Booked a room with a double and single bed. Checked in online for a room with double and single bed. On arrival the Receptionist was on the phone and no eye contact or acknowledgement that we were waiting. Given a voucher for a welcome drink as I am a silver member of the loyalty programme but only for me NOT my travelling companion, which has never happened in any Accor hotel before. Went up to the room and it only had one double bed, went back to Reception and he said that was the information he had in the computer. He had a look and told us WE were lucky as there was one roof left, yet I had confirmation and check in online for the room with a double and single. Went to the bar asked for two large beers gave her the voucher and said I would pay for one, to be told I could only have a small beer with the welcome voucher, again never experienced this before. It was more of an insult rather than reward. Room was small as usual, but everything worked. Base of the seal on the shower screen need a good clean. Used the Fast checkout, but wanted to make sure the bill would be correct and the same receptions would not print off a copy for me, saying it would be emailed, but confirmed the balance which seemed to be correct. Four days later I have still NOT received a copy of my bill. The Reception operation there is the worst I have ever come across. BEWARE if you want a Taxi to the airport, you will be charged about 25 euros for a very short ride, due to the pricing policies in Seville, yet from the city centre to the hotel was only about 10 euros. Shame he did not warn us. Personally I would not consider staying there ever again as it is too far out despite the bus service.
