Quite a reasonable place to stay especially if coming by car - close enough to the centre but also easy to park. Breakfast was OK but dinner choice limited - better range at the Nevada shopping centre nearby.

Very clean typical Ibis rooms, excellent Staff \,very helpfull.Breakfast more than adequate Need drinking glasses in bedrooms. Position not too bad, taxis cheap to the City., and just near a very large Carrefour.

We have stayed at Ibis Granada many times in last four (4) years and always good. Last two (2) years Belén (front desk) always attentive and curious. The rest if the team also nice and helpful. I do recommend this hotel and any Ibis especially the Style brand

The hotel is located slightly off the main road and a bit far from the city center. There is a Carrefour across the road for your day to day shopping. To get to the city center, it is best to take a bus from the stop in front of Carrefour. Rooms are small and basic but functional and feature a TV and work desk. The hotel offers free wifi which is reasonably fast. The hotel has a restaurant which offers a decent breakfast. It is also open for dinner in case you are too tired to go out. The hotel also features a swimming pool for relaxation. There is a garden in front of the hotel which gives it an upmarket feel. Indoor parking is also available for an extra fee. Staff is friendly and helpful although not everybody speaks English. Definitely a great option to stay in Granada if you don't mind the commute.

I recently stayed at Ibis Granada. The hotel is very conveniently located and like most IBIS property is neat and very organised. Meets all the requirements of being clean, space being sufficient for 2 occupants.

Have used this hotel many many times as handy stop of point on journeys. Rooms are standard Ibis, bit dated now with artex walls and manky really thin carpet (take a tip from Holiday Inn Ibis!) Bathrooms just about still modern looking etc. Beds very comfy and a good sleep. However, the update to the restaurant area needs a serious rethink. TOO MAY TABLES AND CHAIRS and you can't get around easy, and the breaksfast layout.. illogical. Some on the left some the other side on the right. Really annoying. Who laid it out - if it was you Mr Manager you need to move to a Budget! But it's okay for the money

Comfortable, convenient, friendly & clean. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good food and acceptable prices. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, well equipped. Easy access to city centre. I highly recommend this hotel is you're visiting/ staying in Granada.

The hotel is basic Ibis quality: clean and good bed. One need to do a transfer to get to City Center. A taxi is perfect going to Alhambra. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Select the 2nd story room in hot weather to avoid warm room in the afternoon.

Don't be scared off by the 1* rating. The hotel offers: - Standard size ibis rooms - SAT TV - free Wifi - Air conditioning - Restaurant / bar and a nice pool on the rooftop (never seen in an ibis before) It is located just a few yards behind the city border. The city centre can be reached within a few minutes by bus. (But beware: The public transport system and its tariffs are quite tricky with some tourist traps.) For me, the hotel is definitely a good choice.

The location was ok once we could take a bus and go directly to the center of town. The staff was ok but not very flexible. The hotel was not the best one of Ibis group. They were working around the lobby during our stay and it was a little bit confused with noise & dust, etc but after it is ready it should be a lot better.

The hotel lobby is a construction site in march 2016, with a front-desk-wannabe in the hallway of the 1st floor and the breakfast area moved to a tent outside. The "extra bed", unlike other Ibis hotels in other parts of Europe, is in fact more of a narrow bench where I doubt any parent would let his child sleep. Not even close to Ibis in central and eastern Europe.

Arrive on 1Jan16. On 2Jan16 at 08.30 no hot water in room. informed hotel told hot water available in 15 minutes then informed by hotel no hot water for for a number of hours. Left hotel 11.15 both dirty and unbathed. on 3Jan16 was informed I would be contacted by the hotel and Refund given. I have heard nothing!

Regular users of the Accor group hotels in particular Ibis & Mercure for the 'dog friendly' aspect of the operation. On previous stays here dog permitted in bar area where we were able to dine & take breakfast. On this occasion not........ However all other aspects of the hotel as expected, clean tidy with good staff.

Hotel at the edge of town. You should not plan on walking to town, though it can be done. Streets are congested and it is quite polluted. Easy access to Alhambra by car. From the Alhambra parking lot, you can walk down the hill to the center of Granada. Costs are 2 euros an hour. Hotel was clean, had secure parking, and staff was professional. Quiet. A reasonable value.

Really enjoyed my stay, friendly, courteous staff ready to assist with any wishes that I had. Room was clean and quiet. I parked my car in the underground garage which was very spacious as opposed to some underground hotel parking. Was a little anxious booking this hotel as it was in town as opposed to being on the outskirts of town where one usually finds a lot of areas to walk a dog. This was actually perfect as there was a very large Park around the corner for long walks with a dog. The Park even had a very large (enclosed) dog exercise area, (with included agility course), where you could let your dog run free. The fact that 2 minutes walk away was a large shopping centre with a big Carrefour was an added bonus if you needed anything. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We were given a first floor room in this hotel with a view of the surroundings and we liked it. It is a bit surprising that tripadvisor has not kept any space/ option for giving a good rating in various attributes of hotels. Which means if you want to give a rating higher than average, you have to give a very good rating, which may not be correct all the time. The converse is also true. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a good hotel for a short stay.

What you'd expect from an Ibis - clean and comfortable. It's too far to walk into town and the only real option is a taxi. Also there aren't many places to eat nearby if the hotel restaurant is fully booked. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

While holidaying at Nerja we wanted to visit the Alhambra and felt that a coach excursion would be too restrictive in the time available to explore all the features of this fascinating complex. Instead, we booked a hire car and the Ibis hotel. We found the hotel quite easily and the welcome was very warm. Although basic by modern hotel standards, we were very comfortable and the bed was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful with a city map and how to use the buses.

The Ibis Granada was one of the surprising highlights of our tour of Spain this year. We use Ibis hotels extensively on our trips abroad as we tour on a motorcycle. They are consistent, you know what to expect and represent excellent value for money. However, the staff at the Ibis Granada were Brilliant, particularly Daniel who was a font of knowledge on Granada, the area and places to go. The welcome we received was second to none and free tapas served up with our much needed thirst quencher at the bar. Carmen was also great and really helpful as well. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a much more pleasant than one or two others we have stayed at this trip for less money. I would certainly recommend it. The ONLY downside is the distance from the centre and things to see but for around 10€ you can get a taxi which they will happily order from reception, which we did on the first day. Return taxi is around 7€ as they don't charge for the outbound trip to collect you from the hotel. Seems strange but that's how it works but also good value. The second day we walked into town and walked back, it's a good walk but you do see everything while on foot.

Hotel with swiming pool. Only one star with good services. It deserves more stars. To park nearby is not a problem and that's the question I don't understand. Why you have to pay to use the parking when there is so much places to park. It's no sense...
