We stayed in Le Mans, Coquelle ( Calais ) and Tours en route to and from south west France. The Tours IBIS Budget was by far the best of the three. Everything felt light, bright, clean, fresh and new. The hotel was a short distance from budget food outlets ( not particularly our choice, but they were fine for our needs ). The receptionist was exceptional, and although we speak some French she spoke fluent English and couldn't have been more helpful, even helping us to get a 15% discount on our food! Definitely an IBIS Budget we would stay in again ( unlike Le Mans!! ).

We stated in 4 IBIS budget hotels during our 3000 KM trip, this one is the best. It is not located in the city centre but there is a big shopping centre (1 KM) near by, you can find everything you may need.

I made the mistake of not realising the difference between Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget. Budget really means Budget. The rooms were tiny - bathrooms with no walls! Toilets tiny like those found in aircraft. No restaurant and breakfast little more than bread and butter. However, it was clean, cleaner that Ibis Styles in Pertuis.

I though the room was very clean and the hotel its self was excellent and staff very friendly could not find any fought good location over all would recommend my friends to stay there Reguards mrs j Cunnington

We have made several stop overs at Ibis Tours on our way to the UK over the years. We have always found the staff most helpful and friendly. The fact that they speak different languages is a great help to the tourist. The rooms are very clean and well presented. Good value for money. Would recommend and we will be returning.

Basic accommodation, no frills, but spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Their spoken English better than my basic French. On outskirts of Tours, ideal for a simple, clean base for travelling about. I would book again for a business break, but not for a holiday break, as facilities are basic, which is entirely acceptable for purpose.

i barely have any complaints of Ibis hotels, just the control of air conditioning. you cant control the temperature you want to sleep at as they do not turn on the central system. Breakfast is not the best in the world but good for the value.

Clean rooms in IBIS Budget style; good breakfast. The hotel is located outside the city, but with public transport you can go everywhere in the city, even near to the hotel till around 8PL. Late at evening you have a walk of 1 kilometer from the nearest busline.

Good nights sleep on a long journey, easy to find just off A23, clean room, comfortable bed, probably the nicest Ibis Budget I have stayed in, Staff super helpful. Secure car parking so n need to unpack the boot.

Staff is extremely friendly and accomendatee, hotel is new and very clean, with easy access. Highly recommend for a stop over when traveling, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Stayed both on our way down to Bordeaux and on our journey back home.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay en route to the UK from Spain and would certainly use again. Basic, tidy, modern and clean with a fairly comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel close to the motorway. Bed was comfortable and a good powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Easy to find and plenty parking space available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pleasant and polite staff.

Both my wife and I were very tired from driving. When we tried to sleep on the worn-out matress, we awoke constantly with pains from the board we were sleeping on. The matress was about 12 cm thick around the edges, but gave only 2-3 cm in the "sleeping" area! The manager said "we would have changed the matress", but at 3AM I sincerely doubt we would have won a popularity contest with the night clerk, nor with moving out, into another room. Why would another room be any better? We took our "bruises" and formed our opinion of the local management... End of experience. Courtesy does not fix bad property, short-budget management. We will not be repeating our trials there unless a free replacement night voucher is offered.

Well thought out rooms with lots of mirrors and hooks. Very clean and comfortable - extra pillow supplied on request. Friendly helpful staff. Didn't bother with breakast but my Thermos was filled with boiling water without any fuss. Would stay here again as stop over. Better than other budget chains we have used. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby with Mercure next door at 15% discount.

this is a very friendly hotel the staff were helpful and it is in a very good area the is a lot to see and do this is a great location for local attractions this is a very clean and quite hotel ------

Ideally located for easy access to motorway. Refurbished quite recently, so clean, bright & fresh. Standard Ibis budget, good value for money. Restaurants & shopping centre nearby. Decent breakfast. Recommend for overnight stays or longer.

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Tours but within easy distance of the town centre. Bring fairly new it is in great shape and the breakfasts are great value as they fill you up for the day! Not the best signposting to the hotel if travelling by car.

Good location off the D910 - easy to find - and convenient stopover when travelling from Calais to the south-west of France. Room was small but adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast definitely worth it for 5 Euros. Reception was staffed when we turned up close to midnight. For 55 Euros (excluding breakfast), good value for three people.

third stay here - great rooms, no air conditionng though but our room was on the non-sunny side that day - great grounds to walk the dogs - secure parking very clean rooms -back next year - handy fast food very near easy to find off the motorway network. Reception staff very nice

Excellent and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great for overnight stop or a few days. Rooms clean and good value breakfast. Restaurant at next door Mecure Hotel very good. Located near to main roads for north / south access, or access to Loire valley.
