Clean, well kept hotel. Excellent staff at checkin/checkout and in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a great location for easy access to central London. Overall good value for price.
I have stayed for one night at Ibis Earls Court, we had a great time ,all members of staff from Reception, Bar and breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and service was great . Room was cleaned and everything was just we needed for perfect holiday , we will come back soon and we definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thanks for wonderful stay.
Staid 3 days and every day loud disco music at breakfast in the morning. It was unpossible to talk to my partner. I don't understand that Ibis does learn his lessons. Quiet rooms. Hotel close to the metro.
Room OK, but a bit tired. Air con control looked new, but seemed to default to 24C, no matter what buttons I pressed. Had to open the window so got all the aircraft noise in the morning. Surely putting something in the room explaining the controls wouldn't be too much to ask?
We stayed at this Ibis earlier this year , It's a easy walk from the tube They gave us the room we requested , I told them it was my wifes Birthday and there a nice few surprises in the room too The room prices are always a good price for london which is a bid + for us The breakfast as is always well stocked
One nights stay checked in bit early and that was ok, room good bed reasonable window would open which is good for me. Came back later that evening to the bar which was quiet and decided a coffee would be nice, sign on the machine behind the bar said “Allways available” but not on this occasion! Thought it bazaar, bar staff not busy not very welcoming in here, music was irritating and fairly loud. Decor very smoky yellow and needs a uplift in the bar
A friendly hotel with cheerful staff. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, if a all. Food available in bar and restaurant is good quality and well presented. Pity car park availability is not obviously advertised
The staff on desk were professional and very pleasant. I work nearby and after a very busy day the room was A1 The sleep I had in room was first class The breakfast buffet was nicely set out and staff on duty were effiecent and constantly checking food stocks Thank you
One night stay on business, ideal location, more comfortable than the usual Ibis's Nice bar and very good sleep quality, comfortable bed. Reception staff were excellent, warm welcome. Lots of good bars and restaurants within a short walk Have stayed here before and will return
All staff were great! Especially Reception manager Michael is the best manager I have ever met. He is kind, professional and helpful. Hotel is in great location, very clean room. I have heating problem. I called and maintenance came in short time and fixed the problem instantly.
Decent priced hotel near to the tube. Staff always efficient. Usual hotel breakfast. Pub does a decent range of food and drink. Not 5 star but perfectly adequate. Only 30 minutes into the city, 40 if going to Bank/Moorgate where I do my business. Good hotel if visiting Chelsea Football club.
I have stayed at this hotel before, ideal for Olympia exhibitions, for went the breakfast as I am a coffee and banana man, so didn't want to buy breakfast, although I have previously , and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was great, although a little tired, bed very comfortable, bu5 noisy zircon, which insisted that I wanted 25 degrees, not 19. I had a problem with the keycard, every time I tried to get into the room, very frustrating, but the front reception sorted it every time.
The hotel is nice and the staff are welcoming. The location is a 5-minute walk from the subway [Not Earl's Court but West Brombdenon ]but the area is deserted.Breakfast is very good. There is no safe in the rooms
Near the Earls Court Regeneration area with underground stations nearby. Good quality hotel although a bit dated. Room clean and modern but a bit on the small side for more than one person. Breakfast was plentiful and organised efficiently.
*** hotel ... for that prize in that area couldn't be better .... the room wasn't too small, cleaned everyday, the breakfasts were very good - more than just a full english breakfast. The staff was very nice.
Good hotel located close to the tube. It is easy to travel to various parts of London. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. However at night ther are a few shady characters roaming near the hotel.
The area where the hotel is situated is not great and is in fact quite dilapidated but the hotel itself is comfortable, with a helpful staff. The hotel is just a short distance from West Brompton tube station (District line) and railway line and is just one stop from Earl's Court, which meets up with the Picadilly line for London's West End. The hotel in West Brompton is ideal for anyone going to the tennis in Wimbledon or football at Chelsea or Fulham.
Great location just a few minutes walk from West Brompton underground/ overground station. Bus ride to V & A museum. Easy check in. Wifi worked well. Air con was great. Breakfast was more than adequate and was included in our deal. Comfy pub with decent food for a fair price, would stay again. Rooms possibly a bit dated but clean and comfortable.
It is what it is and you usually get a similar service wherever you stay in the world in an IBIS. The aircon was struggling - it was the hottest day of the year when I stayed. The queue to reception was always massive at times of check out etc. Apart from that, it was ok. Bed - comfortable. Room - clean. Food buffet - good.
Good hotel, great breakfast - no problems Liked the hotel , 5 min from the West Brompton Tube Station 74 bus across the street that takes you to Harrods Up the road from Chalsea's ground Handy for most places via underground
