After reading done reviews I was a bit nervous about staying here! Was no need to be. Excellent room, spotlessly clean. Very quiet room and the hotel has a nice relaxed friendly atmosphere. I took the continental breakfast it found it very good value! A short stroll along the river through a little residential development and you in the city! Wld definitely recommend! I no idea what some people expect from a budget hotel! Great shower to!

Stayed here on 7th floor as attending christmas night out nearby room was basic but clean and staff very welcoming Price of the drinks were reasonable for the location of the hotel so all in all a very comfortable nights stay for minimal spend

I have been staying at Ibis Budget hotels for a few years now and always find them great value for money. The staff at Glasgow are always super friendly and go out of way with any requests. The Glasgow hotel has been upgraded over the years and has great reception area with lots of food/drink choices and can get free wifi in rooms as well. If like good quality budget I highly recommend.

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were told our booking had been cancelled. That couldn't tell us when it had been cancelled. So basically we were stranded in Glasgow with nowhere to stay. Very unhappy to say the least. Will never stay there again.

Online check-in before arrival, made speedy check-in, no hanging around. Staff very helpful and friendly and made our stay hassle free, checkout next morning was also very efficient. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and although motorway was only a short distance away, did not hear a thing.

i stayed here recently,, for a few days, lovely, bright, clean, place, Staff very friendly . if i had to complain about anything it was the fact you had to go downstairs to make tea/coffee and take it back up to room,, as no facilities in room

Check in was fast and efficient. Undercover car park was ideal and easy access to hotel. Staff friendly and happy to assist. Room was basic, but clean and quiet. Excellent shower. Breakfast was sufficient Cost of room and location were perfect for our requirements. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. Nothing fancy in room, but everything was clean, and worked fine (including the wifi in the room). Room was quiet. Location was fine for 10-15 min walk to SECC. Staff were helpful in ensuring that I could park car including a few hours before and after check-in times. Plenty cafes/restaurants/food shops in Springfield key or just behind hotel in Paisley Rd. I'd rate it good value for money, given the budget price.

Room was a little smallish. Check-in was fast. Hotel seems to be located 'outside' of town and adjacent to what seems to be an unattended multi level parking lot. At night seems scary. Confusing lift up to the hotel. Entrance at lift, full of fallen autumn leaves not swept away. This location does not give good energy.

This is a no frills hotel that doesn't claim to be any more than a hostel where you don't have to share a room/living quarters. If you're on a budget it's a nice place to stay. Breakfast is very basic and a little on the expensive side considering the very small amount on offer. (muffins and pastries were a little stale)

clean and tidy, quick check in and out ,good parking, easy access to sec, hydro, armadillo and plenty activities on doorstep, eating places, cinema casino, bowling alley all on your doorstep, easy to drive to from any where

My first stay in this Glasgow Ibis. It was exactly as expected. A good quality clean budget hotel. 24 hour food and drink a good addition to the service offered. Room adequate but lacking a power socket close enough to mirror to use hair drier. Breakfast good and plentiful

The hotel is in a not too smart place a bit depressing .I have used Ibis budget hotels before .They seem to have uncomfortable beds but seem not to take much notice when this is brought up in reviews and I am going back a few years when this has been brought up by many people. The room was great nice and clean .The shower was great just the bed let it down.

Location is in a shopping center outside the city center. It is very convenient if you have a car. There are restaurants, coffee shop, movie theater, etc in the center. The hotel is located on the city bus route also.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The shower and sink was in the bedroom which I was not aware of. I was sharing with my 17yr old son as he was attending a dance event. Each time we had a shower we had to take turns leaving the room. I wouldn't mind if the price reflects this it didn't, I paid 418.00 euro for 4 nights, 2 nights the fire alarm went off before 6am and everybody was evacuated on the Sunday morning OK these things happen, then the Monday morning it went off at the same time, we were not evacuated but exhausted from 2 night desturbed sleep, this was not a hotel brake it was a disaster

Regret to have NOT being alerted that the hotel was completely booked with kids participating in the UDO Street World 2017 and their parents, the hotel was a complete mess, almost impossible to be in it. Arrived with my wife and checked in on Wed 23 August, which was ok and we were not all day at the hotel, on Thursday we walk up early and were not at the hotel during all day but on Friday 25 August breakfast was caos, and I tell I have being at busy hotels, but this oh my god, unbelievable and the worst the was NOONE, NOONE responsible from the hotel to put order, kids running around and their parents lacking to put things in order and control, we had to leave the hotel to go and have a quite and silent breakfast at the Costa Café at the Odeon Cinema complex right next to the hotel. I complain later in the day and was given the answer that it the morning breakfast that day was something the kids and parents decided at last minute. I am positive that other people complain too. Saturday 26 August was OK, one of the supervisors told me that they had spoken with the responsible of the tour and thing were settled; what I stress was that there was NO one form the hotel controlling the situation. The last day we stayed was Sunday 26 August and due to some irresponsible guest that smoked inside the room the fire alarm went on close to 6 AM and it kept on form about 15 minutes even the fire department was present, but it ruined our day, why did they kept the alarm for so long? hope do not have to experience this again, IBIS Management should take care to emphasize training of their staff when handling large assistance of kids and have staff that can control the situation,

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Firstly 'limited parking' is not true, there is a multi-storey carpark with ample free parking. We almost had a floor to ourselves. The outside is not much to look at to be expected for a budget hotel. Walking in, it felt like a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were approachable and friendly and it didn't feel forced at all. There was a kind of high class European hostel feel about it which I really liked. The only downside were the loud people next door who had a full blown debate until very late at night, we probably could have got them to stop so I can't really complain. That said I suppose the walls are kind of thin, although apart from these people I didn't really hear much else and had a great sleep. I can't imagine anyone complaining of noise from outside the hotel at all, a very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfy bed and very clean throughout. Great location for food and a walkable distance from town.

Beds comfy 😊 Room very basic. Shower cubicle in room like showering in a caravan but had good power. Lack of plug points too far from mirrors to dry hair . Ok for one nite but wouldn't stay longer. Breakfast a rip off @ £4.95 for continental nothing hot cooked and you have to pay extra £1.50 for tea or coffee! Cheaper at greggs across the rd!

No problem, good condition. Like on the pictures! It's a little bit far from the downtown, but if you can catch the metro you can be there in 15 minutes. There is a lot of restaurants around the Hotel and there is a burger king also.

We stayed here (3 adults) for a gig at the Hydro. Very basic (no tea/coffee/hairdryer)but you get what you pay for! Room was clean. Location good. Went across the car park to Frankie and Benny's for a breakfast. Did the job
