A reasonable hotel now with free courtesy bus, friendly staff, Cheap breakfast & quality snacks & drinks available 24 hours using notes/coins/or cards. A nice cheap place to stay.We stayed for 3 nights over a period of 10 days.

After a twelve hour drive I arrived at 11pm. I had phoned ahead and was given a code for the safe to retrieve a key to room 207. all worked perfectly. Room was basic but OK. A quick shower, turn back the bed cover.... only to look at an obviously used set of sheets. Lots of long dark hairs, rumpled grey sheets and pillow case marked with what I hope was make up. 11.30. no reception open and being completely stuffed I choose the tidier side and reluctantly got in to share the bed with a lady I would never meet. I realize budget means budget, but there are surly basic hygiene standards to adhere to? The following night i stayed in a motel in Mackay, probably built at least thirty years prior to the Ibis. Spotless including crispy laundered sheets. All for $75. OK, Mackay overheads are less then Briz, but the cleaning staff could give a ..... The others obviously have no pride.

as expected, this is your budget short stay just to tie over a night. this place is clean and organised. i do not have much negative feedback. i stayed there for one night. found this place to be decent, sufficient bedding space for a family of 4 to 5.

The rest in this hotel was excellent.Knowing I could get breakfast and then the shuttle to the airport was very reassuring and removed the worry of catching my flight for the rest of my 12,000 mile journey.

This is an Airport Motel with a very good location. There was a shuttle to the airport but we did not use it. Rooms are very small but suitable for early airport flights. Good breakfast available, plenty of selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very organised

Whilst the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, the size of the room was tiny with a square window that couldn't be fully opened to get fresh air....the noise of the traffic was 24 hours. Take note that when it says "budget", that's what it is...was over-priced at over $100. Was lucky only for 1 night. Sadly I wouldn't stay there again but would definitely try the Ibis near the airport, not the budget Ibis - take note, there's 2 of them!

Very convenient location although the signage from the airport car park was not particularly clear. Room was fine for an overnight stay and the bed and pillow were just delightful for a weary traveler

I've stayed at this hotel a few times before but found this time the noise was too much, I heard every car in the car park, people talking, it seemed the window wasn't closed properly. Other than that it was okay.

The mail reason to stay here is the proximity to the Brisbane airport. Disappointing to find out the pick up service from the airport no longer exists. Annoying to find out there was no remote control for the television in the room. Despite being advised that all the controls on the side of the set would work as easily, the reality was a real pain and had a frustrating time. When you consider there is no view, no real place to sit the TV is the centre of your entertainment for the evening. Also the air conditioner was quite noisy which didn't help when trying to sleep after giving up on the TV.

Worse than a 1 star hotel room is minute no room for a chair even the tv is the size of a computer screen no food available close unless you like packet chips or ice cream from a vending machine and it costs $10 to get there and $ $15 back to the airport use that money and stay at the new airport hotel instead this one is miserable The toilet is so close to the handbasin you'll hit you head if not careful not even a screen around the shower . Staff was friendly only nice point in stay and bed was comfortable

Close to the airport and very affordable. Ibis budget provided a clean room , air conditioning, TV , shower, fridge and the bed was comfortable. For the price all you need. The hotel was fairly quiet with little outside noise . Although stairs to access rooms , again you pay for what you get . I would stay again .

Everything about my stay at the Ibis Brisbane Hotel was perfect. There was clear signage from the airport and after a short 5 minute walk I was at the entrance of the hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very modern, new and clean. The restaurant had a huge selection of foods for dinner and a good buffet for breakfast. I didn’t hear any airplane noise and the blackout curtains were a big bonus. They were also very willing to hold my bags for the day before my evening flight. To get to the international airport was as simple as walking to the domestic terminal and catching the free transfer bus. Definitely the perfect place to stay if needing direct access to either the domestic or international airport

The Ibis budget was a good, clean and very friendly hotel, the staff were particularly good. However, we arrived at Ibis Brisbane airport, who said they didn't know where this other Ibis Budget was it had nothing to do with them, they had no contact details.I have yet to find an Ibis that accepts loyalty points ( 4 down and counting) and yet to find any 'deal' that comes through from Ibis. Time to change I am afraid.

no room service. tiny little thing of milk. food was expensive for what you got. The two pillows that were supplied were very high and not soft enough to sink in to avoid stiff neck, so only got about three hours sleep. Finding the place was not easy, no signs for those who dont know the area.

Paid for breakfast in room cost but due to flight change they wouldnt give us anything the night before to take to snack on, nor refund. Very small rooms and very outdated. Would only stay as a last resort in Brisbane.

Surprisingly quiet being so close to Gateway Motorway. As a budget overnight stay I would thoroughly recommend the Ibis for its convenience with an excellent shuttle service (my departure was 4.30 am). Basic but clean with vending machines and microwave for the frozen meals that were available. Bed was comfortable and shower hot, my only gripe was no hair shampoo

friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Can highly recommend the coffee and muffins in the morning and the delivery food 'menu' available at the hotel is good -- we had the pizza-- delicious!!!!

The location is great if you are going to the airport. Room was small but enough room for two people staying for 1 night. The only downside was breakfast only started at 7am - too late to catch my flight

hi i recently booked a night at ibis brisbane airairp and what a debacle. We werent allowed to check in early so that ruin the night and we had to fofeit the room and wasted $126. When we arrived the female manager was rude and disrectful because we wanted early check in, instead of letting us have our room we booked she said we could stay in tbe foyer till check in which was sum 10 hours away and we were so tired we left and ended up sleeping in our vehicle. We tried to contact the motel itself and accor for a refund but its been 8 days and still no reply.

Very basic hotel, even though very clean room and facilites; no lift (so prepare to carry your own luggage a lot of stairs to your room). Very basic breakfast, no staff at all. Googlemapped the hotel and this was absolutely unhelpful; no updated location?
