I don't know if I should write this, but you will find it on Trip Adviser anyway!
I was greeted in the middle of a building project which was occurring outside the hotel. Roads closed etc. We went to reception to be greeted by a woman who couldn't speak a word of English(the international language), my wife (Thai) can speak it so why can't she? She was so rude it was unbelievable. I am waiting for a knee replacement so can't walk up stairs, she didn't care, upstairs you go she said. NO LIFT, not in brochure!!! Next, my daughter 21 years old, comes back to the hotel at 10.30pm because my wife and I were talking with friends, and the new receptionist, again speaking no English, asks for her ID, my daughter produces her driving licence, to prove she is 21. The receptionist, plays with her calculator and says she is not 21! Says she cannot come into the hotel, I await your comments to this, driving licence for my daughter available if you want to see it, and hospital report for my knee replacement also available if you wish to see. Your comments please. I work for IBM and travel a lot on business, so good luck with this one!!!
