ibis budget is standart everywhere, you know what you get when you choose. Everything as promised and as expected. It is not my first stay with them and not going to be last, I check Accor Hotels before every trip.

Room was decent with toilet and shower that were clean but would recommend bringing slippers as wooden floors are not very clean. First night was difficult to sleep due to someone on the phone near our room ! They could improve by providing double pillows as one is quite thin

Staff was helpful to us, but note that if you want to leave luggage, you'll need to pay for lockers. One that fits two small cabin sized luagges is 8 Euros (for at least up to 24 hours I think). We paid for it and recieved the receipt with the code and was sure our locker was shut closed before we left. We came back and found that apparently our locker was opened so the staff took the luggage to store at reception and we had an enquiry why it had opened when we had the reciept and the code. In the end we didnt have to pay again and they let us go, but I would trust the lockers if I was you. No hairdryer, but you can put a deposit on one, and no slippers, but you can buy flip flops for 2 euros (so bring your own flipflops). Our room was clean but my sis had a reaction to the detergent they used.

We had a group in Paris for the rugby match and I booked this IBIS instead of the one in Rue Culaincourt in error. Apart from it's location which was 30 min walk from the Culaincourt one and a rather seemingly rough neighbourhood, the hotel was perfectly adequate. The room was compact but clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast which was extra charge was continental buffet , which was quite palatable. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and directions.

I have stayed here several times and have had good experiences in the past. However on arrival the room I was allocated was not cleaned. Opening the door we saw rubbish in the floors, beds unmade and used towels. I immediately informed reception and was given another cleaned room higher up the hotel. Despite a clearly published no smoking policy the corridors and some rooms clearly had been smoked in. Nobody seem to bother about this aspect.

The lady which has checked us in was extraordinarly rude to us. The area outside the hotel is the most dirty and crimanal I've ever seen in my life. Simply a nightmare. When booked the room we've been promised the car park but there we've found out there is only a piss stinky public one next to the hotel for 25€/day nearly the same price of a room.

Hotel basic but very good. Comfort for an affordable price. I point out to those who need to spend some time in Paris and have few resources for hosting. The bathroom is private, the shower has a good heating and pressure system. The bed is comfortable.

Not very positive impression - very unfriendly staff, no waiting area, no information provided for questions, dirty dining area, poor breakfast, dirt outside the hotel entrance, not a nice surrounding area. Close to metro station.

Poor customer service at the front desk. The toilet smells so bad. The hallway especially by the elevator smells poop. Asked housekeeping to clean the room and gave her tip but room still untidy she didn't even clean the floor toilet smells the same, where that smells coming from?? It's not good for the health . My son probably got sick because of that toilet. Your cafeteria helper is so rude too.

Toilets doesn't have locks and bath room does even a proper door. No closet to keep you suitcase. Complete waste of money. I understand certain facilities does not come at budget stays however there are certain others which are bland basic.

Even numbered rooms are not affected by 8 lanes of Peripherique traffic, so we slept well. Room clean but smell of smoke though non-smoking. We did not get the double room with large bed that we booked. Although hotel's shortcoming, the multi-scarfed 'Receptionist' (as per badge, no name) told us he would change us to a triple room but it was our last change! Ibis car park open to supermarket cars until 8pm so we booked safe parking at Le Manhattan Hotel, 7 minutes walk.

The structure and location of the hotel are great, Ibis never fails to deliver. However, this time I came across a receptionist who was pretty rude when I wanted to confirm if breakfast was included in my reservation, which I had paid in advance (it was!). Even though I showed him where it said "free breakfast" in 3 languages, he was still rude and kept on saying "no". Luckily the manager was there and sorted everything out, with all due politeness that the receptionist should have had.

It was a hotel enough for a budget, only 2 sheets for 3 persons, price for the garage is the price for a Paris-garage 23 euros a day, the staff was friendly, the distance to the nearest metro was a 10 minutes walk

This hotel is in one of the worst areas in Paris with a view of migrants from the window. The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. The toilet is like an aeroplane toilet. A lot of drunk people keeping you awake at night. The carpark stinks of urine. Im sorry but I have nothing good to say about this particular hotel.

3 Guests delivered by Car to unload bags and find hotel is in a narrow one-way street with chained off unloading zone. When asked to get standing pace to drop off and to unload as car was blocking traffic. Check-in staff sent us to their car park which although part of hotel is separately managed as a paid car park. Returned to Check in, all the while holding up traffic in the street and had to shout and harass the 3 ignorant staff members before they would allow us to access the chained off parking bays to unload our bags from the vehicle delivering us instead of holding up the traffic. Eventully one scary looking angry staff member came out and stood whilst we unloaded all the luggage (and came in empty handed instead of helping women with the luggage).Took forever with check in as had not used a computer before. Beds hard - Rooms small but ok for the value. Warning this area is surrounded by homeless ANGRY African & Arab groups hanging out and camping in the streets and urinating everywhere they hangout

I would be nice to have some vegetables and fruits in breakfast. Also hotel should be having taxi contact details incase the customer requests to book a cab on their behalf. Please keep 3 towels, 3 soaps , three blankets when it is triple sharing room.Could not find intercom facility to talk to reception. There was no phone. Wifi signal was very weak, and not connecting always.Hotel was good except the above mentioned points.

As name suggests it is a budget hotel, the room is very compact for 3 people. If it is for group of friends some how we can manage, for a family it is not so good unless they have very budget constraint in choosing a hotel. Even though it is bit near to public transport, the hotel surrounding is not so good and lively. otherwise the room is good only.

I booked in Ibis and in the check-in the recepcionist say I had to pay in cash, that credit card is only for confirm the resevation, but they also charged the amount by credut card! I'm very dissapoiment with accor hotels.I tried to contact Ibis by e-mail and phone and they doesn't contact me yet. Please be carefull with the charges of the hotel.

I recently did the trip during easter break. I have gone through the reviews and bit worried considering i was travelling with 18 month old. The hotel is decent and didnt have much of a trouble. Like the other reviewers, i did see the area is rough and in the night you could see somethings outside. But hotel is safe and secure. Rooms are not of great size, but if you're a traveller and need a night rest then it is the right place. This station is 10 - 12 mins walks from Clignacourt M station and easy connectivity of about 15 - 20 mins to Gare du Nord station. Break fast - Not much options but decent enough and whatever available of good quality. Overall my stay was peaceful and good enough for the price.

The hotel was OK for the money payed, but the location is horrible. I didn't even think it was possible to find such a dirthy area in Paris, full of garbadge and gipsies. Realy deangerous area, we could see strange men looking at us as we seemed to be a merchandise or their next robbery victim.... Think twice before going to that area of Paris!
