Zero will to help, the 2 ladies in the morning shift are terrible to be talking to guest, they should be imediatly removed or fired. Rude as f. I made my reservation on the accor website since im a member, he website charged me and the charge was reflected on my bank account. One of the ladies didnt even wanted to activated my two keys. Since according to her it was not paid wife literally almost kick her sorry butt. Everytime we pass trough thelobby she will roll her eyes. And every time the keys got deactivayed she will make us get in line (after check inns and outs) just activate the key. Accor do something. I will complaint on every media outlet in the 4 lenguages I speak until I see these 2 out of the hotel bussiness.

I like iBis hotels, and have stayed in them around Europe and now in Buenos Aires. The main problem I have with them is their internet connectivity is very poor. They should just add a router password and forget the rest of the authentication.

Very poor management. My room was dirty and bed had been used, linen not changed. Window did not close properly so room was very noisy. Breakfast was correct but did not large variety of food. Location is good

I had Ibus recommended to me by a friend and signed up for an Accors membership. What a terrible disappointment this stay was. It started badly. The front desk had three people working and were ignored until I finally handed a paper copy of our confirmation to one of the workers - who was doing absolutely nothing, but told me I should speak to the women at the next counter who had sat there ignoring us and plainly able to see the paper in my hand. We got to a tiny claustrophobic room after a trip on a dirty elevator. The room was woefully small and ill equipped. We were given towels that I would only use to wash a car or perhaps the floor. They were disgusting. After our first night we went sightseeing the next day and returned at 5:00 pm to find our room had not been cleaned. The location was fantastic, but I'm not sure the hotel gets credit for this as it did not come close to making up for the poor quality of the stay.

I've stayed in this property about 6 times in the last 10 years. This last stay was rather frustrating: the premises are in a bad shape (shower floods the bathroom, toilet seat is worn down, overall poor room conservation) and room service has been brought to a minimum (dirty floors and counters.) Some employees at the reception desk were doing very long shifts, several days in a row, which makes me wonder about staff working conditions.

When travelling to Buenos Aires, I always stay at the Ibis Congreso. The hotel is well situated and close to all amenities and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate, well maintained and cleaned daily. There are computres in the lobby and the WiFi is excellent.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment, the floors of the rooms are run down, the bathroom smells of drainage, and the restaurant chairs have corroded armrests. Not to mention that the welcome drink is limited to one unit, ie if you are accompanied by another person is not welcome?

Although this hotel has had a refit (apparently) the air ciditioning even when off is noisy and the vinyl flooring is raising at the plank edges. Though not a trip hazard yet. Area does have homeless but I thought it safe, the Congreso is nearby and the area around that has less touristy cafes etc

Ibis Hotels are always the same: clean, low-cost, good location and very good cost-benefit. Ibis Buenos Aires is just that. Just few minutes by walking from tha Center main streeta and Puerto Madeiro complex.

This area is very loud, especially if you get a room at the street. Restaurant is only open at the evening, but not at the weekend. But around the hotel you can find plenty of cheaper restaurants. You have to pay for each service, The staff is not very polite and flexible, this is may caused by their operating system. My worst stay ever in South America

The room was a typical Ibis economy room. The room was clean. Everything worked. The hotel is well located on the edge of Centro Buenos Aires in a trendy art district a little away from the overpriced tourist areas. You can get an excellent well priced meal at any of the cafes within in a couple of block of the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all the major attractions and transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The area can seem a bit shady after dark but in the end we only had good expereinces.

Excellent location, lots of buses and taxis nearby. Lots of homeless people on the surroundings made us feel uncomfortable and a bit insecure at night. Helpful and nice staff was the Strong point. All our demands were fulfilled.

Window broken and that made a noise with the wind. No refrigerator in the room, floor with holes between some stumps, bathroom flush too weak to wash away the excrements, old sheets in the bed. Very surprised to see this hotel in that state.

I stayed 2 nights, non consecutive, and the second time the room was better. I believe they need to renew the floor and some amenities since the building is old. The breakfast was ok, average Ibis expectation. The matress was not that good too.

Very good location; friendly and helpful staff; clean; comfortable except for the mattress which was at the break of collapse (we asked for a change that was supposedly done but we saw no difference between before and after). The breakfast quality was inferior to other hotels of the same chain but good enough, except for the coffee that has a slight taste of chlorine (or other chemical). Very good cost benefit relation.

The hotel has a good cost x benefit. But there is not a refrigerator in the room. There are some restaurants near the hotel, however it is far from sightseeings so it is necessary to take a taxi or walk a lot to go to these places.

Well-located overlooking the park in front of Argentina's Congress building. Close to public transit and many good restaurants. Walking distance from key attractions. The hotel is aging a bit, and could use better maintenance of windows and plumbing. But still a good place to stay in a busy city.

This hotel is closer Congress and touristic bus stop. You can pay the ticket on board. You can walk to Florida street and Pink House. There is two stations metro closer. The hotel is clean and preserved.

The rooms were clean. The service was good. The value and location were perfect for me and my wife. Their rooms were confortable too sleep. They also have some snack promotions at night. It was very good for us.
