Lobby and dining room were Clean and comfortable. Bedroom not so no sugar for a brew crisp crumbs all over carpet between thee beds and what looked like ant powder up the beds legs, and a toilet brush in the bathroom needed but overall ok

Basic Rooms were so hot that we all had hardly any sleep. Bed are so uncomfortable and rooms are in bad condition. Service from staff was good and the communal area on first floor was nice. Location is fab with the shopping outlet and restaurants

Easy to get to from Paddington Train Station. Hotel 5 min walk from tube station and next to the venue and designer shopping outlet. Bathroom door was very loud to shut and towels were a bit tired but otherwise all good. Friendly helpful staff and it was a nice atmosphere in the bar after the event. I would stay here again.

Very near to outlet mall and within 10-15 minute walk to Tube station. Clean, efficient rooms and absolutely excellent customer service from hotel staff. While it was the same each day, breakfast was still good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Ibis London Wembley. Located next to the iconic Wembley stadium, there is also a new area full of nice restaurants next to the hotel. As Wembley stadium is one of the UK's main sporting stadiums, it obviously has amazing public transport links around town which is really handy, the entire city is within reach. The hotel is about 15 floors tall (not sure exactly, but about that). I stayed on the 11th which offered amazing views of the surrounding area, although if you don't like heights I'd recommend asking for a lower floor room. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and offer very "chic" modern decor and great the mod-cons to go with. The sound-proofing is great as I was next to the escalators and initially considered asking for a new room but with the door closed I couldn't here a thing from outside. The bathroom was clean and modern with a nice big shower area. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely stay here again if returning to London!

Having stayed at this hotel several times in the past, we decided to go there again for two nights in September and booked the room several weeks in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no room available for us although our booking was in the booking system. After a bit of waiting, we were given a drafty room, which obviously had been made ready in a hurry, as there were still a dirty cup and an empty bottle of the previous guest on the table and a bag in the cupboard. Then, on the second night when we returned later in the evening, we found the door to our room open! Probably a member of staff had entered the room and left the door ajar. How this can happen in a hotel is beyond our comprehension!! We complained about it straight away, and we were promised that the manager (whose shift started about half an hour later, at 10.30pm) would look into the matter, have a look at the CCTV footage and check what had gone wrong. When we checked out the next morning, we asked whether a message had been left for us, but there was none. We were told that the manager's shift had already ended and that there was no-one in charge who we could ask about the matter. We were told that the manager would get in touch with us, and we double-checked that the hotel had the correct e-mail address. More than four weeks have passed now and - nothing. We are still waiting for an explanation and a word of apology. So, there is not a single reason why we should recommend this hotel or come back and stay there again. All in all: highly unprofessional management, no customer service.

great location, breakfast served till 12 noon at weekends which was great. Rooms dated and it seemed very hot through out the hotel - no air or air con at all, really stuffy Even though regular events on at the stadium and arena only one person serving at the bar in the evening - massive queues!

Very pleasant stay. Usual layout for an Ibis hotel. Clean and very well presented room. Comfy bed and a good night's sleep. Security on entering the hotel was very good, especially in light of recent terrorists attacks. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

value for money and very pleasant and courteous staff. quick check in and check out. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. a bit of walk to the tube station but many outlet shops and restaurants in the vicinity to make up for the long walk. the bus stop is quite close.

Handily placed after late evenings at a Wembley venue. Standard room ok for short stays, comfortable bed, and the Ibis bathroom pod (as my wife calls it) Practicable more than comfortable as a room to spend a lot of time in. Since my last visit they have done away with a reception desk and have staff in the entrance with hand held devises, I did not like this and hope it is not run out to all their hotels

i came back late in the night to my bedroom only to find out that i have no electricity in my room. however, the staff quickly worked to restore the power supply but changed my bedroom when they realised they will keep me waiting me for long. it a shame, but the staff were prompt and effective to sort me out.

