Overall a good value for money hotel but budget hotel does not mean that one compromises on few basic ammenities. There was no charging port next to the bed. I still haven't understood as to why there is a electricity socket next to The entrance door. We had to place one of our phones near The door to charge it. The washbasin was choked because the plug was faulty. Such things should be taken care of while alloting a room. Otherwise room size was decent and cleaniless was good

The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but no warm food. Not in walking distance from city centre; at least 5 minutes walk to nearest public transportation.Good wifi. Fast checkout. Good heating system. No slippers and no carpet.

Clean, warm, comfortable and fantastic showers. All we wanted for a weekend sightseeing in Vienna. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice and quiet. Just a five minute walk to the Gasometer U Bahn

The hotel is great. Breakfast is tasty, the room is clean, comfrotable bed, comfortable location near metro station. My vacation was great, if I will return to Vienna it will be definitely this hotel again.

its clean, modern and close to the city, if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower its perfect, there are some negative things but its solvable, like the shower glass is not covered, towels smell not great, the toilet has no window to let the smell out, beds are tight, the sink is inside the room, no trash can in the toilet, you have to ask for extra toilet role, no telephone in the room to the reception, breakfast is good, interest is good, for a budget hotel it was a great experience i advice people to use this hotel

We have been using Ibis budget hotels occasionally on our trips and find it a good choice. The Vienna hotel is no exception. Very convenient location for us, close to the garage we left our car in during our cycling holiday.

It is budget so no frills. Arrived in early evening after long journey. One person on reception who was helpful but rushed off his feet. Couldn't provide room keys but did let us into our room. Keys eventually turned up 3-4 hours later. Good secure underground parking - 0.50 euro per hour. Supermarket next door - much better option for breakfast. Underground a few minutes walk. Good air conditioning.

The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from subway station, and from central train station one change in subway station is needed (U1 to U3). It's convenient if one doesn't mind walking for 5 minutes. In a city like Vienna room rate at 60 Euro with clean and spacious room is hard to find. Plus, buffet breakfast at 7 Euro is a deal.

i had a guaranteed booking for a room with queensize bed, but when I showd up, they just had "single" bed rooms available. Also there was a very bad smell around the room (like someone was cooking) . I cancelled my booking and left for a decent hotel afterwards. The cancellation did not cause any problem and the receptionist was as friendly, as he could be in such a scenario.

We stayed for 1 night and faced below issues. 1. No telephone to call reception in emergency. 2. AC was not properly working. 3. No heater for drinks like coffee maker or something similar. 4. Terrible breakfast with limited options Etc etc

Room was ok, but one of the lamps above the bed worked silly: randomly switched on and off, and the bed was so unconfortable. Breakfast was average, but perfect for business workers, etc. Reception was also OK, kind and fast.

Check in at 14 and no luggage room, so better not come before that time otherwise you'd be stuck at the reception with very unwelcoming, unprofessional receptionists (both shifts, that is 4 people). Huuuuge line to get into breakfast room in the morning, looking like a soup kitchen, I was glad I didn't book the room with the breakfast. Rooms are very basic, just as expected, except for broken window curtain. 56 euro is too much for this location, for this breakfast line, for such indifferent personnel.

The hotel has good conection to travel in city center by metro and the price was nice. But there was few problems. There were no cleaning or changing of towels. And when we want to leave the hotel, there was no luggage room.

I think I've reviewed this hotel previously on my TripAdvisor page. The hotel is clean, parking underground is convenient. This is where the positive ends. From here it's very average. There's no frills. For me this is a first and it's perhaps because I never stay in this type of hotel, but the sink is in the room. The shower is more like a cabin, also in the room. The only real 'separate room' is the toilet bowl. The buffet breakfast is nothing special. Quite basic. The downside, hotel allows smoking. Therefore you will find that you can smell cigarettes on occasion. I typically stay here when I see a concert at nearby Gasometer. So of the 2 or 3 visits I've encountered cigarettes on one occasion but was too tired to request to be moved. This is a classic, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a place to just go to sleep this works. As I said, it is clean, fairly quiet. Although if you have noisy people on the floor you will hear them as the doors are thin. There are no amenities. The rooms do not have shampoos or soaps. If you forgot something such as a toothbrush, they are available for sale downstairs in the dispenser. Make sure you have exact change or coins as hotel staff will not give you coins. If they do, it is preceded by making faces. Of my visits I've yet to encounter a friendly staff member. They all seem to be upset having to work here.

I was there for 3 nights ; the price was really ok, breakfast is not included but you can pay and have it in hotel ( really ok with salt and sweet delicious) ; the problem for me are the rooms ...i had a double room, quite ok for dimension but with shower close to the bed and little space for wc separated by a door ; the bathroom is not separated by a door but only the toilet ,the rest is in the room ; but for price ok receptionist really kind ( specially the girl with glasses really efficient ) and helpful , also in breakfast room workers are smiling and professional . Medium hotel ok if you don't want to loose money

There is no even a single hungaryan channel on TV. This is full missing hospitality and inattention and pompous superiority from austrians. The towels were stained, the heeling didn't work just it was noisy. For breakfast they gave stale bread, and there were not even one kind of croissant or any pastry. I will never go to spand any night in Austria.

I just loved staying there, it's close to transportation and supermarkets and it has all the essentials anyone would need for a short stay at a great price. It's close to the U-Bahn station Gasometer so it's a short walk with luggage. It's also close to Erdberg station, has a BILLA supermarket right next door, Merkur supermarket in the gas station across the street (open from 6 am till midnight but slightly more expensive than the others), Hofer supermarket across the street from BILLA, and OBI center for home improvements/DIY stuff. If you want to stay for a few days at an affordable price this is the place to go.

I was given a room full of cigarettes smell and told only smokers rooms are left to stay, I am a non smoker and did not choose a smoking room, Then the reception changed me to a non smorkers room. also people walked and talked in corridors early as 5.30 am I had to tell them not to disturb others at this early hours, They found to be some workers who were preparing to go to work wearing there boots and jackets out side there rooms, next evening when i came back from my congress I found 4 pairs of dirty shoes with mud and trousers put on the heater out side my room to dry. I felt like what kind of a hotel is this? room was fine, but heating in the room did not work. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is the main advantage - the underground is about 5 to 10 minutes walk. The check-in and check-out service was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was however very poor and the parking is totally overpriced. There are several other parking lots nearby, half the price. The rooms clean and comfortable.

Quality to correct price! For one night, transit, I recommend. The breakfast price to high... Around hotel no restaurant. I found one ( fast food) not so far ..Gasometer. One plus for parking facility.
