Very friendly welcome. Staff prepared to go the extra mile to enhance our stay. Arrived late for breakfast but the staff went out of their way to serve us. Excellent value. We will definitely stay again when we are in Bristol.

Average rooms, beds not great, very noisy with the window open, friendly helpful staff and as expected in a city centre, no car parking but millennium square car park very close. Location excellent. Breakfast was very fiddly and though quite a lot had the rectangular plates that were too small/awkward.

Great position for entertainment, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, particularly the lovely check in person, he went above and beyond, great customer service. Be aware the area is busy so noise levels may be an issue for those wanting a quiet stay somewhere.

I found this hotel wonderful, from start to finish - the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The location is near “we the curious” (formally known as @bristol). It is within walking distance of the shopping centre, Clifton, the waterfront, and is also on a bus route. An Uber from the hotel to cannot circus was approximately £5, so getting there isn’t an issue - also there’s many opportunities for dining, catering for nearly all tastes. I can assure you will enjoy your stay here, as the IBIS never fails to disappoint.

Stayed for 2 Nights and arrived Boxing Day. Got a very good price breakfast included. Decent view and plenty of pubs and restaurants within a stone's throw away. Chilled out bar after a days shopping. Will definitely look into booking when next in the area. Warm and comfortable room with TV and a good sized shower. It was exactly what it says on the website.. Enjoyed thoroughly.

We only stayed on the hotel for a night and didn't have breakfasts or dinner there so cannot comment on that aspect. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel itself was basic but clean. The location of the hotel is great but the value for a nights stay was poor. I would look elsewhere in future because of the price for what was received, I don't think it was value for money.

Good location, comfortable room. Problems arose with staff not communicating info properly. I had paid for late check out yet was phoned just after noon to tell me I had gone over check out time. Couldn't get into room when got back to hotel, took two trips up & down to reception. Instead of absolute apology, reception staff person said they were sorry but 'these things happen'.

Very pleasant and helpful staff - especially over such a busy Marathon weekend. Their useful advice made a big difference to the enjoyment of our weekend. The breakfast is well worth the money. Good quality food, served hot; with delicious coffee included.

Stayed for two nights for the Bristol half marathon. Great guy on reception, very friendly and helpful. One of my friends mentioned to staff that she had brought her own breakfast and was told that was fine. On the second morning a member of staff questioned her and said she needed to pay for breakfast. She explained that she had brought her own (bagels) so he said she needed to pay for the coffee and for using the hotel's facilities!! How petty. Also on the morning of the half marathon staff rudely told us we couldn't use the toilet next to the breakfast area. We said we were guests to which they said 'really?' How rude! We were then told that the toilets were blocked and to go and use the bathroom in our room. A blatant lie in my opinion. We only used the Ibis because it was right next to the start line of the half marathon. We certainly won't be staying again thanks to the petty and rude attitude of some staff members.

Hotel very near the multi storey car park. The welcome at the hotel was exceptional. We were given all the information we needed for our stay and given our vouchers for a free drink without having to ask. Extra towels handed out within minutes. The breakfast was one of the best ever had at an Ibis, even those in France.

The staff is always caring of the customer... and they are happy to help you. The hotel is near all the cool places you want to see, riverfront, restaurants, planetarium, aquarium, library, museums.... And more, if you come with your car, the hotel offer a rebate on the car parking ticket..

You park in the Millenium Square car park just opposite the Hotel which is central to all attractions. The hotel and staff are all ok and all in all the stay is good value for money. I would return here.

stayed in other hotels in Bristol before but really enjoyed this one. helpful staff, and good value . we will go back next time we go to Bristol. good parking . had a good breakfast . cups of coffee any time day or night.

By far the smallest Ibis room i have stayed in, the bathroom is like an airplane toilet. The staff were very amicable and created a good atmosphere in the bar area. Its bang in the middle of Bristol by some bars, so ask for a quiet side room if you need some sleep, though there is an air conditioning unit at the back that hums a bit if you open the window, which ou will want to as the room is small so gets stuffy. The sink in the bathroom had a blockage so took ages to empty, left toothpaste residue and smelt of drains. Room 440.

locate close enough to city centre, have a balance of convenience and quiet. room and bed is comfortable, though a bit small, but good enough for a night stay and a perfect walk to the riverside for a drink.

It was good experience to stay there. Female staff were really good and helpful. Male staff sounded to me a bit not friendly. I would recommend this place to the people who want to stay in a calm and cozy place.

We booked this hotel for a central stay in Bristol - perfect location. We were lucky to get room on 4th floor and away from lift - would have been noisy otherwise as groups were staying here too but we slept well. Main disappointment for me (profoundly deaf - with hearing partner) was that there is no way you can get subtitles on the telly which meant we couldn't watch anything. Ibis - please look into this as it's used by so many people. I won't book any more stays at ibis due to this which is a shame as I was pleased with everything else.

slightly disappointing stay, whilst the location and price is good there was a few small issues. The room key never worked (and yes it was kept away from my mobile phone), the hot breakfast items were cold and there was not enough tea and coffee in the room. When we requested more milk there could not find any so was given a small jug which without a fridge was not much use the next morning.

Hotel location perfect for visiting Bristol. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and lovely friendly atmosphere in hotel. Hotel very clean and retro decor impressive. Breakfast very good. Would recommend to others and will definitely return when next in Bristol.

Bristol is a very nice town and the Hotel is in a very good location very well connected to the major attraction , café, bar and shopping street. The hotel is perfect! New and very clean with a young and really friendly staff. The bed is perfect after a long day walking. One of the best Ibis so far.
