I booked the hotel over the web, to stay a night while one of our relatives was in a nearby Hospital's ICU. Pave way to the Hotel entrance was quite narrow and was without any Bell-boy or Valet. I had to leave the car in front blocking the road to find the Bell Desk, who informed us to check-in first and then Valet information would be advised. After checking-in the reception advised us the route to the other hotel and take the first exit on the right after the round-about (which turned out be a paid parking). So I went back after circling the whole block and asked for free parking area as advertised on their web page and refused to pay any parking fee for my stay; only then they informed us to drop our car at Valet of the other IBIS hotel across the road and then walk our way back. On reaching the room, it was apparently ok - "Free" Wireless access kept on asking to enter the reservation code, which was no where to be found and it wasn't accepting my reservation number received with the booking confirmation, so I had to call the Reception and turns out that the numerals (numbers) written on the access key jacket are my reservation code. As we checke-in late in the evening, I was quite tired, so took a bath and went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the washroom and surprised with the damp smell that filled the room, only to see the water was all over the washroom floor as it managed to came through the shower door but couldn't manage to find its way back to the drain. I put on all the available towels (2) on the floor to avoid slipping and/or wetting my feet, but on the contrary my wife refused to go in such a washroom and I finally gave in and moved out of the hotel (after 5-hrs stay) back to the Hospital.
