Online checkin didnt seem to have come across for this hotel thus checkin took a while. Havent stayed at this Ibis for a very long time. As the room was prepaid, they didnt hold a deposit even as standard I gave them my card. This resulted me in the first time coming across it that I couldnt settle the bill I had in the hotel resturant, interesting right? Another error from checkin is that breakfast requires a coupon. Therefore, I had to return to reception for my multiple day coupons. A little painful as the resturant waiter wasnt the best of most times. Other than that, the room was quiet ok. the bathroom maybe a little small for some. Maybe a facelift would be more inviting. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly. Location a plus to MTR, Bus and ferry.

The hotel and the room were good. Lovely view over to Kowloon, which unfortunately will not be there for much longer as a very large building project is underway. The exterior noise is kept to a minimum with double-glazed windows. This does not extend to the room as my sleep was frequently disturbed by late-arriving or early departing guests. One couple had a barny near my room which went on so long that I intervened. TAKE EARPLUGS!

Good location- few steps away from mtr, convenience store, supermarket and bus station (a11 ) going to the airport. Hotel is clean, with basic amenities. Room given to us has excellent view of the harbour.

Nice stay at the best price/quality ratio hotel in HK. If your destination is HK island East, you should really consider this hotel. Next door to metro, 5 mins walk to a Wellcome chain shop with reasonable prices for food and drinks, many small not very expansive HK style Chinese restaurants. If booking directly on the hotel web site for the same price as on other famous booking sites, you might probably get an room upgrade for harbor view, same as I likely got. Thanks to Ibis North Point! See you very soon again:-))

Although the location was great missing was an umbrella when it rain and the front door entrance need to light it bump the customer at night, as the assistance of the front desk for taxi they never help us instead they told us easy to get we are waiting in front of ibis Hotel no taxi take to we decided to move to another place

With my AccorPlus Platinum status, I enjoyed free upgrade to a harbour view room though my booking was a standard room. I checked-in via internet and informed hotel of early morning arrival. Thanks the front desk staff for being accommodative. I managed to checked in at 9.30am. Before my travel, I read about the cleanliness issues and was quite concerned, but my room was ok. Though was small, bed and towels were clean and comfortable. It was a value stay as comparing to other hotels in HK. The only complaint was Ibis North Point restaurant. I stayed there 4 nights and took 3 breakfast and 1 dinner in the hotel. I regretted for prepaid my breakfast as we did not enjoy eating there. This restaurant was operated to suit convenient of the staffs but not the guests and I noticed not many people eating there. The first bf I took at 9.00am, 98% of tables were vacant but >90% placed with reserved sign and only few tables were allocated to guests. Noodle finished never replenish. No “freshly cooked vegetables". Lots of wastage or left over food, eg. bake bean, beacons, sausages, scramble eggs, oak and squares breads etc… Fruits were not cut which was inconvenient for guests to eat so end up “never eat” and only took the “Can” fruits that was ready. The morning breakfast start at 6:30am. On my last day checked out, we were rushing for 7:05am bus, so went for bf at 6:15 am with 2 luggages. The staff refused to let us wait at the restaurant and we had to bring our baggages from 2nd floor to first floor, and moved up again after10 minutes. I peeled that attitude of the staff was too rigid. Perhaps, Ibis could partition a small portion at 2nd level for the guests to sit around prior to opening hour.

Service is good but theres still room for improvement. 1. Shout out to Mr Ricky of Ibis Restaurant for being attentive and quick to refill the buffet station and get the used up plates of the customers; while we were there last June 9 and 10, another lady staff was on duty, sadly, our plates are all piled up on the table, buffet ran out of yogurt and food, orange juice was not refilled and we still have to wait. 2. The cook at the Restaurant makes good food, however, maybe they can come out with new dishes too. 3. Housekeeping is quick to attend to our request and rooms are all clean when we entered the room. 4. We stayed at the 28th floor, its a non-smoking level but we have other room mates that doesn't comply with the rules...we had second hand smoke during our stay :(

Nice location next to mtr with lots of food. Good view of Harbour and nice clean and cheap rooms though u can't expect 5 star treatment as they are 4 star at best but breakfast is good too. For those who want a nice view from airport to hotel can take bus A11 as its depot is just opposite hotel.

