Compact but clean and comfortable, up to usual IBIS standard. Comfortable lounge area in foyer as well as courtyard area Great value with continental breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Short walk to catch bus to city centre.

Good care from staff and rooms very confortable, restaurant with a good offer and an excellent breakfast. Good ambience. The restaurant staff is very friendly and will to make you stay confortable, as well as front desk employees. My hotel when visiting town.

I arrived about 5:00pm and the parking lot was completely full. I was told at the reception desk that since the "free lot" was full I would have to pay 6€ to park in the parking deck. This should have been in the information provided when I booked the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Did not fancy driving within Sevilla,so looked for hotel with parking and on the outskirts near a bus route. The Ibis was the perfect solution, only €1.40 on the bus into the centre each way, a small price to pay for not having to drive and find somewhere to park. The hotel was as good as most Ibis are any where.

Booked a room with a double and single bed. Checked in online for a room with double and single bed. On arrival the Receptionist was on the phone and no eye contact or acknowledgement that we were waiting. Given a voucher for a welcome drink as I am a silver member of the loyalty programme but only for me NOT my travelling companion, which has never happened in any Accor hotel before. Went up to the room and it only had one double bed, went back to Reception and he said that was the information he had in the computer. He had a look and told us WE were lucky as there was one roof left, yet I had confirmation and check in online for the room with a double and single. Went to the bar asked for two large beers gave her the voucher and said I would pay for one, to be told I could only have a small beer with the welcome voucher, again never experienced this before. It was more of an insult rather than reward. Room was small as usual, but everything worked. Base of the seal on the shower screen need a good clean. Used the Fast checkout, but wanted to make sure the bill would be correct and the same receptions would not print off a copy for me, saying it would be emailed, but confirmed the balance which seemed to be correct. Four days later I have still NOT received a copy of my bill. The Reception operation there is the worst I have ever come across. BEWARE if you want a Taxi to the airport, you will be charged about 25 euros for a very short ride, due to the pricing policies in Seville, yet from the city centre to the hotel was only about 10 euros. Shame he did not warn us. Personally I would not consider staying there ever again as it is too far out despite the bus service.

It's situated right next to the main road into Seville and only 6 Euro per night parking . The hotel staff were extremely helpful telling us best bus to catch (no28) into Seville stopping at San Sebastián square and same bus back only 1.4euro each way the rooms at the hotel are spotless and well maintained . Will us again next time in Seville they are just waiting for the sweat room conversion

Good services. Friendly and helpful personnel. Flexibile personnel. Tidy room and clesn bathrooms. Good sleep quality. Near to facilitues and city historical attractions. Close to shoping areas. Good breakfast.

This was okay for our trip to Seville. Rooms are a tad bit small, but when all you need the room for is to sleep, they are enough. The property is easy to get to from the airport - catch the A8 bus and get off at the first stop for €4 per person. To get into town, catch the 28 bus for €1.40 its end point close to Plaza de Espana and then walk. The hotel has an adequate breakfast with no frills, and a limited choice of dinner in the evening. The bathrooms are shower only, and that too is a corner shower that leaked into the bathroom as the seal at the bottom of the door was coming off - nothing major though.

The Ibis Sevilla is situated about 2 miles from Sevilla Santa Justa railway station. It's accessible by bus number 28 which stops right outside the station. It takes 10 minutes and costs €1.40. Alternatively, a taxi from the station is about €7.00. The hotel is in an industrial estate, but that's only a minor inconvenience. The room was large and it and the bathroom were spotless. There is a restaurant at the hotel; although the menu is limited the food was well prepared and reasonably priced. The staff at reception were the most friendly and helpful it's been my pleasure to meet in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are an absolute credit to Ibis and wonderful ambassadors for beautiful Seville.

Great Staff. Great hotel. Clean. Easy bus to the historical centre... If you pay in advance, is better and cheaper. I do recommend. I always recommend ibis to my friends. Cheap, clean and great staff.

Hotel is at the entrance to Seville arriving from the east and airport. Easy to find, and easy access. Rooms of a decent size, and good air conditioning. Has very limited free parking, but otherwise parking charges are reasonable.

We had e wonderful stayed in ibis hotel.Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Special Thank you to Gloria. She did perfect her job. Very helpful staff all of them. The breakfast was very good. Enough food for everyone is doesn't meter what time you going. We were ordering room service. Very quick service. Thank you very much for all the staff including the maids.

We were looking forward to the usual warm IBIS welcome and comfortable standard hotel, but were shocked by our experience. The IBIS is situated well out of the city and next to a main road and motorway, and an industrial estate. The room was uncomfortably small. Being an IBIS we expected to have an electric kettle and the means to make a cuppa, and a fridge in our room, but this does not happen in Spain apparently. The Manager was helpful. It is deceptive to use the IBIS logo to advertise this hotel.

Hotel restaurant was good. Parking is provided for free but few spots. Paid parking downstairs. Good restaurant. Good breakfast. A little far from what matters in the city. Room too small. Excellent beds and pillows.

The Ibis hotel in Seville, Spain is very clean. It has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very close to the airport only about 10 minute ride on the airport bus. But it is half an hour bus ride to the city centre. The location is definitely a business hotel for business travellers who can get to the airport quickly but not convenient for tourists who want sightseeing and eating out. I hope one day Ibis will open another hotel in the city centre to cater leisure travellers.

I stayed at this hotel recently. It is pretty close to the airport and even closer to the Railway station, however there are no restaurants/ shopping outlets in and around the hotel. You will need to travel 3kms atleast to get to a restaurant. The bus services though is pretty good. One can get a pass and travel conveniently in trams and bus to cover Seville. Close to the Estacion Prado San Sebastian one can book the pass through Bono bus. This was shared by the staff.

This Ibis hotel is typical with similar room design, but with additional small bed for a child that converted from the desk. Parking facility is available for free in front of the hotel and inside. Breakfast is standard with not many options. Location is not so close to the historical city center, but it's good for us as we travelled by car. There's a bus shelter near the hotel and bus #28 brought us to the city center and return.

Resently I have spent 6 night in Ibis hotel in Sevilla. The hotel not only fullfilled all my expectation but also did for more that I even expected! Thirst of all the hotel staff is very professional but also very helpful , ice and friendly. Especially big thanks for Angel who checked me in and provided all useful information about public transport in Sevilla before even I have asked about i! The hotel looked a bit a far away from the city centre but with very frequent buses which are stopping next to the hotel the location is completaly hussle-free. The cleanness is also absolutely on the top level. Even my bedding has been changed for a new one after a few nights. It was absolutely pleasure to spent a week there and definetely I will be back!

We love IBIS hotels and have stayed in them all around Europe. This particular one had the most depressing room decor we have ever encountered, two tones of grey with black highlights. IBIS rooms are never large and this just made it even worse. The room also did not smell very fresh or well cleaned. A perfumed cleaner for the floor and the surfaces might be an idea. The air vents also were filthy and could do with deodorising. IBIS beds are always comfortable but the pillows here were like bags of cement.

A comfortable, clean, friendly & conveniently located hotel. This hotel is well sited for visiting the city centre (No.28 bus, 1,20€, 15 mins). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is good quality at reasonable prices. Rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds. Parking can be difficuly if arriving during normal office hours.
