Didn't let us into rooms before we didn't pay the whole amount for the stay. Tried to trick us because we were paying in Euros - we gave 500 Euros for the booking on 464 Euros and they gave us back only 2 PLN. At the end I had to exchange Euros but they still charged us 490 Euros and didn't give us fiscal receipt. There was no help from the receptionist for giving information how to reach Lublin and where to take the bus. The rooms were dirty (I have photos to substantiate), etc.
Helpful staff from check in to departure, willing to help with information on public transport if requested. Good location. Breakfast good, although I didn't eat in during the evening I did have drinks.
Dependable. Consistent. Great value. Good location. My default hotel in Warsaw for 13 years. Rooms are Ultilitarian, not built for lounging in front of the TV but fine for getting work done. Food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar are above average. Very regular but very good.
All perfect, staff is great clean, tiny, overall all was really good, didnt has a chance to eat breakfast however bar left good impression and service was okay. Rooms are clean, same for bathrooms....
The staff were helpful on arrival, in providing local maps and information. The room had a contemporary feel and the wifi was good to keep you connected. The breakfast buffet offered a tasty selection. The hotel, although not quite in the centre, is a short tram ride away from the train station and the old town. The Warsaw Uprising museum is only a 10 minute walk away.
Very clean, comfortable and cheap place in Warsaw center. A lot of trams around, cheap shops, a half an hour from airport. Nice and helpful staff with good English. Tasty food in restaurant. Really good place for short or longer stay in Warsaw.
I stayed two nights whilst I attended a conference close by. The rooms were clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast buffet style. The receptionist I dealt with was very helpful. I asked if there was a hairdresser nearby, which she found for me. gave me a map with directions drawn on it and the name of the shop. I later asked where i could buy a new phone cable as mine had broken. Again she looked up the nearest out which necessitated my getting a tram. She found the tram times, counted the stops, again on a map and sent me off in the direction of the tram stop. Good customer service.
This was a work related visit as we were attending a conference that our company cover. The hotel was OK but the heater did not work in the room.Other than that the stay was OK. It would really good to fix this problem so the next guests do not need to mention this. Thanks
No fireworks, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was in it's place. Conveniently located. The hotel fully deserves the 2 stars it advertises no doubt about that. The room could offer something more.
If your funds are tight or you need to arrange a meeting on a budget, then this hotel is exactly for you: basic but clean. I found the staff to be excellent: always pleasant and helpful. One of the staff even lent me her mobile 'phone charger when LOT airlines lost my baggage for 48 hours.
Great place at a reasonable price. Good parking facilities. Great staff. This is one of the best Ibis hotels I have stayed at., Small grocery store close by. Breakfast and restaurant/bar are quite good. Simple food at the bar, but well done.
everything excellent - only arriving late I had hoped not having to que, because of having giving all my details one-line - this is how its advertised on the website. At the qounter, this is not how it is operated.
This would be my first choice if I made a return trip to Warsaw -- walking distance to many places; super public transit available at the front door; taxis if you need them. In short: Great location, breakfast, beds, staff
stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. rooms are clean, staff are friendly, internet is not flying but is good to have skype video calls, breakfast is decent. location is not superior. better to travel around by taxi.
The hotel location is perfect, just near the Okopowa Tram station, easy access to Centrum and Old Town. There is a supermarket beside the hotel. The room is as per Ibis standard. Receptionists are friendly and quick to respond. The breakfast is standard, but complete with many food selections.
I have nothing negative to report. My stay was very pleasant. Room, while spartan, are very clean, functional, of more than adequate size. The staff is very professional and helpful. Wish we had Ibis in U.S.
Good location. Easy and quick to go to/from Warsovia Central Station. Problem: so bad towels as all Ibis I have been. Good relation cost X benefits. Good Staff. If you want you can go to old city by walking.
No reservation upon arrival, even I confirmed it with a debit card, and had an email confirmation, fortunately I could stay with my friend in room, as there was no more rooms available ( good fortune at midnight). Only one receptionist on site, therefor long waiting for check in.TERRIBLE parking, no information around the hotel about parking. Service at lobby bar - could not compare to any worse. Cold, cold place - no wine glasses available, only some of them - different sizes. I recommend only if you do not have any other option in Warsaw.
A pleasant place to stay. The staff were warm and friendly and very willing to help with any issues (only issues were ones caused by me, not the Hotel). The buffet breakfast, which I didn't book originally, was fantastic. A tip for those thinking they'll step out for breakfast, there really isn't much available close by. A fair walk to the old town however there is a tram stop just outside the hotel which means you don't need to worry about walking. Grab a map from reception with the tram and metro routes and you'll see how easy the city is to navigate from this point. Only a couple of downsides - no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no umbrellas to borrow from reception when it was raining.
Lovely...modernizsed hotel.....food spot on...staff very pleasant.....ideally situated for the centre of Warsaw, and transport. Hotel has everything you need. This is my third visit and will definately stay again x x
