this is a very cute hotel with outstanding customer service and great location. 30 minutes from Charles de Gaulles. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Will definitely book again when travelling to Paris.

IBIS hotels are reliably consistent and provide exactly the right facilities - comfortable beds, immaculate cleanliness, good lighting, efficient showers and well designed rooms. They provide excellent accommodation at budget prices is good locations and are therefore value for money. This Paris hotel is no exception. I keep going back there.

Good hotel. Perfect location. But the service is close to zero. I also had two single beds put aside. Wich has no sens for a single travelling person. The lobby could be a little more contemporary. It really looks like the beginning of the 90's. Very cheap decoration and equipment.

Good for short stay (1-3days). Family room a bit too small. I was forced to reserve the room in advance with a credit card while as per policy no credit card is required only to see that the shower spray was broken and not working effectively. No other room was available. luckily we were there only for a night. However staffs are polite and welcoming. I would advise this hotel for short term stays.

On arrival at the hotel rooms weren't ready at 1.00pm but that can be expected although more hotels now seem to have rooms available sooner. When we came back at 5.30pm there was one person on reception and she was assisting one person. We stood for nearly 20 mins before she finished with them and didn't apologise for the delay. When I took the paperwork I had printed from the IBIS website where I had booked it was less than what the receptionist had totalled. I asked her to look at my paperwork but she refused and said it didn't matter what I had as the printout from hotel was always correct. I explained that my printout showed ALL the taxes but she still refused to look at it - very rude!!!! When I got in my room the room was clean but very hot (temperature outside was nearly 30C) and so I put on the AC but it didn't work so I had to stay for 2 nights in an uncomfortably hot room. Breakfast was OK but minimal. My friend doesn't eat meat but wanted some cheese which was laid next to or on the meat so not much thought there. Overall disappointing as I have stayed in Paris more than 20 times and this hotel was the worst

We had a lovely short stay. Our room was quaint but very clean. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfy but for 2 nights it was fine. Staff were friendly and willing to help in way they could (extra pillows, calling taxis, storing bags) I would like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for the evening but I'm picky like that. Breakfast was help yourself with a good variety to choose from. It was however not included in the room rate and cost €10.25 per adult. For small eaters I consider this expensive. However it's Paris. I can't find any huge fault with staying there.

Asked for late check out, which was agreed. I was asking to have more time to relax until my Eurostar. I made a mistake as I did not relax at all as they knocked on my door and even opened to see me naked on my way to the shower. and then called me to explain to me that I hadn't called to ask for late check out. I told them to check their log of calls to prove I was right... but all I had was excuses to explain why they made the mistake instead of an apology and stopping to bother me. I will never go back to this hotel and will think twice before going back to an Ibis.

This Hotel is in a very good location near restaurants, bars and the Aligre market. The rooms are exellent especially the very confortable beds. staff are friendly and helpful. Location is particularly good for variuos transprt options giving acess to all of Paris highly recommended

I will be brief because it is not worth wasting time commenting. We arrived at the hotel at night and the receptionist was rude. He didn't had knowledge of the own loyalty program by Accor, and I just received a bottle of water as a welcome drink after a long "fight" with the receptionist to teach him what was the Le Club! Breakfast OK, room cleanliness OK, considering that we were in Paris. I requested late check-out until 14:00, when I returned to the hotel at 13:00 the same receptionist who said OK informed that I would no longer have the late check-out until 14:00 and I should vacate the room immediately, because they would need to wipe for the next guests! No more comments!

excellent hotel. very quiet beautiful rooms the staff was always very helpful there is an excellent breakfast available but we did not partake of it due to previous arrangements my wife and I always checked this out every morning even though we did not partake eggs ,cold cuts, croissants, pancakes so quite a bit to satisfy anyones start to the day

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel which is conveniently located in Bastille. Very good for the price. Comfortable suite studio with 2 double bed for 4 adults very comfortable. Recommended. Certainly a good choice for another stay.

