All have been perfect, polite, clean, very confortable, best hotel i have been quality/price, of i go to brugge again i will take same hotel and i will recomend to mu friends and family, thank you so much!!

Very poor value for money. Not sure what was budget about it! It was expensive for a very, very basic room which was tiny and where every effort had very clearly been made to cut costs. The bed was terrible. Very thin mattress. Impossible to get a decent nights sleep. The toilet was in a tiny cubicle next to the shower. Pretty claustrophobic! Be warned. No space in the room for a full sized suitcase. No space to hang up more than a coat. The smallest flat screen TV I have ever seen! The hotel is really difficult to find too. Its behind the station car park. That is its saving grace - it is really handy for Bruges station. That and the really cheap car park charges.

Fast check-in was a complete waste of time, as it was not fast at all, and for some reason cost me £30?!, so my advice would be not to bother with this! However, room was as you'd expect for the price, but the shower is actually in the room itself (ie no bathroom), so if travelling with friends, you best hope you're all good friends! The location was great with just a brisk 15-20 minute walk to the centre square.

Very poor customer service experienced on each of the 3 occasions I interacted with staff.: 1 Check in person preferred to do admin work half-way through check in rather than complete mine. 2. Staff blamed me for malfunction of the frankly ridiculous vending machine in foyer. 3. On check out basic lack of attention to queuing customers. The hand-towel in the room had been cleaned but was still smeared with some unspeakable brown stuff (should have been disposed of). Overpriced for such a budget hotel and have the nerve to ask for 0.50 cents for a visitor map that can be got free from Tourist Info at station. Spend a little more and stay somewhere decent more centrally is my advice.

Nice location, love the hotel near station. Much better then Ibis Centre. Walk direct into the parc and see the lovely horses drinking. Not nice, the Reward points for Accor members didn't count. that need to be changed.

Perfect location, just next to the train station and just walking distance to all the attractions. Nice environment and rooms are clean. Easy check in and out. The only thing is the bedding need to be improved.

Well we stayed here three nights.. it was a business cum pleasure trip. We loved the city and the location of this hotel at the only railway station makes it perfect. We could easily take trains to Ghent and Brussels and Brussels airport too. The hotel is the standard IBIS Budget hotel and has all you need. I didnt find a microwave or a common kitchen though so that's something you need to find out.

a clean modern room at a budget price, in modern commercial park right next to train station. But quiet and although no frills the room was nice and breakfast good. TV had 2 BBC channels which was nice.

Modern building, compact and clean however, the noise generated by the trains immediately below the window was totally unacceptable as they continued all through the night! This fact should be highlighted if your room is situated at the rear of the hotel. Had to check-out after the first night.

Ibis Budget is a cheap and cheerful chain - it's clean and everything in the room works. The Brugge property is in a good location next to the railway station and only a short and beautiful walk to. rugge old town. Being near the railway station means good food outlets and supermarkets nearby.

Located within easy walking distance of the centre of Bruge. Right next to the main train station, but no problem with noise. Public car park very close. Good choice for breakfast. We found having an evening meal at the station to be good value.

A perfect location for a stay in Bruges. Clean, comfortable. Helpful staff. Exelent value breakfast. My second stay here.I just wish it was better sign posted. will I use this hotel again? Without a doubt yes.

Ibis has recently become my first choice of hotel. Always clean and very accommodating. With just the basic essentials well laid out in a small room it offers excellent value for money. And let's be honest. Not many of us stay in the room long when exploring a new destination.

Really hard to find especially during night. Easy walk of 15 minutes to city centre. Next to train station and the cafes for breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Only issue: we had asked when placing the booking for a double bed but apparently they saw two women and they thought 'no, we will give them twin bed's...Apart from this which I am not sure would have happened for a straight couple, everything else was OK.

A simple hotel with all we needed for a short stay. The room was very clean. Parking was easy and inexpensive. No issues with noise from the train station and a short, pleasant walk into the town centre, however would not want to do it as a single female as the park is quite dark at night. Great value for money for family of 3. Breakfast was simple but generous. Despite the air conditioner running, it did get warm in the room overnight which impacted on sleep a little, but it is summertime. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

When we arrived in our room, we were so shocked at its awfully basic facilities that we left it immediately and found a hotel room elsewhere in Brugge even though we had already fully paid for this room. The shower cubicle is right in the room so where is the privacy to undress for entering the shower or after leaving the shower or to change clothing for any other reason? Our teenage daughter would have no privacy to change her clothing, you cannot change clothing in the wet shower cubicle or the tiny dirty toilet. The washbasin is so tiny that water splashes outside of it onto the floor when its tap is fully open. The bunk bed had only blanket and sheets. There is no table nor chair, just two little plastic stools. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families. Also not good for friends as they need privacy to change clothing. Only suitable for a single person if they are not looking for a room to actually relax in. Do not rely on its website photos which don't show the awful stark reality. It is only when you are actually standing in the room that you realise how basic and unsuitable it is to live in. This room is not suitable enough to be called a HOTEL room. It's actually an insult to the word HOTEL. It is indeed only a 1 star but if you cannot change clothing in privacy then you cannot even wash yourself. We made a hotel booking mistake and have wasted our money on this booking. We trusted the Accor and Ibis brand and we were sorely duped. How can Accor and Ibis provide such an awful shocking experience? So you have been warned. In this case, Budget means scraping the bottom Bad. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Handy for local amenities and for traveling anywhere by bus or train. Clean rooms. Bit small and having shower in the actual room can be embarrasing. Not expensive, so you get what you pay for. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities...

I suffer from Sleep Apnea requiring cooled boiled water for CPAP machine. No tea/coffee making facilities so had to pay £1.50 per day for small cup of hot water. Receptionist would not allow me to use free machine in breakfast room. Appalling. Wet room in room 435 would not drain properly.

Room is furnished in ibis budget standard style but is even smaller than such in other cities. WC door can't be closed as you knees go out of the length of the box. It is not a real door actually but just a screen - bed idea. It is on the train platform literally, so you can coordinate the tragic.

Loved this hotel! Although it was a 'budget' option at a really reasonable price, it had everything you needed set out in a really funky, modern layout which was clean and accessible. My children loved the fact that the shower had coloured lights for example and the touch lights at the end of the triple bunk bed. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful with helping us decide where to visit. The location is perfect because it's right by the train station with very reasonable parking directly below at just 3.50 euros a day! Also situated around the train station is a small supermarket, a Subway and a fab Italian restaurant that does take away! our preferred option was to get take-out pasta and go and sit on the beautiful river bank just across the road to eat it. It's just a short walk into the centre of town and I know from previously visiting Bruges in the winter that somewhere very close to the hotel is where they do the ice sculpture festival so it would be perfectly located if you wanted to visit that too. Would highly recommend!
