The hall of the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Evevybody, from the staff at the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and seemed happy. A real good Christmas sfere, which made me feel good. Thank you
Me and my wife had a great time. The hotel location is okay (not in city's center, but close to a underground station) and the crew is very nice. The room could be better, because the furniture is quite outdated.
from the check-in to the check-out is always a nice and smooth stay. This hotel is the good start to live London within walking distance. Large room with a great view and very confortable bed. Hope to get to this hotel again soon.
We booked this hotel purely because it was near to the venue we were going to that evening. For the price we paid we were amazed to find a large reception area which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a concierge desk. Room was good, breakfast delicious. The only slight problem was a chilly room, but a top up radiator was provided which helped.
If only the room hadn't been too warm the stay at my favourite Earls Court Hotel would have been as good as ever but sadlying it was and therefore there was the disappointment of a poor night's sleep even with the open windows.
I have already exchanged emails with the management about the incident. Briefly, it was not possible to charge my room-account for the breakfast or dinner. I had to pay cash. I understand the need of having rules and procedures but there is also the aspect of 'friendliness' to the customer. I am a disappointed customer, and next time, my team and I will look first for another hotel in London.
The location is good, although the pavements between the hotel and tube are very uneven, bit of a struggle with a case. My room was acceptable, nothing special. The staff were on the whole very good and helpful. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. This Ibis would benefit from following the example of the Ibis hotels in France and Spain, who are providing an exceptional continental breakfast at the moment.
Very poor customer service and the poorest I have got through out my 3 weeks stay in the UK. First instance , I went to buy a chocolate I was asked to buy from the bar since the guy has closed the til , second instance I asked for the charging cable from the restaurant they sent me all the way down to the reception to go ask my self without picking up the phone and asking them selves , thirdly similar incident I asked them to book a cab for me as we were getting late and to utilise the time while having breakfast but was the same response had to go to the reception by my self and the guy at the reception tells me its a short distance and they cant get a taxi he would suggest me taking the bus , I was really ? Only the gentlemen at the bar and the cleaners were very polite and had a sense of customer service , I think you guys seriously need to take a look at your operational guys especially front end people and their attitudes .
Just 2 minutes walk from West Brompton station and 8 minutes from the Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Reasonably priced hotel with good facilities : traditional bar, Restaurant for evening meals and excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms furnished traditionally with new IBIS bedding. Its a shame they do not offer on-line check-in and check-out.
We have stayed at the IBIS Earls Court for more years then we care to remember. We keep coming back because the service is most courteous, the hotel and housekeeping are second to none. The employees at the front desk go out of their way to look after any and all requests. Just doesn't get better then this.
Hotel is globally ok. Sometimes very expensive, sometimes more affordable. Rooms are clean, quiet but globally old fashioned. Breakfast is good, simple but expensive. Close to Stamford Bridge stadium.
Clean, well kept hotel. Excellent staff at checkin/checkout and in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a great location for easy access to central London. Overall good value for price.
I have stayed for one night at Ibis Earls Court, we had a great time ,all members of staff from Reception, Bar and breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and service was great . Room was cleaned and everything was just we needed for perfect holiday , we will come back soon and we definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thanks for wonderful stay.
Staid 3 days and every day loud disco music at breakfast in the morning. It was unpossible to talk to my partner. I don't understand that Ibis does learn his lessons. Quiet rooms. Hotel close to the metro.
Room OK, but a bit tired. Air con control looked new, but seemed to default to 24C, no matter what buttons I pressed. Had to open the window so got all the aircraft noise in the morning. Surely putting something in the room explaining the controls wouldn't be too much to ask?
We stayed at this Ibis earlier this year , It's a easy walk from the tube They gave us the room we requested , I told them it was my wifes Birthday and there a nice few surprises in the room too The room prices are always a good price for london which is a bid + for us The breakfast as is always well stocked
One nights stay checked in bit early and that was ok, room good bed reasonable window would open which is good for me. Came back later that evening to the bar which was quiet and decided a coffee would be nice, sign on the machine behind the bar said “Allways available” but not on this occasion! Thought it bazaar, bar staff not busy not very welcoming in here, music was irritating and fairly loud. Decor very smoky yellow and needs a uplift in the bar
