Guests can not choose the comfort temperature. According to information obtained in the hotel concierge, when the fall arrives the cooling system is turned off and the heating system is turned on.Even with external temperatures between 12 and 24 degrees, the system is turned on which brings a lot of heat to the environment. I requested that the heating system not be turned on in my room or that the cooling system was turned on, but my requests were denied.I asked for an ice pack. The receptionist said that the colleague who would arrive later would give me, but the ice was not delivered. I spent bad nights because of the heat.Also, cleaning the room was pretty bad as there were bits of cigarette on the window counter. Then, as I tried to escape the heat by opening the window, I could smell the cigarette.I arrived at the hotel with a cough that got worse due to dust from the work and the cigarette smell.I hoped that a French hotel chain would keep the best IBIS in the heart of Paris, next to the Montparnase tower. I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel, I think this IBIS is a shame to the accord and I advise that hotel management should to learn from the England (IBIS Black Fries), Portugal (IBIS Porto) and even Brazil (IBIS Praça da Liberdade) how to manage a hotel.
