Desk clerk was good enough on arrival to move me from a room on the main road to one at back of the hotel with less noise, really appreciated that effort. Bathroom is very tiny, very comfy bed and you can iron downstairs. Not really close to much, except Maccas across the road but for 1 night it was Ok.

Great value for money. Perfect location for family travelling to attend sporting event. Plenty of parking, friendly service, quick and easy check in. Bed was super comfy and room had everything we needed for one nights stay. Some noise from other patrons coming in late and leaving early in the morning and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Overall though, a good choice for what we needed.

I stayed at my favorite brand of Accor..IBIS BUDGET...locatd at Windsor, Brisbane , and loved it. Great value..awsome comfy beds... Great staff....Manager Paul, I stayed with at IBIS BUDGET..St. Peters,Sydney at Christmas ..2016. Massive Car Park , for us country travelers who every where... Breakfast was fantastic and only $9

the facilities are good the problem is with the accessible rooms which do not cater for persons in a wheel chair with the exception of the bathroom which is excellent. the in house breakfast leaves a lot to be desired our first breakfast was Thursday morning the bread had been frozen and was stale it smelt stale and tasted stale Friday was somewhat better still frozen bread but at least somewhat fresher. You would wonder why they need to use frozen $1 per loaf bread when they are in the center of a major city.

Was annoyed to find out a hotel didnt have a portable cot. Also had people in the car park drinking half the night being loud and keeping us awake. Over all was a good location but felt like room was over priced

The hotel is in a convenient location - handy to the city but lacking in nearby restaurants, bars etc. The service is excellent and rooms are immaculately clean and modern. The bathroom is minimalistic and is a very small space with nowhere to store your toiletries. My room faced the main road and so was subject to traffic noise. Overall it was value for money.

I recently moved away from Brisbane but had to come back for business. The Ibis budget Windsor was located exactly where I needed to be for my meetings so I stayed there for the first time ever. I was shocked at the dismal state of the rooms and general low level of cleanliness and care of the facilities. The initial room that I was assigned has stains in the bathroom and on the bedside table. When I brought up the issue the staff was receptive and responsive. However, we inspected two other rooms before we could find one that was clean enough (and even then I found coffee stains on the wall). The room faced a very busy main road and I could hear traffic all night. I have stayed at Ibis hotels overseas and have always been satisfied. I shall no longer be staying at Ibis hotels in Australia.

Great location, close to the CBD, with a bus stop out the front which was very convenient. Clean rooms, great beds, pleasant staff and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I was given a room overlooking the main road and noise from passing vehicles was quite loud, especially as there was no way of blocking the noise coming straight through the big ventilation hole located above the window. Noise from other guests was also an issue as the sound insulation between the rooms is not up to the standard of other hotels I have stayed in. If I could get a room away from the stairwells and overlooking the car park rather than the main road then I'd stay here again, otherwise I will look elsewhere.

First time in a Ibis Budget, room ok for the price, but small bathroom as everything on it, impossible to use the shower with out spillage water, heavy rust next to the floor not acceptable on ibis, after a shower impossible to use the bathroom, bed and tv ok, window allow a constant stream of air and to much noise from the street

Good central location with easy access to the city. Friendly and efficient reception process and staff. Does tend to get a bit noisy as is on a main traffic thoroughfare. Overall a good venue and not bad for a budget motel, but beds are not particularly comfortable and there are not enough pillows (an extra pillow would be good), but other than that Ok.

Great for short term stays in Brisbane. The room was compact however the bed was very comfortable. The water from the shower covers the whole bathroom floor. The continental breakfast which was included with our accommodation was basic but did the job. Check in and check out was simple and quick. Ravi at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The complimentary car parking is a bonus. We asked for a quiet room away from Lutwyche Road and this was provided and much appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite adequate for budget accommodation, with bed surprisingly comfortable. Only detraction is the road noise, otherwise would thoroughly recommend. I will be staying again in the future.

Partner and I said before and after an international cruise. This Ibis Hotel had no elevator for the three-storey building. We were assigned the 3rd floor and hauled 20kg bags up three flights of stairs. Room appointments adequate, though bathroom light not working. Fixed immediately. Two bath towels provided but no hand towel or floor mat. Shower inside small bathroom space and protected by a curtain. Water all over the floor cannot be mopped up or avoided. Staff mostly warm and helpful, though one female needed an attitude adjustment. Breakfast adequate and suitably priced. In-hotel direct phone to local taxi company helpful. Internet (private provider) expensive and limited data downloads. General condition and cleanliness very average and requiring maintenance / improvement.

The hotel is excellently located with kind reception staff - the rooms are recently refurbished - the bed is very comfortable - aircon is excellent - good views towards the city for some rooms. Above all - and for me this is important - the rooms are exceptionally quiet. As someone needed good sleep, this factor was brilliant. I would return to the ibis budget Windsor Brisbane if it weren't for the fact that my bathroom has mold all over the tiles. It simply wasn't acceptable. I paid a rate of $78 per night and frankly, for only a little more, I would have preferred to stay somewhere else knowing that the bathroom was clean. It was such a shame because this hotel ticked all the right boxed. To give a more balanced review, I wish also to highlight that the reception manager was so lovely and friendly. I had a bulb blown in my room (just an accident - nobody to blame, could have been anywhere) and she, herself, went to fix it right there and then on the spot. I wish Ibis Budget all the best and hope there success continues.

Average accommodation. Room smelt a bit on arrival. Helpful staff. Limited facilities as you would expect at budget price however bathmat and maybe kettle and cups would have been nice. Also ceiling/ floor appeared to have little insulation as on our 2nd nights stay, a child was running around upstairs and dragging chair. noisy and annoying however staff did say they would speak to occupants. There ia no lift - a real problem if you're on the higer levels. An electric jug in each room would be good. If youhave a porch, allow cars to unload there - there shouldn't be fragile tiles. clean room

Location of the hotel is great. Easy to find, easy access to parking and close to a train station when you want to get into the city without the hassle of driving and parking in the city. Rooms are good and clean.

Thank you for the stay. Your staff deserves a big thank you as I had to check out at 6am and would have missed breakfast. Your receptionist kindly offered to pack some cereal and milk together in a bag and leave it in the fridge marked with my name on it so I wouldn't miss the most important meal of the day. Again, Thank you. My only complaint is the minimal sound insulation from the traffic noise at the front of the building wich led to a poor nights sleep. Value for money I think the facility was great and would stay again providing I could acquire a room that didn't front the street. Kind Regards Andrew Cairns.

Good Facilities, comfortable rooms friendly and helpful staff. Yes it's a budget hotel but it is definitely better than most. This has Bus Stops nearby if you don't want to pay for parking in the city. Restaurants are close by as are a number of good pubs.

This is a budget hotel that is clean and comfortable. It is really no frills but was better than I expected and the noise of the traffic was minimal. The $7 breakfast was just what I wanted, cereal yoghurt and fruit, with toast if you wanted. A very nice budget hotel.
