The staff are always friendly here and as Silver card member of Accor I also get free choc bar and a free drink of my choice. The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfy and the showers are always powerful.

Stayed over the Easter break,, made to feel very welcome off lucy and the other wonderful staff from the moment we arrived,, room was very nice,, breakfast was self serve and was delicious,, staff very knowledgeable about what was going on in hull,, even surprised us on Easter Sunday with a small Easter egg each,, will definitely be paying this hotel another visit,

on arrival we was welcomed by Linda who was absolutely fantastic, hotel was lovely and clean, service was amazing! we will defiantly be coming to stay again. Thank you Linda you made our trip :) xxxxx

This is pretty much as I expected although I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings - the only porridge available was sweetened and flavoured, the muesli was also more like granola, very sugary, and there was no choice of croissants on the second morning. By 745 the cooked breakfast had been sitting there for a while and was pretty unappetising - rubbery scrambled eggs, hard dry bacon and hard dried out tomatoes. On the positive side there was fresh fruit! The room was fine, clean and reasonably comfortable except that the next door neighbour had a shouting conversation before 5am both mornings which was not conducive to a good sleep.

Great hotel, helpful staff, useful maps, prime location, nice bathrooms, good breakfast. Only grumble no flat pillows, as supplied ones too fat to sleep on. Would recommend. Walkable from station. Also handy for Wetherspoons.

Hotel is central a great location. Staff were all friendly and always there to help especially Linda who checked us in and out. Our room was near the lift so the bell from that woke me a couple of times in the night.

An IBIS is what you pay by way of the standard of accommodation. In Hull the staff looking after reception and the food and drink area were exceptional - well done to Linda and Natasha, they did an excellent job.

Dried faeces on bathroom door handle. I cleaned it myself. Never had to do that before! However the rest of the room was clean. Bed very comfy. Staff friendly and breakfast was fantastic! Definitely recommend to anyone however make sure cleaners do their job. Room 228

Hotel was as you would expect of an Ibis. The room was the same as every other Ibis I have stayed in including the bathroom pod. I got a good night's sleep here. It was on a main road but I asked for a room at the rear of the hotel so it was very quiet.

The service at this hotel is impeccable The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, towels are changed daily, breakfast is served over a long period to your needs, check-in and check-out are fast. What more could you want?

A comfortable and enjoyable few days stay at the Ibis Hotel after our initial parking issues. The standard room and hotel layout is all you would expect from the Ibis range ie well maintained, clean and tidy. The staff were cheery, friendly efficient and helpful. The hotel is in a good location near the town centre shops and handy for the rail station.....but if arriving by car make sure to check out the parking location and facilities before setting off; we didn't and it took an hour from arriving at the hotel on the other side of the road to checking in albeit Hull was in chaos as a crane had collided with a bridge.

Great location for all the sights and sounds of Hull, friendly staff and a comfy bed too. We will re book for another Xmas shopping and drinking trip next year. There's no hotel bar park but princess quay multi story is a 5 minute walk away and was only £7 for 24 hours.

Clean room, very welcoming staff and a lovely breakfast. Outstanding value for money and right in the center of the town so convenient to most things. A short walk to a convenient car park but even that was value for money. Would definately recommend and use again.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, as it is starting to look dated. When I visited the lift wasn't working, although I was offered a lower floor room had I been unable to manage the stairs. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money. Overall a good stay. Just what I needed.

Staff made us very welcome from reception staff to cleaners. Room nice and clean. The only drawback is that you have to park at the local shopping centre, the staff were very good giving us a map and cost.

An overnight stay prior to a meeting next day. Room standard Ibis decor very comfortable bed and quiet, one of the bedside shelves was missing and reported next day. Also the standard information indicted that newspapers could be ordered but no-one on reception knew anything about this. The breakfast area was small and there wern't enough tables at 8.30am but food was OK. Note there is no parking at the hotel but staff helpfully suggested where the nearest was at the public pay car park for the Prince's Quay shopping centre about 5-8 minutes walk away fortunately we only had overnight luggage. Convenient for city centre

Stayed for one night arrived about 9pm. if you are arriving in the car be prepared to leave the car at the multi storey car park down the road..we were a couple but I wouldn't have felt safe doing the car parking and walking through the car park / back streets if I'd been on my own. Hotel clean and had everything I needed albeit obviously basic...could've done with a socket next to the mirror for drying hair! Bar/ restaurant area could have done with some bettter furniture.....bright red plastic, and bright lights was a bit 'youth hostel' - bar prices weren't!! - £9.20 for2 drinks.. That said I was impressed that we could get hot food until 10 pm

I would recomend this hotel to anyone. It is well situated, within walking distance of the rail station, and all places of interest, culture, shopping ,resturants, pubs and cafes in Hull. The hotel is brilliant, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The important feature I particularily liked, was that no non residents can enter the lift,to gain access to the room corridors- makes you feel very safe and secure, especially as a lone woman!! I definetely stay there again. Thankyou for a pleasant time!

I bought 2 nights for my dad's birthday. My parents loved the hotel and as they travelled by train the location was ideal. My mum was particularly impressed with how comfortable the bed was. I booked online and checked in online, both which were easy to do.
