Hotel staff were freindly and courteous even though we arrived very late. Room was clean and quiet allowing for a good nights sllep. The room is a little more compact than other rooms I have stayed in, but is fine for 2 staying for a single night, maybe 2. Any longer - may start to feel a bit too small. Great location to airport or Excel - this being just a short car journey away. Great secure parking for overnight parking. I would recommend for a no frills stay at a great price.

Dirty room full of builders and stinking of smoke!! Didn’t even stay one night. Checked out and drove home. Receptionist non existent and was sat on a laptop in breakfast area. No welcome and cold greeting. Avoid and spend money elsewhere.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable. young lady ion duty at the Reception was very freindly and welcoming. would recommend to everyone, the room clean and the facclities on point. Always have a good rest there and use it very regular

Grim overall. The fixtures and fitting were grubby and need to be repainted. The corridors were very dusty along the skirting boards. There was a shower in a strange enclosure in the room itself. The toilet made weird noises all night. The cistern must have been air-locked. Hairdryer available from reception for £10 deposit. Two receptionists were on duty when I arrived, neither made eye contact. I thought they were guests charging their laptops in the the lobby. There were no staff uniforms to identify them. I did the online check in and was promised a special text to tell me how to get to the hotel. This never arrived. I was checked in by one of these men on a mobile phone. I have no idea what they were using the laptops for if not hotel business. There were no toiletries provided, save a single bar of soap. The breakfast was OK, served in the small lobby, but I would not book it again. It would be better to grab a coffee and pastry from a café: cheaper and better quality. The bed had a thin foam mattress which was not the full size of the built in bed. There was a hair in the bed when I arrived but the sheets did appear to have been changed. One pillow and one towel provided per person. The room was noisy as the hotel is directly under the flight path but this is to be expected. The location was 3 minutes from a bus stop (Connaught Bridge), 7 minutes from the DLR station (Pontoon Dock), walking distance from both London City Airport and the Excel. Even though this is London I feel the €110 price tag was steep for what I got.

Unglamorous location, but conveniently placed for the airport and transport links. Bed was very comfortable, with fresh bedding, as expected. Only stayed for one night and glad to get a good night's sleep, which I had.

A family visit to London over the holiday period was made better by our stay at the hotel. Free gated secure car park ensured our car was safe. Friendly, polite staff. GM&Staff made exceptional changes to allow Family were accomadated together. Thank you.

Far from center of London but very close to LCY Airport. But in the next travel I prefer to my close to center. The Hotel offer good acomotation and a good breakfast. The internet is good and the room is good and clean.

Free parking easy check in, good location to dlv into city. Good continental breakfast. 24 hour food delivery menu. Clean basic room great for a short stay. Very close to airport but no noise. Overall good

This hotel is a decent/cheap hotel in London, although is far from downtown, it is easy to get using the tube (DLR line to Woolwich). The only real problem is that there are very few places to eat near the hotel... So better to eat before getting the place...

Checked into room 232 - everytime a plane took off from London City Airport the room vibrated. The breakfast is normally ok. On the morning of the 30th November there were no glasses for the juice and no cups for the hot beverages - it was either disposable cups or nothing. The cold sliced chicken was lumped on top of the cold sliced ham - so if a Muslim fancied some chicken for breakfast it was going to be contaminated with pork - very poor standard in my opinion. The receptionist was more interested in her computer than cleaning the tables and when someone left there dirty cups and saucers she complained!

I arrived to find that the room with 2 single beds I’d been promised was not available. Then the receptionist tried to charge me for the room I had already paid for. The smell from the drainage coming through the plug holes was disgusting. Almost unbearable. Then at breakfast we asked for more bread. The receptionist bought the bread and placed it in the serving baskets using her bare hands without washing and after using laptop and card machine etc.

Room basic, but included everything I needed (comfortable mattress and pillows, hot shower, TV with free view, etc). Fairly clean. 5-6 minutes walk from the closest DLR station. However, WiFi did not work

Good budget hotel near city airport and O2. Handy for transport to Concert. Good eat as much as you want continental breakfast. Food is available to order 24 hours a day. Well stocked beer and snacks cabinet available to purchase through the day and night.

Clean and tidy; helpful and courteous staff; great location for London City Airport; only a few minutes walk to DLR station and therefore only (for example) 4 stops from Canary Wharf. Not situated in the prettiest area, but overall good value for money.

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a queue to be sorted out. Convenient for the ExCel centre albeit with a little bit of a walk. Quiet location was appreciated as had early mornings!

As a budget hotel, it has a great location; is clean and, although basic, very welcoming and convenient. We didn’t stay for breakfast (as we were traveling early) but the social area look very well stocked, friendly and laid back

The staff or receptionist (known as maliha) was pointing her small finger to talk to my colleagues. She was not friendly to speak to guests, my colleagues pointed her approach as rude. Terrible hospitality experience!!!

I have stayed at this ibis for the past three weeks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. I have no issues with noise from other guests. There are absolutely no frills included, even the ability to make tea/coffee in your room. There is a lot of noise outside, mainly because the hotel is located very close to industry. Lorries going past the hotel are felt and not only heard. While the hotel is well located geographically, it is in an area that is really not very well served. With I think one exception there is nowhere nearby to have a drink or go for something to eat. The closest shop is reasonably well stocked but very expensive. You need to come prepared! My main concern with the location of the hotel is the lack of street lighting leading up to it. The walk from the nearest DLR stop (Pontoon dock) is only about ten minutes but in places, especially near to the hotel, is very dark and you are walking past derelict land. As a middle-aged man I feel reasonably safe, but the street is quiet and secluded and more could be done by the hotel to improve approach to it. Even if that only means asking the council to switch the street lights on!

I wasn't expecting too much from a budget hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. The service was efficient and friendly. Only a continental breakfast available, but at a good price and good quality. I tried the 24/7 pizza service which was pretty good! Free parking was a welcome bonus, and the nearest train station (DLR) not too far away. If I need a budget place to crash in London, I will be back.

Stayed for one night, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, I did ask for extra pillows and was given these straight away. There was a Tv in the room as well. The hotel is close by to passing trains and the airport, when the window was closed there was hardly any noise. Me and my partner slept well and check was at 12 so we didn't have to rush in the morning.
