The hotel is located right in the centre of Aberdeen, close to the railway, bus station and harbour. It is located for easy access to all the shopping, business and entertainment areas. Union Street is just around the corner. The hotel benefits from 107 contemporary designed guest rooms, each with internet access, satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities and en-suite shower rooms.

From M90 take 3rd exit at roundabout on to Great Southern Road, at the next roundabout take 2nd exit. Follow the road until you reach another roundabout, take 3rd exit on to River Side Drive. Then you will encounter another roundabout, take 2nd exit on tothe N Esplanade W. After 600 meters turn left on to Market Street. After the docks and the junction of Victoria Street, turn right on to Shiprow. You will see the hotel after 500 meters on right hand side.
