Poor customer service at the front desk. The toilet smells so bad. The hallway especially by the elevator smells poop. Asked housekeeping to clean the room and gave her tip but room still untidy she didn't even clean the floor toilet smells the same, where that smells coming from?? It's not good for the health . My son probably got sick because of that toilet. Your cafeteria helper is so rude too.

Toilets doesn't have locks and bath room does even a proper door. No closet to keep you suitcase. Complete waste of money. I understand certain facilities does not come at budget stays however there are certain others which are bland basic.

Even numbered rooms are not affected by 8 lanes of Peripherique traffic, so we slept well. Room clean but smell of smoke though non-smoking. We did not get the double room with large bed that we booked. Although hotel's shortcoming, the multi-scarfed 'Receptionist' (as per badge, no name) told us he would change us to a triple room but it was our last change! Ibis car park open to supermarket cars until 8pm so we booked safe parking at Le Manhattan Hotel, 7 minutes walk.

The structure and location of the hotel are great, Ibis never fails to deliver. However, this time I came across a receptionist who was pretty rude when I wanted to confirm if breakfast was included in my reservation, which I had paid in advance (it was!). Even though I showed him where it said "free breakfast" in 3 languages, he was still rude and kept on saying "no". Luckily the manager was there and sorted everything out, with all due politeness that the receptionist should have had.

It was a hotel enough for a budget, only 2 sheets for 3 persons, price for the garage is the price for a Paris-garage 23 euros a day, the staff was friendly, the distance to the nearest metro was a 10 minutes walk

This hotel is in one of the worst areas in Paris with a view of migrants from the window. The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. The toilet is like an aeroplane toilet. A lot of drunk people keeping you awake at night. The carpark stinks of urine. Im sorry but I have nothing good to say about this particular hotel.

3 Guests delivered by Car to unload bags and find hotel is in a narrow one-way street with chained off unloading zone. When asked to get standing pace to drop off and to unload as car was blocking traffic. Check-in staff sent us to their car park which although part of hotel is separately managed as a paid car park. Returned to Check in, all the while holding up traffic in the street and had to shout and harass the 3 ignorant staff members before they would allow us to access the chained off parking bays to unload our bags from the vehicle delivering us instead of holding up the traffic. Eventully one scary looking angry staff member came out and stood whilst we unloaded all the luggage (and came in empty handed instead of helping women with the luggage).Took forever with check in as had not used a computer before. Beds hard - Rooms small but ok for the value. Warning this area is surrounded by homeless ANGRY African & Arab groups hanging out and camping in the streets and urinating everywhere they hangout

I would be nice to have some vegetables and fruits in breakfast. Also hotel should be having taxi contact details incase the customer requests to book a cab on their behalf. Please keep 3 towels, 3 soaps , three blankets when it is triple sharing room.Could not find intercom facility to talk to reception. There was no phone. Wifi signal was very weak, and not connecting always.Hotel was good except the above mentioned points.

As name suggests it is a budget hotel, the room is very compact for 3 people. If it is for group of friends some how we can manage, for a family it is not so good unless they have very budget constraint in choosing a hotel. Even though it is bit near to public transport, the hotel surrounding is not so good and lively. otherwise the room is good only.

I recently did the trip during easter break. I have gone through the reviews and bit worried considering i was travelling with 18 month old. The hotel is decent and didnt have much of a trouble. Like the other reviewers, i did see the area is rough and in the night you could see somethings outside. But hotel is safe and secure. Rooms are not of great size, but if you're a traveller and need a night rest then it is the right place. This station is 10 - 12 mins walks from Clignacourt M station and easy connectivity of about 15 - 20 mins to Gare du Nord station. Break fast - Not much options but decent enough and whatever available of good quality. Overall my stay was peaceful and good enough for the price.

The hotel was OK for the money payed, but the location is horrible. I didn't even think it was possible to find such a dirthy area in Paris, full of garbadge and gipsies. Realy deangerous area, we could see strange men looking at us as we seemed to be a merchandise or their next robbery victim.... Think twice before going to that area of Paris!

The room was basic but clean. We had a quiet night (8th) floor. Good value for this price. Breakfast was OK (6,50 euros p.p.) but I missed the eggs. Outside the hotel, in the streets it was very dirty.

Extremely below any other Ibis Budget I've stayed. The whole hotel smells cigarette, even in the room. Furnitures are definitely not appropriate to an Accor hotel. Mattress terrible where I felt the wood below it. Pillow too thin. Hotel is located in a very bad area. I did not felt safe. If you are a tourist, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. You'll feel extremely disappointed with the Accor as well as with Paris. The place where Hotel is located definitely does not represent Paris at all. Even if I had booked 7 nights with a non refundable tariff, Me and my boyfriend slept only one night and moved to other Ibis (not budget) places in Montmartre - where I have stayed in other opportunity and I thought this Ibis budget would have a similar quality.

I check in the hotel found no hot water supply. Go to lobby request from counter, securities on duty want to request Euro 50 tips that i think if not reasonable, that why i refuse to paid any amount. Environment near the hotel also very dirty and very difficult to get taxi.

Very enjoyable stay - it would be improved if the re-fill food items for breakfast arrived more quickly after other people had emptied the basket/jug etc., and if the fruit salad was of better quality.

Poor value for money. The hotel has a bad location, in an unpleasant neighboorhood, right in front of an open and illegal fair, also a bit far from metro stations. The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable.

It is nearly impossible to get to the hotel's garage because the streets are blocked by migrants who set up markets in the road. Everything smells of urine - not surprising as my children and I saw men urinating in the street every time we stepped out. The sidewalk is littered with trash and human excrement. The stench is terrible. The hotel staff is a mixed bag. A few were polite and welcoming, but much more often they were surly and unhelpful. When you come up to the desk they ignore you and continue on with whatever they are doing. Not even a polite, "I'll be with you in a moment." The window in our room was broken - a hole where the handle should be, and could not be closed, let alone locked. Obviously deeply scary given the terrible neighbourhood. The sink did not drain- water from brushing teeth was still in the basin the next morning. The hotel appears to be popular with student groups - it is incredibly loud at night. There was shouting in the hallways at midnight and again at 3 am. I have stayed in dozens of Ibis all over the world. Had this been my only experience, I would never stay in an Ibis again. This hotel is not representative of the quality budget travel I expect from Ibis. Ibis should take its name off this hotel.

The hotel was full of noisy school students without supervision. The children was shouting until midnight and there was no teachers tio contact. The reception did a proper job, but a hotel with 8 floors they had no chance.

The hotel itself respects the Ibis budget type: small, clean, tidy, modern. But the location of this hotel is poor and I'm not talking about the fact that the motorway (Peripherique Boulevard) is literally just in front of the hotel - there is double glazed windows so you can escape the crazyness. The negative point is the fact that area is quite dirty and looks quite unsafe, especially night time. It is one of the dirtiest area of Paris I ever saw. The hotel is just between two metro stations: Porte St. Ouen (which I recommend for going into the city) and Garibaldi. Both of them are on the line 13. There are many shops (including a Lidl) when you go to the Garibaldi metro station.
