We enjoyed spacious rooms with baths. Close to centre of Millau so a bit noisy but good value for money. Ideal for a visit to the bridge and to explore the town. We used the public parking which was fine providing you can decipher the French instructions.

If your looking for cheap accomodation, you must factor in the €15 parking charge which is the most I have paid to date. If your a Le Club member and like to collect points, forget it. The abrupt bar staff cannot add orders to your room which means you will not collect points. The staff are unable to awards points for any bar purchases. As the bar is no bargain, and certainly not attractive, this is not a great loss. There are nicer places in the pedestrian area to eat and drink. The Mercure and the Ibis are in fact in the same building. The Ibis takes up the bottom 4 floors and the Mercure the upper levels. The rooms are large and we did have a view of the Millau Bridge although if you were in the Mercure, the view would be much better. The hotel is dated and very worn out but as the room was large, this was some compensation. I wouldn't stay again based on the extortionate parking charge alone. You can park for free behind the Police station some 200 metres away but I only discovered that after leaving and had found many nice B & Bs for our next visit. We stay at Accor hotel extensively and are Gold members. We are not usually this critical but this is not a great hotel or nor are the staff friendly at all

A very high quality room, excellent in cleanliness and position and outlook.. our stay was made even better by the excellent service and friendliness of all sraff. We will certainly put this hotel on our list for future visits.

The hotel was easy to find in the center of town and had secure parking. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to eat in. The staff were friendly and informative. We even had a view of the viaduct from our room.

Covering a distance of some 1500 miles over two days, we needed a simple one night stopover. We have used Ibis many times before in various towns and cities but never the Ibis Millau. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although a bit tired in the corridors and rooms. Check-in was simple, the car park was secure and the staff welcoming. For Dinner we used the Bistro which is literally next door, so super convenient and good value. We had a drink in the bar of the hotel and the night manager, Fredrick, was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was the usual continental, and set us up nicely for the second days' hard driving.

The hotel is situated near the center of Millau, within a stone's throw of several bars and restaurants. The twin room was spacious and easily coped with two motorcyclists with luggage and riding kits for two nights. Good views of the surrounding countryside, which is stunning. Aircon in the room was very useful after a long day riding in the intense heat of Southern France. The bathroom was clean and well presented. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual Ibis continental affair, although they didn't have a toaster. Free and secure parking is available, very useful when travelling on two wheels. Four motorcycle specific spaces provided, all under cover.

2 night stay - great location and everything that you could want is within walking distance. Hotel is comfortable, rooms have all required facilities and the views from the Windows something else - especially if you get one that has views of the viaduct - THAT viaduct !

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a lovely room. The staff are very pleasant and polite. We were given a fourth floor room which probably would suit most people to get a good view of Millau but I prefer a low floor. We were accommodated without question and our room was more than we expected.

We were due to be travelling up from the South of France and decided to make a stop at Millau so that we could spend some time seeing the Viaduct. The Ibis & Mercure are part of the same building, but there was no availability at the Mercure. The room was fine and clean. We had a room on the 4th floor at the rear. This gave a view over roof tops and the viaduct in the distance. The other scenery was impressive too. Quite a surprise for a town centre hotel. The bathroom was very small with just a shower, basin & toilet. Breakfast was the usual buffet with plenty of choice. The hotel has an enclosed car park with a garage at the rear. Although the garage has no door, it provides shelter and can only be accessed via the locked gate. We chose the garage for the motorbike. Cars would be perfectly safe in the car park. This is in the lane at the back of the hotel and there is no direct access into the hotel from there. Overall a good choice of place to stay.

We came here as a stop off and so we could drive over the viaduct. Town quite nice. Actually ate in Mercure attached to this hotel good value. Some problems at night with drunk woman who left her child unattended in room. Child got out and screaming place down. I didn't come on holiday to become a childminder

Friendly staff, room spotless. The secure parking is good. The hotel is perfectly placed just a short walk to shops ans restaurants. We ate at Pizza-Phil's Place Foch a Millau. As I am a fussy vegetarian he couldn't have been more helpful as there was the language barrier he ask us into his kitchen to offer me some toppings I might like.

The hotel is located close to the centre of the town, with a view of the bridge. Very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, willing to advise on the sights of the city and other stops on the way.Spacious room with well well-functioning bathroom equipment.

Ideally located in the centre of the pretty town of Millau the hotel is adjacent the Mercure hotel and shares its bar, restaurant and car park. The hotel building itself is pretty old and tatty in places but the rooms are pretty big for an Ibis and were clean. The bed was comfortable as it usually is in an Ibis but we had a problem with the airconditioning which meant the room was unbearably hot at night so hence the markdown on sleep quality. The staff are efficient but a bit aloof. The car park costs about €15 per day but there is also a public car park (safe) opposite the hotel which is free between 6pm and about 8am in the mornings you can use instead. I would recommend eating out if you can as the restaurant in the Mercure hotel next door looked pretty average with high prices and incompetent staff. We bought 2 glasses of wine at the bar which were initially served to us in a sherry glasses!

I’m used to ETAP (recent Ibis budget) and Ibis hotel. However, I’ve was badly surprised by this hotel. Mainly due to the bathroom without curtain or glass (to avoid water to be sent to entire toilet along bath); at end of bath I’ve washed the entire small toilet, simply impossible to use it after bath. The worst bathroom I’ve used at an Accor hotel. Besides, I was waked up at 6:15 a.m, even if we hadn’t asked for wake up call. Room and breakfast is standard Ibis quality, OK. Good location, at center town.