With the exception of no kleenex in the rooms, and the cleaning service being a bit too loud, at times, I love staying at this Ibis. The centralized location is what appeals to me the most, from restaurants, to shopping, to entertainment, to's all within walking distance.

This is a typical Ibis located in a quiet street in a great area of Paris. We have stayed here before and love it for this reason. However, on this occasion, we arrived to be told that renovation work was taking place on the 2nd floor during the daytime. When we got to out 4th floor room the noise could have been next door it was so loud. We had to go straight out. It started again at 8.30 each morning (inc Sat). don't know what time it finished as we stayed out until after 6pm each day. My problem is not that renovation is occurring, but that, having paid in full in advance to get a good rate, we were not forewarned or offered a refund or a room in a different Ibis. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff are always v. friendly and helpful. Will be interested to see if Accor contact me to discuss the issue

great room price and a good location to most attractions in Paris. The breakfast for 11 euro was not the best I have had at an Ibis hotel. Only hot food was boiled egg. In Ireland the cold breakfast was 6 euro, This was basically a cold breakfast and should have been less money.

The hotel area is very nice, close to good cafés and cool restaurant. It's like an up and coming hip area. It feels very safe in the area. Room is fine, clean and does what it say. One suggestion is to clean the air conditioning system as we feel that air quality is not very good. Also there is no tea making facility in the room, but if you ask the reception, they will give you hot water in a cup. Not very convenient.

This hotel is close to the end of the A4 motorway in eastern Paris and has a garage which you can book ahead by giving them a call. The rooms and bathrooms are smallish but clean, functional and quiet, There are two metro stations close by as well as the Gare de Lyon train station. There's also a shuttle bus which will take you to Orly or Charles de Gaulle airport if you ask at reception ahead of time. The 11ième arrondissiment is lively with lots of restaurants and bars with lots of people in the streets in the evening. It feels safe. The hotel does a self-service breakfast which is adequate. Safety boxes for valuables are available next to reception. Otherwise, snacks and drinks are available if required. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was almost perfect. Nothing to complain about Everything was almost perfect. Nothing to complain about Everything was almost perfect. Nothing to complain about Everything was almost perfect. Nothing to complain about

The quad rooms on the 7th floor are excellent for a family of four. Good continental breakfast here too. Quiet and well run hotel with friendly staff. The double is a sofa bed but it's fine for a short stay.

Fair location (5-minute walk to subway) and rooms (comfortable and clean, but tiny). Horrible service. Front desk has much to learn about how to treat a customer. Dealing with them was like walking on eggshells all the time, from reservation to check-out. I received a email saying no reservations would be kept for arrival after 18:00. After a few arguments they granted arrival after 18:00. On most hotels a credit card warranty would be enough to keep a stay, but I had to pay on the second night (on a three night stay). Payment was done with Le Club Accor vouchers (paid more vouchers than the total stay). As Platinum customer on Le Club Accor I have a Welcome Drink, Early Check-in and Late Check-out. On other hotels they offered me all the 3 above. On this hotel I had to ask for late check-out, which, as later I found out, was granted only for 1 room (even though I was very specific about the 2 rooms). Treatment quite different from ibis Milano Centrale, where I was granted late check-out for all my 3 rooms. We came back to the hotel for check-out just to find out that our luggage was taken from 1 room. Still I had to pay a late check-out fee. Paris have lots of touristic and beautiful places. People go there to see this places and spent money on souvenirs, shopping, restaurants and hotels. People go there and spent! It is a fact! What does it cost offer a good service so people can come back again?

The big quality of this hotel is the reception employees, especially Joana, who could speak in many languages, including mine (portuguese) and was all the time very kindness and ready to help with a very sort of information. However the room is too strait to move on inside it and isn't given to us face towel. The breakfast was very good and also the location, near of a metro station and of the Place de la Bastille.
