Szanowny Panie Andrzeju, dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Cieszymy się z ogólnie wysokiej oceny pobytu, choć przykro nam, że niektóre elementy wyposażenia wpłynęły na Pana komfort. Zgłoszone uwagi dotyczące lampek nocnych, braku miejsca do odkładania rzeczy przy łóżku oraz słabego oświetlenia lustra w łazience przekażemy do odpowiedniego działu. Regarding your comment about the housekeeping service, we would like to clarify that, according to our housekeeping records, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on your room door on June 26th, which prevented our team from entering and performing the daily cleaning service that day. Housekeeping service was carried out on June 25th and June 27th. As per our standard procedures, bed linen is scheduled to be changed the day before departure — in your case, on June 27th. In such situations, our housekeeping team carefully inspects the linen and replaces it only if it shows signs of stains or visible wear. This approach is in line with our sustainability practices, aimed at reducing environmental impact without compromising guest comfort.
