Very friendly staff, the 24/7 food service turned out to be very helpful and slept very well in the beds. Absolutely would stay again if I'm ever in the area. To any other visitors I would say Pontoon Dock is actually the nearest DLR stop and then the hotel is ten minutes, if that, down the road.

As the title states, it is a budget hotel, however it has everything you need except for a kettle for tea/coffee so bare this in mind. Bed quality is lovely, towels provided too.bring your own toiletries though as only soap provided. Wi-fi and parking is free which is a brilliant bonus. Couple of shops near by for the essential products you need. Excellent location if flying from London City Airport. Staff very helpful too and cheerful too. Just corridors need cleaning in the corners.

Breakfast was poor compared to the charge. No shampoo in the bathroom and no shops around for miles of distance. Walkers link to the station is ridiculous, it should be clearly advised against people with no car.

Upon arrival staff were not friendly. No smile on face service. One plug in the room, when you arrive for business you need more than one charging point. No kettle, no hair dryer. Breakfast is a cold breakfast and toast. Additanal parking is £10 per day. Had i have known i would have booked a travel lodge. Up side, bed was comfortable great night sleep

We stay here to go to Salute at the Excel Center. We have stayed here the last three years the rooms are clean and of a good size and are reasonably priced (unless its London Marathon weekend but then everywhere is expensive that weekend). The airport although close is not noticable in terms of noise nor is the DLR line overhead. The only downside is the food on site isn't great although the pizza is good after a night out. There is a small local store a good cafe and a Starbucks nearby through and the pak nearby overlooking the Thames Barrier is really nice place to go for a walk in. The walk to the excel center is only about 10 mins and it is quite easy to get there so if you are planning on going to an event at the Excel center this hotel is really excellent for its money and location.

the room was great for us we found it easy to check in on line which it is easy to do, the staff was very welcoming when we arrived , the only thing is that they have to make sure that they have enough pizzas ,

Hotel staff were freindly and courteous even though we arrived very late. Room was clean and quiet allowing for a good nights sllep. The room is a little more compact than other rooms I have stayed in, but is fine for 2 staying for a single night, maybe 2. Any longer - may start to feel a bit too small. Great location to airport or Excel - this being just a short car journey away. Great secure parking for overnight parking. I would recommend for a no frills stay at a great price.

Dirty room full of builders and stinking of smoke!! Didn’t even stay one night. Checked out and drove home. Receptionist non existent and was sat on a laptop in breakfast area. No welcome and cold greeting. Avoid and spend money elsewhere.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable. young lady ion duty at the Reception was very freindly and welcoming. would recommend to everyone, the room clean and the facclities on point. Always have a good rest there and use it very regular

Grim overall. The fixtures and fitting were grubby and need to be repainted. The corridors were very dusty along the skirting boards. There was a shower in a strange enclosure in the room itself. The toilet made weird noises all night. The cistern must have been air-locked. Hairdryer available from reception for £10 deposit. Two receptionists were on duty when I arrived, neither made eye contact. I thought they were guests charging their laptops in the the lobby. There were no staff uniforms to identify them. I did the online check in and was promised a special text to tell me how to get to the hotel. This never arrived. I was checked in by one of these men on a mobile phone. I have no idea what they were using the laptops for if not hotel business. There were no toiletries provided, save a single bar of soap. The breakfast was OK, served in the small lobby, but I would not book it again. It would be better to grab a coffee and pastry from a café: cheaper and better quality. The bed had a thin foam mattress which was not the full size of the built in bed. There was a hair in the bed when I arrived but the sheets did appear to have been changed. One pillow and one towel provided per person. The room was noisy as the hotel is directly under the flight path but this is to be expected. The location was 3 minutes from a bus stop (Connaught Bridge), 7 minutes from the DLR station (Pontoon Dock), walking distance from both London City Airport and the Excel. Even though this is London I feel the €110 price tag was steep for what I got.

Unglamorous location, but conveniently placed for the airport and transport links. Bed was very comfortable, with fresh bedding, as expected. Only stayed for one night and glad to get a good night's sleep, which I had.

A family visit to London over the holiday period was made better by our stay at the hotel. Free gated secure car park ensured our car was safe. Friendly, polite staff. GM&Staff made exceptional changes to allow Family were accomadated together. Thank you.

Far from center of London but very close to LCY Airport. But in the next travel I prefer to my close to center. The Hotel offer good acomotation and a good breakfast. The internet is good and the room is good and clean.

Free parking easy check in, good location to dlv into city. Good continental breakfast. 24 hour food delivery menu. Clean basic room great for a short stay. Very close to airport but no noise. Overall good

This hotel is a decent/cheap hotel in London, although is far from downtown, it is easy to get using the tube (DLR line to Woolwich). The only real problem is that there are very few places to eat near the hotel... So better to eat before getting the place...

Checked into room 232 - everytime a plane took off from London City Airport the room vibrated. The breakfast is normally ok. On the morning of the 30th November there were no glasses for the juice and no cups for the hot beverages - it was either disposable cups or nothing. The cold sliced chicken was lumped on top of the cold sliced ham - so if a Muslim fancied some chicken for breakfast it was going to be contaminated with pork - very poor standard in my opinion. The receptionist was more interested in her computer than cleaning the tables and when someone left there dirty cups and saucers she complained!

I arrived to find that the room with 2 single beds I’d been promised was not available. Then the receptionist tried to charge me for the room I had already paid for. The smell from the drainage coming through the plug holes was disgusting. Almost unbearable. Then at breakfast we asked for more bread. The receptionist bought the bread and placed it in the serving baskets using her bare hands without washing and after using laptop and card machine etc.

Room basic, but included everything I needed (comfortable mattress and pillows, hot shower, TV with free view, etc). Fairly clean. 5-6 minutes walk from the closest DLR station. However, WiFi did not work

Good budget hotel near city airport and O2. Handy for transport to Concert. Good eat as much as you want continental breakfast. Food is available to order 24 hours a day. Well stocked beer and snacks cabinet available to purchase through the day and night.

Clean and tidy; helpful and courteous staff; great location for London City Airport; only a few minutes walk to DLR station and therefore only (for example) 4 stops from Canary Wharf. Not situated in the prettiest area, but overall good value for money.
