We stay at the hotel 6 times a year (business). We only stay there because it is convenient business-wise. VERY hard and cheap beds ! Almost every time something is missing: Either yoghurt, cheese, croissants, fruitmix. We pay the price - but the hotel very seldom live up to it's obligations !

Bit too far out of Paris for what we needed bit that was our fault for booking the wrong area . Alot of travel on Transport to and from various tourist hot spots like Eiffel tower,Louvre, etc.. we used uber

Reasonable for the price. However, some of the staff at the desk couldn't speak English, which is really bad for a hotel in paris. Takes a long timw to get to the hotwl from paris. We had to take metro and a really crowded bus to get there.

It’s an excellent Hotel. Recommendable hotel ...All in all is ideal for everyone. Location, service, cleanliness, value, rooms. Peaceful night sleep and spacious space. Ibis Budget Paris Porte d'Aubervilliers is a good spot to explore Paris

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Ibis Aubervilliers where services were at a good standards for an affordable price, and the safety and security of customers within the hotel were second to none. The underground parking was reassuring. Good wifi and clean rooms.

I had stayed in this hotel on a number of previous occasions so I knew what to expect. Whilst it's a budget hotel and it could benefit with a little freshening up the communal areas are kept clean and the bedroom was cleaned and the bed made everyday. The staff were very helpful and I had no complaints. There wasn't any problems with noise and I would recommend the hotel as a cheap and cheerful option.

We had a great one night stay there. The room was clean, had a nice view and a standard which abolutely fit the price. The receptionists were kind and really helpfull. The only reaso why I couldn't give five stars is that a really important question from my side was not answered appropriately before. A recommendation about the best arrival route would have saved me a lot of time, I guess.

If you want basic, this is about as basic as you can get. Breakfast was basic, and no cereal bowls supplied, had to eat cereal out of a coffee cup. No plates, had to put croissant and bread on a serviette. Outside at the front of the hotel very dirty with lots of rubbish, looked very run down. Thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived. Not at all what we imagined.

I had stayed at the IBIS Budget in Aubervillier previously and was more than happy to return. The booking process was simple and on arrival the checking-in couldn't have been easier. The room was clean and continued to be cleaned daily. All public areas were well maintained and all the staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel. I knew what to expect, It may not have been luxurious but it never claimed to be.Would hope to stay there next year as I now know the area and I have no complaints over my stay in Aubervilliers Thanks to all at the hotel

Good price. Bad WiFi in the room; kept getting disconnected every 5 minutes. Also, the lady at the reception and security guy were rude. However, got the room for a good price and its not too far from the heart of Paris.

Ibis offers good value for money and good locations. Reasonable close to the metro into Paris the hotel room was clean. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Easy parking is available in an underground car park but as we were on a motorcycle the security staff allowed us to park outside the hotel under the security camera. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

It is an average Ibis Hotel. I stayed for two nights in room 531. After the first night they REALLY CLEANED THE ROOM. ALL MY PERSONAL CARE THINGS were GONE (electric toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, shampoo, spray, dental silicone, razor, shaving cream). The hotel answered they didn't find anything in the room... and that's about it.

Gross area, never seen so much trash on the streets. Not close to public transportation. Bedroom floor had not been mopped judging by stains, everything seemed bare bones. Found several long hairs on sink area. I understand this is a budget brand, but I have stayed at other Ibis Budget and they were at least clean. Luckily we found another hotel and moved out.

The accomodation was very good. We took the bus no. 35 from the "Gare de l'Est" and the hotel was at less than 300 m from the "Villebois" station. It is far from Paris, but with this bus you can reach the center in less than 10 min.

This is a good value for a stay in a very expensive city! The neighborhood is terrible, so make sure you're out of the metro and in the hotel by dark or drive and pay the 8 Euros per day for the garage. This place worked great for us, as we drove to Paris. We did life on the cheap, too. Grocery store (remarkably nice for terrible neighborhood) was very handy. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Comfy bed meant a great few nights sleep! That's pretty much what we were after. Very cheap rooms, ideal for family. Bit of a smell from the drain in shower room. Location wasn't the nicest but we didn't expect much for the price. We didn't use any facilities other than the rooms & the bonus was there is a supermarket right next door!

This hotel is very tired particularly the rooms. The bathroom was particularly bad with badly damaged bath and leaking drainage from the whb. Sound insulation is not to normal Accor standard. In my view the hotel was overpriced due to room demand and was poor vale.

The hotel was 30 min bus ride away from the centre of Paris. The staff were okay, there was not provision of hairdryers which was a shame as there was provision at another Ibis hotel. Even though we were on the 5th floor there was still a lot of traffic noise.

I got robbed outside the frontdoor (1meter). This was inside the gated area. The robber jumped 2 gates, and ran through the hotel parking, and came upp from behind and tried to take my suitcase away from me. they probably have this on their camera aswell. overall, the hotel is very cheap and located centrally. very Clean aswell. although they could use more security gaurds aswell. atleast 2 gaurds.
