The Curitiba hotel is in the Civic Center, next to Mueller Shopping Center, 11.1 miles (18 km) from Afonso Pena airport, near the Palácio do Governo (Government House) and Assembléia Legislativa (Legislative Assembly). It is next to the historic center and close to some of the city's tourist hotspots. It has 80 apartments equipped with a desk, cable TV and Notebook socket. From São Paulo via the BR 116, which runs from inland, take the Centro exit and look for road signs for Centro Histórico. Immediately look for the IBIS signs on the corners. From Porto Alegre or Santa Catarina, via the BR 101, take the Av. das Torres exit. From Ponta Grossa or Paranaguá, via the BR 277 highway, take the PARQUE BARIGUI exit. The hotel is in the next block to the Mueller shopping center on the left-hand side of the street; the front of it looks like a green house (historic heritage).
