The after hours check in was easy. The rooms are serviced every day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. I was in the area for work, left early and arrived back late so didn't have any contact with staff.

I had just driven for 9 hours by myself, parking was fine, check in was fine.....Till I got to my room!!!!! Ok so I respect peace and quiet but really????. When I walked into the room there was a bed, a to the size of my iPad. The shower and toilet were both in this lifted moulded establishment and the toilet seat was up, and that is a no no with me. The basin hand basin wash your teeth face basin was in the middle of the bedroom. I said no way and walked out........

Good location. Several food choices and train station within walking distance. Car rental available in town and shopping center in town. Small rooms, no closet, shower with no curtain left water in entire bathroom area. Used a towel outside bathroom door to prevent slippage stepping down out of bathroom. Room cleaned and bed made daily by housekeeping. Clean rooms!

Staff member at front desk was professional and friendly. I checked out the room and noticed I needed more toilet paper, so I asked reception, who instantly gave me a roll. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Only thing I had an issue with was the timber flooring, I could hear the dragging of stool and dropping of things which amplified it on timber floor. I assumed it was kids, and thought to myself that will hopefully not happening at sleep time. I was right. For the price and location it is a bit higher priced for the size of the room, for one night but I can't complain, would definitely stay again

There are not many places in Sydney where you can stay for $69/night, so to discover this and in a location convenient to us was a good find. The room was good, it was very clean, which was my main concern. The bathroom was small, but functional. Coffee, tea and milk were provided. All linen was provided and of good quality. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is within an easy walking distance to McDonald's, Hungry Jacks, Sizzler, Oporto. Parking is free and plenty of it. I would highly recommend this as very good budget accommodation.

Budget is the wrong word , this room, with a faulty door lock, locked in, no phone so couldn't contact reception, it took 5min to smsh our way out, only one small stool, no towels, was so bad we didn't even STAY, 2 NIGHTS WASTED.... went and booked into RIDGES ... bad luck about refund, now I know why when you book online you are strict on that point ! Disgusting is the correct LABEL for this IBIS... never ever again to be considered..

Room had everything needed but no extras. No shampoo, bodywash etc, face cloth or hand towel. Had to ask for milk for tea and coffee. One stool to sit on or the bed. No cutlery, paper cups, plastic drink cups. It appeared in our search for accomodation close to a venue but was actually 35 mins drive away which screams of false advertising. However, the staff we met were delightful, the property was clean and the bed super comfortable.

The room was very clean but also very basic you got what you paid for. The bathroom was very small and no room service. Only continental breakfast is serviced at the front area. Only one stool in the room for three people so you had to sit on the bed if you bought food back into the room as there was no table to sit at. The bed as good and the room was quiet. OK for one night.

This was my first experience staying at a true Budget Hotel - I have to say that I was really impressed - of course the space in my roomw as the minimum however every thing was there . The room was really tidy, it was very clean and fresh with both air con and heating available - I had a little trouble working out hjw to switch the TV on - but a visit to reception soon solved that little problem There were two very irriitating thjngs however - you might think that these are almost irrelevant - however they are important if you really care about the future of this hotel. Please remember that I am a member of the ;public so therefore typical of your standard client base - also be mindfu of teh fact that I had een trwvelling all day on public transport so was rather weary on my arrivai The first tjhing was that while there were four of everythign required to make four cupsm of either Tea or coffee - there was only enough for two cujps of v=coffee if one reqruied two sachets of sugar per cuop - as I did -= so tjhis menat that I coiolds only hjvae one cujpm inhte evening and one ikon the morning - not very good really. I did bring bthis up with reception and eas advisde tyhat tjhis weas so as teh vlioents were reqwuried to putchase a small pack of snacks to get the amount of sugar reqruired for 4 cuips of beverage - this I thought was very rude ann ignorant of what a guest should expect as the mimimum service -= no matter what hte tarrif level was. Secondly. I expressed surprise that the cost for one nightf for my roon had increased by $29.00 from the time of my intial enquiry to my actiual booking - ony 9-10 days. I mentioned this as well and also that the illuminated sign on e of my stay of $53.00 per night.I raised this point and was advisd that the price allways went up if there was an event happemning locally (which there was) howver an increasse of this ammount made me question the business ethics andf motrals of your organisatin - I am niot sure thet I would repeat my stay - even tho' I awarded you 4 stars - it is the overall impreaaion that means so much - and that sort of 'grabbing for cash' (sugar and price) really does leave a very bad taste i my mouth

paid 70 for a night here and was definitely expecting worse. Budget hotel but great value! My flight arrived early and the receptionist had no hesitation in letting me check in at 8:30am at no extra cost :)

