Everything we have come to expect from the Ibis. Very comfortable, eco-friendly hotel in an excellent location. I am not madly keen on the memory foam mattress topper as I find it makes the beds too soft, but this is my only issue with the Ibis.

Our stay here is usually lovely but this time we had ripped sheets and stained towels although it was a easant stay otherwise all the staff we encountered were helpful and polite.we arrived early evening and were checked in really efficiently by the member of staff at the door but there did seem to be one staff member dealing with all the phone calls and it seemed to be stressing him slightly maybe taking the calls in the office or a more secluded area would be more appropriate

We have stayed here before. It is a good location for central London. two minutes walk from Wembley Stadium station and then less than 10 min on train to Marylebone. No good for car drivers. No car park and nearby car parks are expensive. The rooms are of acceptable usual Ibis standard, the staff are helpful, Breakfast OK and reasonable, Dinner is microwave

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. We were very comfortable in our room. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and pleasant. We were staying at Wembley as we were going to an event at the arena which was very close by.

The room was quite small. I stressed a bit due to my Claustrophibia, but managed to cope. Also, the cooling system in our room did not work. We called maintenance, and they provided a fan, which helped to some extent.

Was a great experience. Service was great- staff was friendly. Cleanliness was evident. Breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Overall good value for money- will definitely revisit and recommend....

Good sized room and comfortable bed. I found the bathroom a bit old fashioned but I guess renovation is on the cards. The hotel is very conveniently located in front of train station and overall ambience and surroundings of the hotel are very good.

Great location easy to get to and from the ground leaving others in long lines for trains and tube. Hotel is a little lived in but staff are good and its a good nights rest. Third stay this season and would always stay for a big game.

Quite good place to stay. Not so far (20 min) to the Center of London. All facilities available on place. The only problem was windy weather and the wind was so strong that we could hear it in ventilation system.

You check in at what seemed a podium, which causes a que. The carpet hadn't been vacumed, no view from window, breakfast on the Saturday was a nightmare, I can only guess they were short staffed. Other then that, everything else seemed fine.

I have sent a complaint via your Accor website case number RES4805209. Please read and respond, the email assured me I would have a response within 48 hours, it’s now been 5 days! I would expect better and quicker response!

Due to rail strike had to travel to London for an event in Wembley a day early. Had booked another hotel already for following day. Room shabby, some lights not working, horrible smell from sink, beds uncomfortable. So glad we had another hotel booked for following day.

Lobby and dining room were Clean and comfortable. Bedroom not so no sugar for a brew crisp crumbs all over carpet between thee beds and what looked like ant powder up the beds legs, and a toilet brush in the bathroom needed but overall ok

Basic Rooms were so hot that we all had hardly any sleep. Bed are so uncomfortable and rooms are in bad condition. Service from staff was good and the communal area on first floor was nice. Location is fab with the shopping outlet and restaurants

Easy to get to from Paddington Train Station. Hotel 5 min walk from tube station and next to the venue and designer shopping outlet. Bathroom door was very loud to shut and towels were a bit tired but otherwise all good. Friendly helpful staff and it was a nice atmosphere in the bar after the event. I would stay here again.

Very near to outlet mall and within 10-15 minute walk to Tube station. Clean, efficient rooms and absolutely excellent customer service from hotel staff. While it was the same each day, breakfast was still good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Ibis London Wembley. Located next to the iconic Wembley stadium, there is also a new area full of nice restaurants next to the hotel. As Wembley stadium is one of the UK's main sporting stadiums, it obviously has amazing public transport links around town which is really handy, the entire city is within reach. The hotel is about 15 floors tall (not sure exactly, but about that). I stayed on the 11th which offered amazing views of the surrounding area, although if you don't like heights I'd recommend asking for a lower floor room. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and offer very "chic" modern decor and great the mod-cons to go with. The sound-proofing is great as I was next to the escalators and initially considered asking for a new room but with the door closed I couldn't here a thing from outside. The bathroom was clean and modern with a nice big shower area. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely stay here again if returning to London!

Having stayed at this hotel several times in the past, we decided to go there again for two nights in September and booked the room several weeks in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no room available for us although our booking was in the booking system. After a bit of waiting, we were given a drafty room, which obviously had been made ready in a hurry, as there were still a dirty cup and an empty bottle of the previous guest on the table and a bag in the cupboard. Then, on the second night when we returned later in the evening, we found the door to our room open! Probably a member of staff had entered the room and left the door ajar. How this can happen in a hotel is beyond our comprehension!! We complained about it straight away, and we were promised that the manager (whose shift started about half an hour later, at 10.30pm) would look into the matter, have a look at the CCTV footage and check what had gone wrong. When we checked out the next morning, we asked whether a message had been left for us, but there was none. We were told that the manager's shift had already ended and that there was no-one in charge who we could ask about the matter. We were told that the manager would get in touch with us, and we double-checked that the hotel had the correct e-mail address. More than four weeks have passed now and - nothing. We are still waiting for an explanation and a word of apology. So, there is not a single reason why we should recommend this hotel or come back and stay there again. All in all: highly unprofessional management, no customer service.

great location, breakfast served till 12 noon at weekends which was great. Rooms dated and it seemed very hot through out the hotel - no air or air con at all, really stuffy Even though regular events on at the stadium and arena only one person serving at the bar in the evening - massive queues!
