On arrive we were sceptical but soon put at ease by manager, who checked us in super quick, asked about our plans, offered recommendations for evening meal, close to theatre as we were going to a show, we had twin room on first floor, clean, well appointed & everything we needed. On going out it was raining so we were given an umbrella - lovely touch, on returning to hotel we were offered a free drink as it was my mums 70th birthday. Drink consumed whilst chatting with staff, on entering our room we found petit fours & a card from all at the hotel. My mum was really touched. We slept really well, beds & pillows were very comfy. Breakfast is help yourself buffet style but plenty of everything, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, & hot food. We opted for bacon, mushrooms & sausage & all were very good. Checkout by 12pm is great for getting bits of shopping without having to take suitcases with you. In short lovely hotel, lively staff, we will book to come here again

As always, a warm welcome greeted us on our arrival despite the big reception desk having been done away with. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we could want. A very pleasant stay.

As always, conveniently placed esp. for a younger clientele. Can be a bit lively outside in season, but very quiet this time a year. Very friendly staff, good value for money, rooms are fine, breakfast is fine. Till next time!

Good location within walking distance. Clean and tidy. Beds comfy. Had hairdryer/tea coffee facilities. Staff are v.helpful. good selection at breakfast. For a 2 star it had what youd need for a 2night city break. I would recommened for travellers/ groups of friends etc

Peeling paint and plaster around the window-empty bottle under the bed suggested the room not properly cleaned-basin did not drain properly-traffic noise made good sleep impossible-dirty lifts from arrival to departure showed lack of cleaning .A dreadful advert for Ibis

Hotel room very nice, comfy beds, staff nice and breakfast was really good, loved it. Room was a little noisy at night due to some drunks being noisy outside, but that's not the hotels fault. Was defininitely stay again when we go to Manchester.

Travelling to Manchester for one night for a meeting at the University, this was a rest place to stay as it was very close, great value, good breakfast and a nice comfortable bed. The modern refresh with no formal reception desk and everything done on smart phones is a nice innovation.

Hotel is adequate, rooms are clean and comfortable and very compact. Limited unpacking space but not a big deal for short stay or if the room is a place to sleep. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. An example of how compact this hotel is is the reception, all functions are managed (very well) from a single desk and each staff member can access your needs or account via their mobiles. Quite a unique experience overall.

Staff at this hotel are lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient having been obviously trained by a great manager. The rooms are good having been totally refurbished. The hotel itself is spotless. Breakfast was well presented, staff were attentive and the food was good. The location of the hotel is also good. I would not hesitate to recommend Ibis Princess St.

My room was small but had everything I needed for a business stay. It was clean, had storage space, plenty of sockets, basic tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. A bit noisy because I was close to the lifts but I imagine others would be better.

The style of the room was nicely decorated and warming. The bathroom was good size and had a big shower. Staff polite on check in and hotel is relatively close to picadilly station. 5pm late check out is great

Really convenient location, room was nice (modern and clean). Student area so can be quite loud outside, ear plugs are provided but I wasn't too bothered. Food options could be better. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Handy walking distance to city center. Frequent bus service nearby. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful and sorted any problems quickly. A bit noisy sometimes at night with Ambulance/Police sirens when they are busy.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and we were very nicely surprised to see the design of the bedrooms, which we found very nice, and the breakfast they offer, which is much better, quality and quantitywise, than the one you get in Ibis hotels in France. It was clean and staff were very helpful and pleasant. As for location, it's at a walking distance to the city centre.

A good clean hotel in a great location with cheap parking nearby, close to everything, check in and check out very smooth. Staff friendly, couldn’t want more at A very good price. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean with toiletries added. I would recommend

Basic hotel for business trip. Economical and it's reflected in the quality of the accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Alternative deco and colour scheme, inconsistent breakfast. Unfortunately, the aircon did not work!

Excellent Staff Service. New Refurbished rooms. Excellent location. Close to market. Great Value for Money. Staff very courteous and helping. Worth staying again when there. Their promise of solving any complaint within 15 minutes was real. They resolved issue for my Blackberry WiFi.immediately.

Good location - near stations, Walking distance to St Peters square where the trams stop. Only fault was the nightclub over the road, The night we stayed was a busy night with long queues and a lot of noise from the customers, However i would use this hotel again.

This hotel is central for Manchester Piccadilly and the shopping and restaurant areas as well as Oxford road and Piccadilly train stations. The rooms have unique decoration and have everything you it.