The service there was good. The rooms were on the smaller side but great for just a stop over. The food was a little disappointing. No hot food at all which we were expecting since we were told there would be. So the breakfast was over priced. Good stay overall.

Great place to stay for the 2 weeks whilst on placement at Campbelltown Hospital. Clean and comfortable. Stayed on the upper floor at the end of the building which was ideal to reduce interruptions and distractions while studying and of course a sleep in. However, not the managers problem, but parents who think, when travelling and staying in hotels with kids, that its ok to lock their children out in the hallway to discipline them ... this is not a great idea. That was the only issue...recommended highly :)

My daughter had sports commitments nearby both days of the weekend, so an overnight was necessary. These rehashed Formule 1 hotels are exactly what you expect - ultra-basic. The bed was actually not too bad and so sleep was ok. Bathroom is a plastic capsule, not unlike an aircraft toilet. Bunk bed was not even a real mattress (inflatable!). TV barely worked, fridge was tiny, no storage space. Two towels, no other floor mats, face cloths or anything like that. A glorified dorm room from a school camp-type scenario and not the cleanest - a number of hairs in 'bathroom' and on floor.Tea and international roast's excuse for coffee was provided in room. As with this visit, I could stay here again but only out of necessity.

Room was extremely dusty, hair in the bed and the shower, stained blankets, uncomfortable pillows, dried cereals on our cups, fridge not working. Guys at the reception is good, mountain view from our room was good, aircon was good.

Having stayed at this property several months ago, our decision to return recently, confirms our satisfaction with the property. It offered a clean, comfortable and modestly priced room providing for our basic requirements: a comfortable double bed (with superfluous top bunk), small bathroom/toilet, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a tiny fridge. We didn't access the 'pay for use' wi-fi' option, nor the breakfast, although the latter was okay last time. Being so near to six or more fast food outlets and/or restaurants, dining needs are very well catered for. And, the hotel is very well placed for quick access to the Hume Freeway. In short, the hotel provides a more than adequate service at the lower end of the price scale.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 and we were happy with our stay. Parking is free , Macdonald,Hungry Jack,Sizzler,KFC ,Red Rooster and hooters are just next door. As long as you are fully awared that it is a budget hotel with minimum facility, you would be happy with the cost. The toilet and bathroom are all in a plastic capsule and clean. No soap or shampoo provided. The room is small with a bunk bed but comfortable and clean. We got the top floor which was quiet and we could open the window for some fresh air, would be better if the window could be opened more. We would be back again , no problem.

Situated about an hour's train ride from Leumeah on the Campbelltown line, this hotel is a good budget stay for tourists. Nestled in a court away from the noisy main road, it is also within walking distance to four major eateries. One main problem was smokers using the fire exit door to go outside, which banged shut until late at night. Some smoked close to the rear exit which could be smelt inside the room. Some guests one night were dragging furniture around on the floor above which was audible below.

Staff were good, room was clean, toilet and shower a bit unusual, a bit like a Caravan toilet and the water did not get away but went into the toilet because the water hole was above the floor but otherwise OK. It is what it is Budget

i was very disappointed with this ibis hotel. the place look like it was a old converted hospital ward. The customer service is poor and you get the impression that they dont want to be there doing there respective roles. The breakfast was a big disappointment, your best to eat at Mc Donalds across the road. over priced and all you get to choice from is Toast, 3 types of Cereal, juice and coffee. The room was over priced but given the time of my trip they were trying to capitalise on the events that were taking place in Sydney at the time. This is one place that i will not be returning too.
