Booked 2 rooms. Only able to check in one. Not able to confirm if the second room booked still available. Phone not answered after trying for over 2 hours. E-mail returned with standard 'Do not reply' and see FAQ's etc. Two phone calls to head office eventually got us a verbal assurance that room was booked. All good when we got there but stressful in the meanwhile.

most dirty hotel I ever seen in Europe, No toilet brush. very dirty bathroom, very dirt smell from Carpets all over in hotel. Staff was very unprofessional. try to make over charging. I recommend never to stay in this hotel, please check room before pay, and I did mistake. REQUEST to top management please take a action against this hotel managements & please don't make disturb to peoples.

Hotel clean, convenient, very near Metro for ease of travelling around Milan.. Staff polite and helpful. All in all most enjoyable stay. But the charge for parking not clearly stated, we booked an early check in to secure a car park for our stay only to find an extra charge for the parking.

Checking-In (done online so super fast), sleep, shower, breakfast, dropping off key (= check-out in seconds). Walking distance from terminal 1. If you are leaving early from terminal 2 than you have to add an additional 15 minutes or take a taxi.

This hotel is a budget no frills hotel and good value for the price. We wanted to stay for one night near the airport for an early morning flight, this was perfect as we just needed to walk across the road to terminal 1. It is not luxurious but clean and adequate and for the price it is fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I needed an overnight near the airport. This hotel is walkable, has a friendly reception, clean simple room with adequate bathroom. The bed is French, so it's not the most soft, but I slept well and enjoyed the typical French breakfast in the morning before checking out hy just handing over my keycard. Simple, budget accommodation and ideal for my one night needs. It's not a holiday hotel, so staying longer or looking for luxury will leave you disappointed. In this life, you get what you pay for.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location to reach the airport, rooms are veri small (small bathroom; if third bed, is located as bunk bed) and almost clean. Staff is a little bit cold and rude.

Good for an one night stay. The rooms are very small but cheap. Very good location, just across the aeroport. Normal breakfest with normal variety. It is a regular two stars hotel not excelent not bad.

The hotel is very conveniently located to reach from the airport. It is just on the other side of the street passing by Terminal 1. The rooms were clean yet quite simple/small with old fashion sanitary wares. The smell of smoke was hitting my face when I entered the room. The reception/staff were very friendly/helpful and there was a decent French breakfast. Still, it'd not worth it top ay EUR132/night, if i had not to stay for EURO16 game in Nice.

Arrived at this hotel late in the evening (23.00hrs).. Had my documentation from Accor booking site etc.. Hotel reservations had no booking despite my documentation which clearly states the money is debitted immediately from my bank account. I was offered another room which I again had to pay for ... I attempted to contact Accor but due to weekend hours I could not speak to anyone and all mailboxes were full therefore I coul not leave a voicemail. I sent an email and almost a week later I have still not received a response.. I have now escalated an on line complaint which I'm waiting to hear back from .. Extremely poor service from Accor. Hotel was basic but comfortable for a short stay with easy access into Nice. Would stay there again for a few days (not a relaxing hotel)

No chair. A stool??? No shampoo. No wash cloths, of course. Novotel next door and has a lobby and a restaurant. Ibis is too Spartan. If your age is great than 35 and your household income is over 50,000 Euros, stay in the Novotel. Both hotels are six minute walks to Terminal 1 at airport.

The good: 10 minutes walk or 3 in your hire car from the airport. Relatively cheap for Nice (€90) for a single occupancy room in my case. Staff were friendly. Multi channel TV. The bad: remember that this is a budget hotel. Catering when I arrived in the evening was a vending machine that did not take notes. Not much around except car parks, roadworks and at that hour sex workers. Room was functional with weak air-conditioning. Next morning found '€8' parking deal was for one local car park only 'l'arenas' if I have it right, not for instance 'Q Park, L'Arenas'. Guess which I chose. Overall you get what you pay for but be realistic.

Stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight from Nice airport, location was ideal as it is just a short walk from hotel to terminal 1.Room was fine, clean & quite spacious but unfortunately bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were really awful, small & thin & impossible to get a good nights sleep on.There are no hairdryers in the rooms which is a basic requirement, especially when travelling.

we had a 3 person room , 2 single beds and a bunk over the top, not suitable for a large or tall person . only one lift working so a little awkward to get to the room with all our luggage easy to walk from airport , check in easy , breakfast excellent value for money. can walk through to novotel for the bar and food in the evening.

Very basic easy walking distance from airport but quite a long way from centre We booked a taxi from hotel to flower market - no taxi sign on car,no meter we were charged 35 euros for a 10 minute ride - rip off

This rather sterile hotel has the right price point and location for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. No frills or ambiance, just clean, small and quiet enough. Staff are friendly and casual. I have stayed there several times. I do not recommend if you want to see Nice, even though good bus access.

A nice hotel, friendly stuff and excellent breakfast. If you book this hotel in advance, you'll pay less, because the prices in July-August are quite high (I think it's because of a 'tourist' season). And yeah, it's far from the city centre, but near the beach.

This hotel is an easy 3-4 min walk from the terminal. It has most of the essentials. It could do with more pillows. Hotel is overall good value for money for an overnight stay would not like to stay longer.

I liked the hotel and its value for money - as I usually do when it comes to Ibis hotels. Good quality everywhere in the world. The only thing I didn't like is breakfast. Normally in Ibis you get a wonderful rich breakfast, with juices and all sorts of food, but this one was poor and I was upset.