Assigned at check in 28th floor harbour view.Room small suitable for one person. Breakfast good..Room was always clean and tidy. new towels each day Not enough room for large suitcase. Hotel lifts slow at times...

Receiptists are kihd, friendly and helpful. Very good location, underground station Jin a three minutes walk. Airport bus directly stop outside hotel. Late restaurant until 2,3 o'clock in the morning. Very good price. Rooms are small but well equipped, clean and comfort. Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends.

The location right next to the North Point ferry, metro station and bus terminal is very good. The rooms are small even for Ibis standard (the bad is only 120 cm wide), however there is still enough space to not feel too claustrophobic. Of course, they are clean and well equipped. Nice view over Kowloon bay from the top floors (but a new building is being constructed in front of the hotel, however the sound isolation is excellent and nothing is heard from outside). The elevators are slow and too few (2) for the 30 floors of the hotel. Breakfast is comprehensive, with a lot of western style food choices, but some reason some of the tables were always reserved.

Accor group maintained its superior service whether its a 5 star hotel or a budget hotel. Despite this being a budget hotel, the facilities are good, the rooms are neat and tidy, you can smell that clean fresh smell inside the Accor hotel chain. The bed for couple + 1 child is a bit small though. However, this is HK where hotel rooms are really quite small.

Clean room. Good view of the harbour. Two lifts serving many many rooms, so it could be a long wait. Cafe/restaurant is simple. Didn't try the breakfast. But it looked alright, nothing fantastic. Staff were generally helpful.

We enjoyed the stay and will recommend Ibis chain as excellent option as the amenities are very practical for short trips. The property is well connected thru public transport options MTR, Ferry Pier & Bus Terminus. Rooms are tiny & double beds are small. Otherwise - it's clean, neat as Ibis standards. We were surprised to have bath towels which were torn. Though we ignored the matter considering it may be one-off event - unsure if it's new Ibis standard! Limited veg options in break-fast - considering HK & Accor chain - we thought at least couple of more could be easily possible.

Hotel is near to MTR exit. Even from airport to hotel there is cityflyer bus A11 which stops nearby and a 2 mins walk to hotel. As it is near to mtr exit, a Breeze to travel anywhere. Nearby eateries around as well. Just be prepared for a small room. But with the attractive price nothing to complain about.

The room is small, as are most in Hong Kong, but the room and the hotel in general are clean. The location is convenient, within 5 minutes' walking distance to the metro station and the bus terminal. The staff is competent and helpful. Special thanks to Kathy, who stands out for her professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness to requests for assistance.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, for a 3 star hotel it was very good although our room was not ideal as we were right by the lift and found it very noisey. And also the bed was very firm. Close to restaurants and train station.

Very convenient location - Airport Bus terminates 50 metres from hotel, and Underground railway and tram stops are a couple of minutes walk. Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the harbour and the comings and goings of ferries and other naval craft. Breakfast included hot options, and provided a good start to the day, although sometimes took a while for empty choices to be refilled. Only 2 lifts, which sometimes meant a wait for a lift with space. Overall a great option for our 9-day stay, would be very happy to return here on our next trip to Hong Kong, although the new building at the front of the hotel means the view is likely to disappear, even from our 25th floor room!

We stayed twice within three weeks. Hotel is in a great location, close to train, bus, ferry and tram. Rooms are very clean, rather small but acceptable for a couple. Very friendly helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast.

The room was smaller than in previous Ibis hotels that we have stayed in, but was comfortable and clean. The view over the harbour was tremendous- especially at night. The breakfast choices were exotic - but, being in Hong Kong, only to be expected. All in all, it represented great value for money.