As this was classed as an event day with a football match on (which finished at 6pm) there was only a very basic food offering. A nice menu was displayed in the lift but was told it was not available as it was an event day but the event had finished at 6pm. No phones in the room and to report a fault you have to text a mobile number but after 30 minutes they had not looked at the phone and had to go to reception for assistance

Front desk staff were generally very helpful and friendly. I would have given a better rating if it wasn't for the fact the cleaners kept intruding in my room even though the door has a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign out the front. The first time the room was just cleaned and they knocked on the door to ask if it needed cleaning again, which was very suspicious. The second time they knocked on my door when I was sleeping in, and was woken up and they completed ignored the "Do not disturb" sign out the front. I then complained to front desk and was assured it wouldn't happen again, yet the next day, the cleaner did it again, and knocked on my door when I did not want to be disturbed and I had to tell them to go away. So in light of all the intrusions, I couldn't leave my things lying about in case of theft, as it seems your cleaners are either irresponsible or have no concept nor respect for your guest's personal space. Do not disturb means exactly that. Not impressed!

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Top location for roaming around London. Just opposite wembley stadium station -> 15 mins to London Marylebone 5 mins walk to wembley park underground -> 30 mins to City and Tower Bridge 10 mins walk to wembley central -> 15 mins to watford jtn - 30 mins to west London The area seems to have a huge hotel capacity in order to accommodate for big events at wembley stadium. So if you can stay there avoiding these major events, there are very good bargains to be found. In our case an average of 50 pounds a night per room breakfast included. The price and the location easily made us forget the few downsides. The rooms could do with a good lick of paint and the furniture is ageing badly (good bed though). The bathroom is just a plastic cubicle which even for a budget hotel seems a bit cheap. I would have been disappointed paying the full rate for such a room, but then again it was well worth the money we paid. Good variety of restaurants / take-aways / a couple of pubs found walking down towards wembley central underground, and a big shopping mall next door from the hotel if you can't be bothered. No noise heard from the outside despite building sites. Hotel staff are pleasant and very efficient.

The last times I was in this hotel I've encountered dust in the tables. Also in this last time the hands washing gel was almost empty, the floor carpet had red spots and the toilet paper roll was half to use. The curtains are very small for the rooms as when the sun light starts to enter the room is impossible to sleep.

Good clean rooms with friendly bar/dining service. Not cheap but the closeness to the stadium made it worthwhile. Will definitely use this hotel again under similar circumstances and would not hesitate to recommend.

Beds are too small and no space for moving around in the room There is space between walls and beds and could not find space to keep luggage I did not expect the quality of the roomfor what I paid for

The hotel is in the budget range but at the top end of this range. The room was clean and spacious. the bar prices were elevated because of an event ...room OK but i was unhappy with the bar prices. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food.

We were a few minutes walk from Wembley Stadium where we met family members to watch a diabolical display from Tranmere FC . Fortunately we had a good meal at a local Nandos - plenty of choice close by- and a quiet night and a good sleep. Breakfast was awful BUT we received a refund for this on Wednesday morning so excellent customer service.

Check-in took a while as the person 2 ahead was very upset about the parking situation. The started to be a problem for us as the receptionist was adamant that if his car remained outside for more than 15 minutes then he would be charged. And as the argument continued our car was, of course, also outside. Thankfully the next person in line wasn't checking in so we got to our room in 12 minutes, which was large but musty and had the sliding door to the bathroom hanging off at one end. How house keeping could miss this and not report it is beyond me, but as their was no maintenance on site (we were told) they said all they could do was move our room. So we were moved to another room (without any assistance, even though I had to go and move the car as they had no more parking available) which was very small in comparison. Special treatment for Accor members? I don't think so. We booked this about a year in advance, so it was disappointing. At least this room wasn't musty. The room keycards then kept malfunctioning, and it wasn't until the third occasion that the person at reception said that both keycards had to reprogrammed at the same time. On one occasion we were kept waiting because someone from the bar was covering reception and didn't know how to program the keycards. One evening my wife had a bowl of soup she bought at the bar. The next day, after our room had been cleaned the half-eaten bowl of soup etc was still there! That expalins how they didn't notice the broken door in the first room - it seems like they clean with their eyes closed! To be fair, the rest of the room was OK as far as cleanliness went, but we can't understand how those things were missed. Poor. There is no air-conditioning, the air system functions based the OUTSIDE temperature, not that INSIDE the room. If its below 21 outside all you can get is heat. That's a good idea for saving energy but losing customers. We asked for a fan and were given a small fan heater that was pretty ineffectual as a fan. So we bought a fan in order to be comfortable. This was probably our worst hotel stay - it was just a constant list of frustrations. On their own they would have been tolerable, but lumped together they made for a most unpleasant stay. We certainly won't be back and don't see how it's managed so high a rating.
