Excellent location for access to city centre. Good for views of Semana Santa processions (river side of hotel). Comfortable room with good bed & shower. Staff all friendly & helpful. Excellent value for a city centre stay. Thank you.

If you are travelling to Malaga I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is such good value for money and you also get a very good breakfast included. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom although small had a very good shower. The location is great for sightseeing and also eating out.

Perfect location which enabled us to walk in and out of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was warm and clean. They provided a wide variety of food at breakfast of which was of good quality.

We had a short city break in Malaga a city we love and have been to many times before. The hotel is well placed with good facilities , friendly staff and a good price. The breakfast is self service and of a good quality but you may need to pick your times as it does get busy around 5-10am.the WiFi is free and excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The Ibis Malaga Centro Ciudad is, as the name suggests, a short walk from the city centre and old town. It was close to the station and therefore easy to get to from the airport. Despite all this, it was a quiet place to stay. I would certainly go back.

Good, clean hotel, just across the streets that lead to Malaga city center. Suitable for those who only look for accomodation and a good meal in the morning. Not much else to say. Lovely sheets and bed, TV in the room and decent WiFi signal. Perhaps a bigger parking would serve better for travelers.

A rather disappointing stay. We requested an extra chair for our room but this didn't arrive, and when we asked the girl on reception, she apologised, saying she was on her own. Now this is a busy Ibis, and they should have more than one member of staff on in the evenings. When we returned later that night, we saw the barman helping her out. Surely Ibis can afford more than one member of staff! The air conditioning would only work when the temperature was turned up, which made the room very stuffy. Overall, not a pleasant 2 night stay. The difference in price between the Ibis and some of the 4 star hotels is not that great. I know which we will prefer next time.

The rooms don't have individual air conditioner, so in Malaga on the 5 of January and 23 degrees we couldn't switch on the air conditioner or open the windows which don't open due to security reasons. The room was full of mosquitos and my 3 year old boy was eaten alive. We made a formal complaint and didn't even get an apology from the manager. Never stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Staff. Location. Wonderful choice for breakfast .Great value price per room. In the city centre near rail and bus stations, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend it for a city break.

Was in this hotel twice during the Andalucia trip. Some pros and cons: +: Great value Cleanliness Parking for a reasonable price -: Only 2 power sockets in the room and they are not near the bedside tables Only 1 chair - nowhere to seat or wear clothes for the night Windows are not soundproof

Great value, city centre hotel. Quiet. Clean, and comfortable sleep. Close to the old town and main shopping district. Also close to the train and bus stations. Bars and restaurants are close by. Easy to get to from the airport.

My third time in this Ibis and experienced same type of good service as it was back in 2014. This hotel is well located being : 20kms from the airport, about 7kms from the main train station and within 10' walk from town centre. Breakfast is excellent taking in account both price and quality.

Stayed here during the Malaga marathon. Room was clean and comfortable, standard Ibis style. Breakfast was good and copious. There is a car park downstairs which is handy. The hotel is walking distance from the tow centre. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Situated within reach of shops, sightseeing and the abundance of museums. Plenty of choices for breakfast, didn't try the evening menu as there were plenty of local restaurants to try. In my opinion, it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location, nice and clean, very pleasant staff, good value for money. Easy 10 minute walk to the main square, Plaza de la Constitucion, a few steps from some great restaurants, tapas bars etc. Cathedral also.

Lovely basic hotel with a great location. Rooms were a good size ,very clean & comfortable. Location was great, walking distance from the train station & to all the main sights. Breakfast was not included but there was a restaurant within the hotel & plenty of eateries not too far.

This was our second time to stay here and it was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Malaga, thanks again Henry

For the first time visitor, even armed with a free tourist map, Malaga is a maze which makes wandering around more interesting but finding your way back to the hotel a bit of a challenge! Thank you to the map apps on mobile phones! Having said that, the hotel is well located at one edge of the old town and is convenient for the station and for the airport bus stop (if you can find it). The staff are friendly and flexible and the breakfasts are worth paying extra for.. The room that we were allocated had a good bed, adequate storage and lighting but no comfortable chair(s). The wi-fi was good once you'd worked out how to register on to it. .There was a very noisy bar right below our room on the Saturday and Sunday nights but that didn't bother us at all.

Clean, comfortable, in a good location. great breakfast. Room with three beds for two of us was strange but ok. Not so good if a Silver card holder. The NEVER offer you the Silver card benefits of a couple of drinks and if you do you only get coffee or the smallest beer. Not even a cheap wine.

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly staff. Very clean and presentable rooms although very basic. That is all that’s needed for a few days. Bed very fresh and comfortable and hotel location excellent. Would definitely go back.
