The hotel is very bad located, there is only one restaurant near by, at night the street is poorly iluminated frigthenig the guest to walk up to it. At the lobby there are two vending with drinks and sandwiches machines which accept coins only and the hotel guy at the counter refuses to change the guest bills. This was on June/14/17. And worse than that the machines are in very bad shape and don't work well, either by not delivering the product or by not giving yhe change. Forget this hotel

Every thing you need for a night stopover. Clean modern rooms with basic facililties. Comfortable bed, though could do with bigger pillows. Easy wifi access. Breakfast basic, but adequate. Staff friendly.

We have been through Toulouse many times without stopping. This year we decided to explore the city. The hotel was easy to find and ideally situated for visiting the old town. It was an easy walk to the centre. There are not too many restaurants near the hotel but the hotel staff directed us to the quirky Le Fanfaron Restaurant. Here you pick your food and the staff weigh what you have chosen and you pay according to the weight.

This was an excellent clean and friendly budget hotel, with free parking and within easy walking distance of the city centre. the reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with a very good choice.

Booked this hotel to warch Wales in Euro 2016. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was well stocked even something for my wife who is a Coeliac. A short walk away from the metro and bus station.

Decent hotel in a reasonable location for the price. Was expensive but as Euro 2016 match was taking place this was understandable. Main problem was the hotel was overbooked which should never happen considering that we had paid months in advance. Problem eventually sorted but we did spend 1.5 hours standing around waiting for a solution. Not great after a 7 hour train journey.

Nice and clean rooms. The rooms are basic but good. Walking distance to city center. Nice and helpful staff.. Near to bus and train station. We stayed for four nights and it was nice and not so expensive.

Courteous staff, good location, only .5 min. Walk from gate Matabiau and 10 min. walk to place du Capitole. Another big plus, free parking in a city where it is hard to find. The breakfast is also good value.

The hotel is located in a residential area very quiet and calm while at the same time being just a mere 10 minutes away from the train and bus station. The staff were very kind and helpful and as highlight the hotel overlooks the canal du midi.

When we arrived after waiting for almost 20min for the check in we were told that the room type we had booked and paid for was no longer available and that there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. It is not normal we have to go through all this after a long hard travel and we had to raise our voices to make the receptionist actually do something this is a shame and we have sweared we will never again stay in ibis hotels and all Accor hotels this is such a disgrace they do not have the right to disrespect people this way!!!

On the banks of the Canal du Midi, and easy to find on a cycling holiday along the canal from Boreaux to Sete. Stayed three nights to enjoy the fairly central location, about a ten minute walk to the city centre. Obviously very popular as the hotel was full on each night so wise to book ahead. Staff both at reception and breakfast were very pleasant and efficient. This is an old Etap hotel and has been rebadged Ibis budget. It was spotlessly clean and although basic provided adequate facilities. It warrants five stars in relation to value and situation.

The location of the hotel is bad. there is no restaurants nearby. During breakfast, there was no dishes for bread! I never saw that even in another Íbis Budget hotels. The Reception was not helpful . Sometimes there were nobody at the Front Desk to help you. The room was noisy and not very well cleaned.

Ibis chain isthe best choice for budger hotel in France, especiallyif you don't use to France cheap hotel standard and resident. other cheap hotel in France may not provide 24 hours reception and some basic facilities, such as, towel, soap, bedsheet, or air-condition

We stayed in this hotel while cycling along the Canal du Midi. The hotel was very efficient and the staff helpful especially the girl on reception and the man doing the breakfasts. The room was a standard Ibis room with plenty of hot water and was clean. Breakfast was excellent considering the first night we were there the hotel was full. Other hotels could learn from the chap on the breakfasts especially the Ibis Carcassonne! The hotel was very quiet despite being full. It was very convent for the Canal du Midi!

My husband & I checked in at 10:00 pm after a long day of travel. The female staff member told us to wait as she was busy. Finally after a 10 minute wait, the male staff member greeted us and helped us check in. The woman staff member still ignored us. The next morning a new woman staffer was polite and helpful. Too bad the other lady gave us such a bad experience.

Room was great, right at the end of the corridor so very quiet. Air conditioning was an essential with the outside temperature being mid 30s! Hotel very handy for train & metro station too- about 10 minutes walk. Excellent restaurants not too far either.

We stayed at the budget toulouse ibis for one night with friends for an event in Toulouse. It is pretty basic which you can expect for the price but has what you need, is easy to locate and the staff are very helpful.

We recently enjoyed a visit to Toulouse en route to Barcelona. We stayed at this hotel as it was convenient to visit the city centre. The room and shower area were clean and fresh and well maintained. Breakfast at Ibis Budget is most enjoyable. Good choice of hot drinks and fruit juice, cereal, bread, croissants. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and cheese. Staff were attentive and kept everything topped up.

Toulouse is rather scruffy and this hotel located near the railway matches the city the air con did not work properly and the staff dismissed our requests to have it fixed. There are no bars or restaurants or shops nearby and the hotel has no public room at all as they lock the breakfast room.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stop, rooms were clean and had all your basics covered. Great location, only a 15-20min walk to centre. Shops and cafés only 5 mins away. Would not stay for long break but perfect for 1 or 2 night stay.
