We stayed 3 nights while driving aound Normandy and the "Cider Route." The staff were very helpful, courteous, good hmoured and efficient. The room was clean, & comfortable, everything (TV, shower etc) worked perfectly - we (a couple of dedicated technophobes) even managed to use the "automatic check-in" when we arrived at about 11pm - it was easy to use and very quick! It looked to us as if the whole hotel had been recently redecorated/renovated - the decor was in relaxing pastel shades and everything was spotless. The room was qiet and the bed linen fresh and clean, the bed large and comfortable.. We were not keen on thaving he bunk bed above the double bed but in fairness the website pictures made the layout perfectly clear before we booked and anyway we soon got used to it. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked pretty generous. . Parking is on site and free. About the only criticism we can make is that the hotel is situate on one side of a dual carriageway, so you occasionally have to drive a couople of hundred yards along it to a roundabout & then drive back the othere way, to get into the hotel site. Given that this is a a budget hotel, it is absolutely perfect for a short stay. Overall, it is excellent value for money.
