This was just an overnight stay en-route to Spain. The hotel was difficult to find (hard going for the sat-nav) but when we did arrive the site was typical IBIS Budget i.e Basic but clean. the site was on an industrial estate, but luckily there were eateries on the nearby main road. We did find the pillows a bit on the hard side.

Perfect hotel for a short stop over. The rooms are decent, and clean. Orleans Nord Saran is only a 75 min drive from the Eiffel Tour. That is a nice stop over on the way back to the Netherlands. .....

The hotel it's self was in a great place to visit Orleans and the surrounding area, sadly though the hotel it's self was not cleaned properly and the radiator was hanging off the wall. The rooms were warm but if you wanted to leave the window open you had to deal with people smoking outside of your window. The beds were very hard and the internet was terrible to connect to, My french is limited, but by even pointing to words in my phrase book the receptionist could not understand what I was trying to say.

We used this Hotel on our way down to Spain. It was easy to find and very convenient as it was just off the motorway. The hotel has been refurbished and was very comfortable. Several restaurants were with easy walking distance (Buffalo Grill Hippopotamus to name 2) Would definitely stay here again

Straightforward off the autoroute. Very friendly welcome. Spotless room and facilities recently renovated in slightly different format from the old Etaps with parquet flooring rather than student carpeting and shower and toilet separate. Local area unattractive tho' several cheap and cheerful resto chains close by. Several busy road links immediately close tho' calm during the night but keeping the window closed in high summer might be a disadvantage. Carrefour 600m away to tank up with cheaper fuel.. Ideal for a one nighter.

Very welcoming receptionist after a long and difficult drive from UK and channel tunnel! Nice room, good food next door and very comfortable bed and easy departure next day. Left my book behind and the cleaners ran after me and gave to me in car park!. Very nice and secure carpark and did nt have to worry about safety of car and my stuff inside it and did not have to unpack the car. Recoomend to anyone travelling near this hotel.

The price quality ratio is very good of the hotel, since it is very cheap. We arrived after midnight and therefore used the automated check in system. Unfortunately it didnt accept both of our Mastercards and hence we couldn't get in! In the middle of the night it was difficult to go some place else. After some creative arrangement we managed to check in with another Visa card. We excect a 24hour automated checkin service should at least cover both Mastercard and Visa cards...

My first experience of a budget Ibis hotel was good. The room was very clean and well designed in a very functional way. I slept in the bunk bed which is above the double bed. Very comfortable once you clamber up the ladder. We did not have the breakfast as we were pressing on with our journey.

Ok for a night but no airco and parking lot that is far too small. A bus hit several cars before we took off and we had to wait for an hour to be able to leave. Watch out where you park here, or you will have damage to your car or an hour wait to get out.

Easy to find and extra friendly. A basic but very clean and adequate room for an overnight stop with restaurants within easy walking distance. Booking on line ensured that your expectations were met. Pity the bunk bed was not a bit higher as it would h@ saved a head bumping.

Good clean room in a reasonably quiet location with secure parking. Mattress was on the firm side but plenty of hot water and shower was good. Did not have the breakfast in the morning so cannot comment on the quality

We stayed at this hotel on our journey from Carcassonne to Calais and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel was easy to find and the young lady on reception was very welcoming and spoke good English. We needed some extra pillows which she was pleased to supply without any trouble. The room was clean, warm and quiet and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We can't give feedback on the breakfast as we left for Calais before 6am the next morning. This hotel was every bit as good as the previous 'Trip Advisor' reports had said it was and we will definitely be using it for our return trip after Christmas and for any future visits through this area.

We were impressed by the size of the room and its cleanliness. The breakfast was everything you could want. The Hotel is situated near a whole raft of restaurants eat in or take away. There was also somewhere to walk the dog, so we will certainly stay there again.

This is a good value budget hotel. Self check-in was easy. The rooms were basic & clean. Shower was powerful and the hot water didn't run out. There are plenty of restuarants within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was also good (extra charge).

The receptionist was friendly and spoke in English at first. I had given my card details online and therefore thought we had pre-paid for our room, as we had done on our forward journey in Clermont Ferrand. When I said I thought we had paid her attitude changed and I felt quite uncomfortable. We did not feel welcome there and couldn't wait to leave. We paid again and will need to check this. There was no air con in our room (even though it was more expensive than our other stay per night which did have air-con) and luckily the heat had reduced. If we had left the window open it would have been too noisy. We would not stay here again.

A reasonably priced hotel for a stop over north. However breakfast was a disaster zone.. around 10 tables for hundreds of people .. queued for ages ad what we got was poor quality compared to other ibis budgets that I have stayed in. Not sure why our 14 year old had tohave his own room when he could have slept in the op bunk with us? Overall a non repeater for us

This was an overnighter on the way to the South of France. We arrived early evening, we had booked and that ran smoothly. The rooms are basic but clean and acceptable. Linen was all white and plenty of towels. This Ibis budget is close to restaurants etc so very convenient. We had booked breakfast and that was excellent, all self service as expected but plenty to choose from and all fresh. It was a good start to the day of further travel. Very good value for money.

A very usefully sited hotel, though not noisy. Service was very good indeed. Room was spacious enough, and very clean. Didn't take the breakfast option, since there was a baker's across the road, and coffee and usual products were available at cheaper prices. Met all our expectations, and would stay there again.

We normally stay in Ibis hotels as we find them very good. We thought we would try the Ibis budget to see if we liked it and as Ibis are normally so good, we thought they would be also. Well, when we entered our room on first impression it was very hot and very small. It was clean and we noticed the lighting was very good. It was a couple of hours before we could go out to find somewhere to eat so we thought we would have a wash and a rest. There was no plug in the sink so water was wasted as you tried to wash / shave. There was nowhere to sit only one plastic stool so we tried to sit on the bed leaning up against the headboard with our feet up. The bed was so shiny we couldn't sit as we kept sliding down the bed. so we laid down. This was not very comfortable so we went for a walk, and consequently found a restaurant to have dinner in. After dinner, we went back to our room. We were very tired and went to bed. We got no sleep at all that night. the room was so hot and the bed was like laying on a table. So hard I could feel my bones digging in. We tossed and turned and eventually got up and decided to go on our way. So at 5am in the morning we were driving to our destination.

Hotel in grotty but convenient area close to motorway. Nearby main road is problem for sleeping. Management uncooperative over request fro boiled water, which was obtained instead from a nearby café. A major negative is pre-sliced bread at breakfast. The least one is entitled to expect is normal fresh French bread in either baguette or flute form. The thin slices of inevitably slightly over dry near- bread are completely unacceptable. It is slovenly and cynical to offer this, when it would be so easy to provide proper bread. If I stay at one of these places again, I shall have to go out at breakfast and try to find a boulangerie in the vicinity.
