Having stayed here many times, saddened Given the wrong key, helped immediately but first impression not good. Also after doing away with little soaps etc, tubes of liquid soap not replaced after 3 days, had to go and point this oui at desk. breakfast still fine but impression of skimping only one of two energy saving bulbs in the lamps was operating in the dining area.

I stayed two nights, and went off outside Paris one day, when coming back for my next stay, a very bad room was allocated to me, so small that I can barely move around. The reception desk asked me to wait one night to change room the next day. Next day, a message was logged into the reception desk books, but nobody attended to it. Back from my day meetings, I have been told that nobody took care of the needful, and I had to wait one more day again! Reception desk members took the matter very lightly, and they did not seem to care at all. Personally, I just feel customers are being taken for a ride here, and the reception desk members just find a way not to take customer comments into account. This is definitely not a Ibis hotel I will recommend at all to all my members working in our group of companies, and I will definitely need to indicate the bad service and bad response of the reception desk of this Hotel.

Great stay, quiet, comfy beds, easy to walk everywhere lovely spot. Staff helpful with locations and trips. Shower hot. Clean towels each day. We didn't have breakfast but that was an option 15 minutes walk from the GDN station

I was quite disappointed with my stay here. I've stayed at Ibis hotels before and have always liked them but unfortunately this was not good. The staff weren't particularly friendly, the room was pokey, the air conditioning was broken so the room was incredibly hot and the bed was utterly woeful and uncomfortable.

The Hotel did not live up to a standard which we expect from Ibis. The staff did not display any sense that they worked there on a regular basis. The breakfast room staff were excellent and accomodating

This hotel is ideally located for exploring central paris. It is within walking distance (20 mins) of the Eurostar Gare du Nord, near the metro and in a very pleasant area of shops, restaurants and shopping arcades. Our double room was of a good size, very clean and with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of food which we purchased on arrival at 10 euros per person - its cheaper if you book in advance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the Ibis for 2 nights over the weekend. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The check in was very easy. Not the easiest metro station or view but generally well appointed. Would recommend it to a friend.

The good Ibis standards can be easily seen in this hotel. Wifi works very well and the room (614) was spacious and clean. I just suggest you take a look at the elevator - it produces a strange sound, as if the ropes were about to collapse!.

We like this hotel as it is very well positioned for most of the places we like to go to in Paris. You can walk to the hotel from Gare du Nord and it is easy to walk to Montmartre, Les Halles, the Opera and the Seine. The breakfast here is of a very high quality and the staff are friendly and efficient. This is very good value for money.

First of all, as usual the room is standard for almost all Ibis ! I like the location and restaurant is easy to find along the road. Things to improve: 1) Complementary water 2) write pad and pen 3) Safety box 4) Breakfast to serve hot meal!

Initially, they put us in a room in the old building of the hotel which was too small and definitely didn't live up to a 3-star hotel. There was literally no room for two people going around in the room, the decoration was sad, there was no natural light...We didn't exactly inspect the room in detail because we felt they definitely had to change us rooms immediately. The good thing is that as soon as we asked them, they happily changed us rooms. The new room was in the attic so again a bit smaller but much better. However, it was located just next to the elevator so it was getting noisy at times. We only had one pair of towels while we were two people and at some point we ran out of soap and there was no replacement. The cleanliness was OK. Breakfast was decent but again not the same level as other ibis hotels I have stayed. The people in the reception were very nice and polite.

The location of the hotel is great, about 5 minutes walk from the Metro station, and many restaurants near by. It's also a 15 minutes walking distance from Paris Gare de Nord, so it's a great location for those who travel from CDG airport.

Hotel very well located, near metro station, which allows easy access to all the City Rail network. Even with short walks, it is possible to access points of interest in the city. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. I felt very safe walking the area around the hotel. My family loved the room, good quality accommodation, good facilities and very good cleaning. The hotel staff was very responsive and always available to help.

Excellent location (few meters from the metro station Le Peletier/line 7) and max 15min walk to Opera Garnier, le Louvre or Chatelet - Les Halles. Quiet hotel in otherwise lively neighbourhood full of bars, cafes and restaurants. Well maintained, clean and with friendly and multilingual staff. Not to forget breakfast buffet for only EUR 10,5! Have been to several other 3-star hotels in Paris, this one is definitely one of the best in its category.

Clean room, comfortable and quiet, even the street having a litle bit of traffic. The staff is nice. The location is excelent. Near some metro stations. The only thing that was not working perfectly was the conditional air. I recomend and would came back.

Everything is as expected. For its a budget hotel but the Air conditions were turn off. We paid for full rate and they put on their ads with AC. When we tried opening the windows at night because it's hot inside the room with Windows close. The rooms facing the street were very noisy with people shouting and cars passing by.

The hotel is good and well situated. The staff are friendly, the breakfast good. I would definitely recommend this hotel except that it advertises it has 'free air-conditioning', it does but doesn't turn it on. The weekend we stayed it was very warm and the air conditioning, although present, was not operating. At first I was told it wasn't the time of year for the air-cond to be turned on, then because it had been cold up to the week before they hadn't yet tested the air-cond so couldn't turn it on till they could test it. The room was stifling and sleep impossible. So if you are thinking of using this hotel ask for a guarantee they have managed to get the air-cond working or go elsewhere that can provide what they advertise.

I think it is Good location, near center of city, fair price with room. (including bathtub) But while I stay, the noise was noticed during daytime because hotel nearby buildings were renewing. I cant take rest during day time. But the night time is OK.

I stayed two nights at Ibis Grands Boulevards and I am glad to recommend this hotel for a weekend trip to Paris. Strategic location, well served by two metro stations and at walking distance to the iconic and very central Opéra Garnier. Discover the XIX century "Passages", a systems of covered shopping galleries that run from the Fabourg Montmartre to the Bourse. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not that rich, but correct for the price. Yes, I will definitively come back to Ibis Grands Boulevards for a weekend stay in the Ville Lumière

2 minutes' walk from Metro Line 7 and 5 minutes' walk from Line 8. 15 minutes' walk to Opéra. Comfortable room in a typical building Parisien. Helpful staff. I even made a reservation with a clinic with the help of the reception.
