So OK the actual hotel is good, the price was reasonable, but then came the parking fees. We arrived early and stayed for a few hours prior to a gig in Amsterdam... this is when we found out there was a parking charge (yes it was in the small print, my lesson has now been learnt). So we had to pay just to get out. We then came back and left the following morning - the total parking charge was 22.50 euros which makes the stay much more expensive than first thought.

I liked the staff as they were very helpful and kind--I was very sick when I arrived. So they were very concerned and helpful. The bed was very hard, and only one extra pillow was allowed. The room was so small, that we bumped our heads on the bunk bed several times. The room became very claustrophobic, made for perhaps one adult and one small child. We were 2 adults with a lot of luggage as we are doing a lot of travelling. Also, it was difficult to get into the city, financially about 30 euros. That's not counting eating at a low cost pub. Also, there were ants and other various bugs around, but nothing especially bad. Good location for a one night stay over, and sleep, but not for more than one night. You can go to the Ibis Amsterdam right next to the Budget, and it has food and take out but it is limited. A lot of "tourists" and not in a good way. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was clean, price and value good and breakfast was fine... Front desk staff and restaurant staff should be nicer and if not happy in the customer service industry should get a job behind the scene....

The property is clean and pleasant. The shuttle bus service is dependable and has a convenient schedule. This hotel is a great value for the money. Also, the breakfast, reasonably priced at 7.50 eurios, was varied, fresh and delicious.

I spent some very nice days in Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport. I really recommend this hotel. Transportation to the hotel is very well organized, staff friendly, rooms clean, easy access to the city center.

Great. It was all that I was expecting for...when I arrived at Amsterdam. Room was ok, particularly quiet as I needed after along trip, left behind. Besides, great to reach the Hotel using the shuttle Service, available at the Airport... I enjoyed also the breakfast in the morning before leaving the Hotel...heading Nymegen for an important Meeting... It has been all fine at IBIS Budget at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. I recommend Ibis Budget... Regards JCGCancio

Great value this is my 3 break at this hotel basic but clean and comfortable staff.friendly and polite .I will be back in March.shuttle bus was a great bonus running every half hour to and from shipol airport or just across the road from the hotel there is a bus station where you can get a bus to the centre of Amsterdam 5 euros each way 30 minutes to the center

Very nice when you want a good niht sleep while on an intercontinental trip. Nice clean room with the basics. Very nice personel at check in and check out. Will use again and will tell others about my experience too.

Clean hotel all you needed and staff very helpful. Nearby McDonalds and bus station 20 mins into Amsterdam Free shuttle ti and from hotel to airport. Never heard a plane even though close to airport. Such a shame that the customer care at head office is so poor I have still not had a answer to my complaints from early September despite two emails saying it was logged and an email that did not adrress the points I raised. Shame on you ACCOR all those great hotels. Great staff and false promises

Stayed two occasions October 2017, total of five night. Rooms are basic, but well designed: cleaned and linens changed once a day. Check-in and check out are simple and quick. Frequent no charge shuttles to and from Schiphol airport. At Euro 7.50, continental breakfast is reasonable, but the Euro 17.50 breakfast buffet at the next door Ibis Hotel is superb. This is by no means a five star hotel, but it is a very well staffed and managed traveler's hostel. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone passing through Schiphol who requires inexpensive accommodation.

Apart from the shuttle bus frenzy where it is every person for themselves and luggage everywhere this hotel worked for us. Nothing special, but clean bed and shower close enough to the airport. Friendly staff, some of the customers could learn a few manners from them. Because of budget status people from all over use the hotel and some were pushy, rude and inconsiderate. The staff maintained their composure during busy check in times (each time a bus load arrived) a credit to them. We stayed in two rooms for our family of 5, twice - start and end of our month long trip and I must say first time was fine, second time we had to make up the extra bunk in both rooms. Items were on the bed but not what we wanted to be doing at 10pm on arrival. We had booked 1A+1CH and 1A+2CH so clearly we were needing the extra beds made up.

I chose Ibis Budget as I have stayed there several times before. It gives very good value fro money. The frequent and free shuttle to and from the hotel makes it very easy to get in and out of the hotel. If you need a choice of cuisine, you can walk across to the Ibis Hotel next door which provides very good eating options. All in all a very good option to stay near the airport.

I was on a tight budget and needed a hotel close to Schiphol airport for an early flight. Nothing fancy, room was small but cozy, clean, met all my needs for a short stay and at the best price I could find, without having to sacrifice privacy for a hostel. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe here. Couldn't hear any planes flying overhead and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

We were very disappointed as we stayed two nights. The “Bathroom” smelled and the bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t give us information about bonus to take buses to the city. The second day, the bus driver told us, after having asked for the bus station at reception. My conclusion, it was quite expensive for the service offered.

room was good, value for money, close to airport good thing is they have shuttles to airport. I would love to recomend this to friend and happy to stay at ibis budget hotels in futrue as well. Overall i satisfied with the stay. Shuttle driver was little snobbish and rude, he should realize that he is getting paid becasue of people staying at those hotels.

Very, very basic hotel. We stayed as our flights were cancelled and we had a layover in Amsterdam. The mattress was very hard, the covers were very skimpy, the breakfast food was all carbs, (no protein) and there was no shampoo or lotion, which would have been nice as we had no luggage. One towel each, no facecloths..expect a room you'd get in a hostel.

excellent service as always , this is my 7th stay at this hotel this year and the service and the staff at this hotel are so friendly and polite. rooms are very clean and well maintained the free shuttle bus to the airport is an added bonus

This hotel does its job!. Basic, inexpensive,,wit triple rooms, very close to the airport with good (and free) shuttle service from/to there. (LAST Shuttle from airport is at 01:15) The breakfast was a good start for a day (starts at 04:30!) Recommended for the night brfore/after flight.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Budget Ibis Hotel. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was very low: that was mildly annoying. The WiFi didn't work in room #250 at all. My PC and mobile phone would connect to the WiFi, but it was impossible to log-in. So I used the WiFi in the lobby on my PC and that worked fine.

no shampoos , the shower has a transparent door inside a triple room not secure, i have asked for an extra key for my room, they gave it to me without any Proof of identity i just told them to the number of the room (we booked using my friend's name not mine) so it was possible to take any key for any room!!!!
