The hotel is right along the Tramway 2 (trains) railway, there is a train every 3-10 mins until 1.30 am and the trains start again from 5.30am... you can hear the trains breaking, ringing the bell every few minutes... it is very bad to get a good night sleep. On the other hand it is quite nice to have to T2 so close to the hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel, the front desk lady tried to make me pay for my room twice when I clearly had a receipt showing that I had paid with a confirmation email as well. Secondly, asking any type of advice with her about recommendations was pointless, google was a better service than her. Even asking for extra towels was a huge concern apparently, I was disappointed.

Spotlessly clean, polite helpful staff, good breakfast ,restaurants nearby the one we used was excellent and I was able to take my dog in.Easy access to Paris via tram and train. Underground parking a real bonus

Clean, cozy, very interesting room concept with the bunkbeds, very nice personel, the brekfast could be a little bit better, but in overall it was very good service. The ammenities in the area are very nice. Just to the side of the train station.

The front desk people are not nice and not helpful. We booked a triple room which have a double bed and a bunk bed. There is no quilt or comforter on the bunk bed. The temperature cannot be adjust in the room. We felt cold at night. We asked for a quilt or comforter for the bunk bed. The front desk people said there should not be a quilt or comforter for the bunk bed and this is standard. We asked whether we can have a blanket. They said no because the hotel does not have extra quilt, or comforter, or blanket. We booked the room for 4 days and asked them for a quilt or a comforter, or a blank every day and they always told us "No". The person slept on the bunk bed almost got sick.

Really nice budget hotel (clean and quiet), with good location (the Tram station is just behind the hotel and the RER station is 10 minutes by foot) and reasonable price... as usual with Ibis hotels, everything was as expected...

I elected this hotel as my main propose was to attend Roland Garros for a day. I enjoy to walk over the city, so the 4 km walk was not a problem for me at all and I felt safe, which is a major issue in a big city, even when I returned walking at 11PM. The hostess (and host the next day) were pretty professional and kind. They helped me to store my luggage as I arrived early in the morning. They attended me very nicely. The room was too short and it did not have air conditionate, which I expect it to be a commodity for every hotel I would go. So the window was open and mosquitos were in the room. Fortunately, it was a cool night and I did not have any issues with being hot at all.

A convenient location, tram, bus station right at the doors of the hotel. Supermarket and restaurants are also in 1 minute walking distance. There is also a public bike station near by, Regional Express Train Station in 8 mins walking distance.

This hotel is situated in a modern area, just on the banks of the Seine, right next to Le Parc de l'île Saint-Germain. Supermarket and restaurants near. Just next to the tram stop. The location is convenient and quiet with good access to central Paris and direct tram to La defense. Highly recommended for the budget traveler.

Excellent stay and I would highly recommend this Ibis location. Good access into the centre of Paris and surrounded by shops and restaurants this was the perfect place to stay for a short three night visit and I would happily return to this location.

Basic but clean, tidy, comfortable and friendly staff - all that I required for an overnight business trip stay. Bed wa comfortable and room temperature fine. Openable windows useful. Shower, toliet and general room tidy. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

We have usually stayed at the Ibis at Mairie d'Issy but this time it was fully booked. Our room was on the top floor and there are two fast lifts. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke some English. We asked for extra towels and were given them immediately. Our room overlooked the tramway (there is a station next to the hotel) so there was some noise from 06.00 onwards although it was not a problem. There is no air conditioning so it may be hot in Summer. As with the other Ibis the bed was very comfortable.

What was very good: location; new building; breakfast assortment (food) and the space in the room. What was not good: 2 things inside my room (n.104): bed swinging; and blankets too much heavy for the season (03-04 April) with no chance to take out any layer (unique "bloque"). So I don't sleeped well.

It was good, we like it. The service and the quality of hotel rooms were ok. The hotel situation was ok since around there is a supermarket and restaurants. breakfast served was good. In the overall the hotel was ok.

Far from Town center but with a tram station in 20 m. Parking was Free in surrounding streets during week-end. Various restaurant are there in these streets. Standard ibis budget service, very good value for money.

Room was very clean, though not very big when you have suitcases in the room, and cleaned daily. We didn't eat the breakfast since there was a "intermarche" 50 metres away. Could do with some drink making facilities in the room. The worst thing was the fire alarm. 2 nights out of 4 went off at midnight and 1am. One of the times we were told by security to get back to our rooms its nothing, as the sound blared through the room for 15 minutes, and the second time we were outside for 15 mins and then just ushered back in with no explanation.

I think the hotel is perfect for the price. Yes, surely I delayed my booking and the prices went up but still 55 Euro a night is great. The rooms are little smallish but absolutely clean with cleaning service provided every day. I liked that part. Staff was also fine. I was attended and got adequate response. The best part is the location of the hotel. It is located in good locality with good restaurants around and metro stop few minutes away. We could walk down the hotel late at night and still felt safe unlike others places where we felt unsafe even during day time. Some people might cringe over the tram noise but if you shut the window before sleeping, you don't really hear it. I like the hotel and I would surely like to suggest this to fellow travelers.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the T2 tram line and was about 10 minutes' walk from Issy Mairie metro station. It was clean and everything worked, although the bedhead light switch was slightly loose! Parking below the hotel cost 8 Euros per day that seemed reasonable for Paris. The location was surprisingly quiet and felt safe, being near modern office buildings in a landscaped square. There was even a curry house just around the corner! We were in Paris for 3 nights and this fitted the bill completely. We would return to this hotel in the future.

A lovely clean, comfortable, quiet and greatly priced Gem, We will definitely revisit, 10 minutes journey into Paris, tram in practically on your door step, however it does not cause any disturbance, staff were accommodating and helpfull

It was my 3rd stay in this hotel, and 1st since it was renamed Ibis Budget (from Etap). As I generally like this hotel for it's location (close to tram T2, shopping mall and many restos in the area), I am a bit disappointed with the change from Etap to Ibis Budget (this probably applies to all other hotels of the brand). What I like about the change is: - Pleasant shower - Card key instead of code What I dislike about the change: - Less room in the room - Wooden floor instead of carpet lining (it was nicer to walk barefoot) - Stool instead of chair - Lack of third overhead bed (even if unused, it provided extra space for clothes, belongings, etc) - Light switches at the bed are placed in a way, that it is very easy to activate them involuntarily by one's head - Higher price, of course :) Finally, I at least expected, that with the price increase there would be a bit enriched menu for breakfast, but I couldn't notice any particular change ...
