We found the hotel with no problem despite there being a lot of reviews saying it was hard to find, it had a good secure car park, the initial check in went fine even though it was after the receptionist had left we used the self service check in machine which gave us our code to get into the hotel, car park & room. However we decided to stay a second night and I don't think the hotel updated our entry code as the second night we arrived back late and could not gain entry our code was refused. The only way you can get help is through some intercom system. The person at the other other end talked very poor English and it was just really difficult to hear. The whole situation was very very stressful as we didn't really know what to do as we didn't have an emergency contact number for when the reception wasn't manned. In the end up a member of staff came to let us in this was after approx an hour but could not explain why our code didn't work. It was very frustrating after a tiring day travelling. That said the room itself was a really good size, clean and tidy with all the basic requirements you need and close to other amenities.
