Never in my life I had such a terrible hotel experience. After checking in I realised that the room is too noisy and I went down to the reception to ask if there is any other available room which is not so noisy. Receptionist just answered straight forward-No go back to your room and sleep. I asked but you have not even checked and then nightmare started. He started jelling that it’s too late (12:30am) and he doesn’t have time to check now.. I said it is very rude how he is treating his customers, he could at least check.. then he said that he will call the police if I do not leave the reception area... horible.. at the end I came to check out and asked for my money back as I stayed in total 30 minutes in the room. His responce was ‘I’m not giving you money back’. I will never again book the room with Ibis Budget Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I hung the sign 'please do not disturb' on the door knob when I left the hotel in the morning. When I came back in the afternoon, I noticed that this sign was ignored and that someone went inside the room and made up the bed and changed the towels. I wonder why this is? Then what is the use of the sign?

No lunch or dinner available... Even i had ordered a breakfast during the booking this breakfast was denied as not paid.. I showed the booking confirmation at the reception and the receptionist answered: its not my business where you booked? Who are they? I dont know them. You need to claim there! Then I tried to contact accor but my email just returned back as "not monitored email address

The hotel is clean and quite. Good overall for a one night stay! The breakfast is also ok. Nothing special, but ok. I went to get breakfast at 9:15 and they already ran out of croissants. The bed is nice and comfortable.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, but it is easy and fast to visit the main attractions since public transport in Brussels is efficient. The proximity to the airport and the bus shuttle service were also another positive point.

The room was clean but the smell of smoke was intense and there were burn marks on the floor. I had ask for a non smoking room. On the shower the dush gel was not replaced and was empty. But minding the price you pay for night... its ok.

I wrote a review, but it was not accepted because not enough carachters, so not only was the receptionist unfriendly and refused to make an invoice on the name of my company (the Office Manager did it instead) , but it seems you have to type a lot of words if you have a complaint. Other thing: the door of my room didn't close. Fortunately i found a trick with my card to make it close electronically.

Not bad price. Clean room and comfortable bed. A bit noisy, but expected it - close to the airport. Good location - not that far from the center. Good communication by buses. Close to the restaurant in another Ibis facility.

Priskvalieit - Gemiddeld. Dienst can altijd better zijn. Breakfast was ok. In the shower room the shower gel was empty. There is no hear dryer in the room. You have to ask at the reception and to leave your ID card.

This hotel did provide a clean and quiet room. If you're looking for fancy frills, then this is not the place to stay. I used it as an overnight stay for an early morning flight out of Brussels. The bed was comfy, and the shuttle did get me to the airport as advertised.

Rooms are very small. That was expected for a budget hotel, but the room was way overpriced for what you get. Also, I was charged more when I arrived and paid than what I agreed to when I booked it online. When I brought this to the attention of the man working, he would only say it was my mistake and would not even consider changing it. And parking was rather expensive. This would not be my first choice of a place to stay again.

This is about the 6th or 7th time we have stopped at the Ibis Budget Brussels Airport for one night. It is an excellent stopover for one night travelling through Brussels Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the washing facilities are excellent. The buffet breakfast is well worth the 7.50 Euros. Staff are always polite and friendly.

For those looking for a budget got it. Compfy bed and a working shower. Place gets cleaned as expected but my toilet still stank of wee. Was a very hot few days and there was no relief via aircon or fans..the reception had nothing to help..but it was cool down there. All in all it was an ok stay and would probably use again due to the cheap price.

The location is excellent, far from noisy areas with broad view. It is closed to airport, 25 min by shuttle (free shuttle to take from and to airport, but between 10h00 and 18h00 no shuttle available, better to check shuttle schedule in advance). Bus station is 2 min or 12 min away by foot depending on where you want to go.

We stayed at this hotel before our early morning flight and were absolutely happy with everything. the room was tidy and clean, the beds were comfortable and although the hotel is 5 minutes ride from airport we did not hear any plane sound. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the airport which was very convenient.

Nice small room, clean, private shower and toilet. Good for one/two nights top not comfortable to work on the romm breakfast limited but sufficient and not too expensive parking on the other hand is expensive: €12,=

I have stayed at Ibis Budget many times and like the hotels for their minimalist design. While the layout was like other Ibis Budget hotels I have stayed at, the stark difference was that this hotel had no air conditioning! It was super hot outside (35 degrees) and the hotel room felt like an oven. We could open the window just a little bit. However the hotel is surrounded bu fields and we had lots of insects enter our room. It was extremely uncomfortable at night and stuffy in the room- felt like a furnace. Also, the shower has its own cubicle (not in a bathroom) and the door was semi transparent. This means that anybody in the room can see through the shower area!!

If you're on a layover in Brussels this is definitely a good place to stop. Low frills and convenient shuttle service . One complaint would be frequency of the shuttle but overall a good place to stay!

Our flight landed at 1:35am. Therefore, we decided to stay a night there before going back home in the morning. The hôtel is fastly reached by taxi. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. We appreciated to rest at this hôtel.

The staff was friendly but hotel itself was dirty. The hallways had a funny smell and the carpet was filthy. My room smelled like cigarettes. I checked out of the hotel after only being there for an hour. It was a complete waste of my money.
