Early last week, I planned all my trip to Germany. And the first point that I planned to sleep was the Ibis Budget Hannover Garbsen, because I want to rest in the middle of the trip to Berlin. So I got out of my work, take my wife and dog and drove almost 400km to Garbsen. I arrive there around 11PM but I have a confirmation code to arrive out of the time of the reception, so I was not worried about that. But when I arrive ther, I tried 2 times the code and I saw the message INVALID. Beside ot the machine there is a kind of help desk phone. I tried, then a woman ask me my name and booking code. I gave her and she said: Your credit card is invalid, the hotel is fully booked. Try another hotel. I said: What?????... I have the confirmation number and nobody told me nothing about my card. She said: Sorry, try another hotel. And I said: Please, could you help me?... I have a dog and it's not so easy find another hotel at 11PM with a dog. And she hanged up the phone in my face. I call again and ask her name. And she said: No! ... and hanged up the phone again. So, fortunately I had a GPS in the car, and after 3 hotels fully booked, I found one that I could sleep with my wife and dog.
